本发明涉及一种防腐耐磨的恒力弹簧支吊架,所述支吊架表面涂覆有保护涂层,所述保护涂层的组分按重量计为,丙烯晴30—40份、环氧树脂20—30份、聚氨醋15—20份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯8—15份、不浮型铝粉浆液5—15份、沸石粉3—15份、硼砂8—20份、云母粉10—20份、多聚磷酸铵5—15份、水25—50份,具有防腐耐磨等特性,大大提高了支吊架的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种支吊架,具体是一种防腐耐磨的恒力弹簧支吊架。
背景技术
恒力弹簧支吊架根据力矩平衡原理设计。在许可的负载位移下,负载力矩和弹簧力矩始终保持平衡。对用恒力弹簧支吊架支承的管道和设备,在发生位移时,可以提供恒定的支承力,因而不会给管道设备带来附加应力。恒力弹簧支吊架一般用于需要减少位移应力的地方,如电站锅炉本体、发电厂的汽、水、烟、风管及燃烧器等悬吊部分,以及石油、化学工业中需要此类支承的地方。
由于恒力弹簧支吊架使用环境的特殊性,故其表面保护涂层则需要具有防腐、耐磨等特性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对以上弊端提供一种防腐耐磨的恒力弹簧支吊架,具有防腐耐磨等特性,大大提高了支吊架的使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种防腐耐磨的恒力弹簧支吊架,其中,所述支吊架表面涂覆有保护涂层,所述保护涂层的组分按重量计为:

上述一种防腐耐磨的恒力弹簧支吊架,其保护涂层的制备方法为,将上述各组分加入反应釜中,在80—120℃下搅拌40—60min即可。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明将保护涂层涂覆在恒力弹簧支吊架上,具有防腐、耐磨、防水、耐高温、防酸防碱等特性,大大提高了支吊架的使用寿命,节约了成本。

以下通过具体实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明。
实例一:
一种防腐耐磨的恒力弹簧支吊架,所述支吊架表面涂覆有保护涂层,所述保护涂层的组分按重量百分比计为:
丙烯腈35份、环氧树脂25份、聚氨酯18份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯12份、不浮型铝粉浆液8份、沸石粉5份、硼砂12份、云母粉15份、多聚磷酸铵10份、水40份;
将以上组分加入反应釜中,在100℃下搅拌60min即可得该保护涂层,再将保护涂层涂覆在支吊架表面即可。
实例二:
一种防腐耐磨的恒力弹簧支吊架,所述支吊架表面涂覆有保护涂层,所述保护涂层的组分按重量百分比计为:
丙烯腈30份、环氧树脂30份、聚氨酯15份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯10份、不浮型铝粉浆液12份、沸石粉10份、硼砂15份、云母粉12份、多聚磷酸铵10份、水30份;
将以上组分加入反应釜中,在100℃下搅拌60min即可得该保护涂层,再将保护涂层涂覆在支吊架表面即可。
实例三:
一种防腐耐磨的恒力弹簧支吊架,所述支吊架表面涂覆有保护涂层,所述保护涂层的组分按重量百分比计为:
丙烯腈40份、环氧树脂20份、聚氨酯20份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯15份、不浮型铝粉浆液18份、沸石粉8份、硼砂18份、云母粉16份、多聚磷酸铵12份、水45份;
将以上组分加入反应釜中,在100℃下搅拌60min即可得该保护涂层,再将保护涂层涂覆在支吊架表面即可。
本发明保护涂层用于恒力弹簧支吊架上,具有防腐、耐磨、防水、耐高温、防酸防碱等特性,大大提高了支吊架的使用寿命,节约了成本。
现将上述三个实施例所制得的保护涂层涂覆在恒力弹簧支吊架上,与普通油漆构成的对比组进行对比实验,实验结果如下:

1.一种防腐耐磨的恒力弹簧支吊架,其特征为,所述支吊架表面涂覆有保护涂层,所述保护涂层的组分按重量百分比计为:
丙烯腈35份、环氧树脂25份、聚氨酯18份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯12份、不浮型铝粉浆液8份、沸石粉5份、硼砂12份、云母粉15份、多聚磷酸铵10份、水40份;
将以上组分加入反应釜中,在100℃下搅拌60min即可得该保护涂层,再将保护涂层涂覆在支吊架表面即可。
2.一种防腐耐磨的恒力弹簧支吊架,其特征为,所述支吊架表面涂覆有保护涂层,所述保护涂层的组分按重量百分比计为:
