Abstract
本发明提供了一种具有耐磨耐腐蚀性能的弹簧支吊架,所述弹簧支吊架外涂覆一层保护涂层,所述保护涂层的组分按重量百分比计为:硼酸锌改性酚醛树脂25‑35份、丁烯10‑20份、环氧树脂10‑16份、有机蒙脱土5‑12份、硼砂5‑8份、不浮型铝粉浆液7‑9份、苯二酚5‑8份、二氧化硅10‑12份、多聚磷酸铵4‑8份、水30‑50份。本发明的工艺生产出的弹簧支吊架强度高,延性小,耐磨性好,不易变形开裂,可以减小支吊架工作时外界冲击和弹簧本身产生的振动,降低弹簧本身产生的影响,保护层可牢牢吸附在支吊架表面,使得弹簧支吊架的抗腐蚀性能好,防腐时间较长,延长了设备和支吊架的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有耐磨耐腐蚀性能的弹簧支吊架。
背景技术
弹簧支吊架目前主要用于需要减少位移应力的地方,如电站锅炉本体,发电厂的汽、水、烟风管及燃烧器等悬吊部分,以及石油化工设备和其它需要减少位移应力的地方,但目前现有的弹簧支吊架由于其生产工艺原料组成层面无法做到高强度和防腐防湿,导致支吊架的的强度较差,而且在日积月累的酸碱环境和高温低温环境下,弹簧支吊架的老化速度加快,给安全生产带来了一定的隐患。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是提出了一种具有耐磨耐腐蚀性能的弹簧支吊架,所述弹簧支吊架外涂覆一层保护涂层,所述保护涂层的组分按重量百分比计为:硼酸锌改性酚醛树脂25-35份、丁烯10-20份、环氧树脂10-16份、有机蒙脱土5-12份、硼砂5-8份、不浮型铝粉浆液7-9份、苯二酚5-8份、二氧化硅10-12份、多聚磷酸铵4-8份、水30-50份。
优选地,所述保护涂层的组分按重量百分比计为:硼酸锌改性酚醛树脂28份、丁烯16份、环氧树脂12份、有机蒙脱土8份、硼砂6份、不浮型铝粉浆液7份、苯二酚8份、二氧化硅11份、多聚磷酸铵4份、水40份。
优选地,将以上组分加入反应釜中,分批次加入各组分,时间共计1.5h,在120℃下搅拌50min即可得该保护涂层,再将保护涂层涂覆在弹簧支吊架表面即可。
与现有技术相比,利用本发明的工艺生产出的弹簧支吊架强度高,延性小,耐磨性好,不易变形开裂,可以减小支吊架工作时外界冲击和弹簧本身产生的振动,降低弹簧本身产生的影响,保护层可牢牢吸附在支吊架表面,使得弹簧支吊架的抗腐蚀性能好,防腐时间较长,延长了设备和支吊架的使用寿命。

本发明提出了一种具有耐磨耐腐蚀性能的弹簧支吊架,所述弹簧支吊架外涂覆一层保护涂层,所述保护涂层的组分按重量百分比计为:硼酸锌改性酚醛树脂25-35份、丁烯10-20份、环氧树脂10-16份、有机蒙脱土5-12份、硼砂5-8份、不浮型铝粉浆液7-9份、苯二酚5-8份、二氧化硅10-12份、多聚磷酸铵4-8份、水30-50份。
在上述技术方案中,所述保护涂层的组分按重量百分比计为:硼酸锌改性酚醛树脂28份、丁烯16份、环氧树脂12份、有机蒙脱土8份、硼砂6份、不浮型铝粉浆液7份、苯二酚8份、二氧化硅11份、多聚磷酸铵4份、水40份。
在上述技术方案中,将以上组分加入反应釜中,分批次加入各组分,时间共计1.5h,在120℃下搅拌50min即可得该保护涂层,再将保护涂层涂覆在弹簧支吊架表面即可。

1.一种具有耐磨耐腐蚀性能的弹簧支吊架,其特征在于:所述弹簧支吊架外涂覆一层保护涂层,所述保护涂层的组分按重量百分比计为:硼酸锌改性酚醛树脂25-35份、丁烯10-20份、环氧树脂10-16份、有机蒙脱土5-12份、硼砂5-8份、不浮型铝粉浆液7-9份、苯二酚5-8份、二氧化硅10-12份、多聚磷酸铵4-8份、水30-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有耐磨耐腐蚀性能的弹簧支吊架,其特征在于:所述保护涂层的组分按重量百分比计为:硼酸锌改性酚醛树脂28份、丁烯16份、环氧树脂12份、有机蒙脱土8份、硼砂6份、不浮型铝粉浆液7份、苯二酚8份、二氧化硅11份、多聚磷酸铵4份、水40份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有耐磨耐腐蚀性能的弹簧支吊架,其特征在于:将以上组分加入反应釜中,分批次加入各组分,时间共计1-1.5h,在120℃下搅拌50min即可得该保护涂层,再将保护涂层涂覆在弹簧支吊架表面即可。
