一种防锈涂层组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于防锈材料领域,尤其涉及一种防锈涂层组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
机械在运行和贮存中很难不与空气中的氧、湿气或其它腐蚀性介质接触,这些物质在金属表面将发生电化学腐蚀而生锈,要防止锈蚀就得阻止以上物质与金属接触,需要使用防锈剂在金属表面形成一层薄膜,防止金属锈蚀的化学品,随着工业的发展,机械技术的进步,设计一种生产工艺简单,成本低且抗老化的防锈涂层组合物以满足市场需求,是非常必要的。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的上述问题是针对生产工艺复杂,价格高昂,易老化等技术问题,而提供一种生产工艺简单,成本低且抗老化的防锈涂层组合物及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案:
一种防锈涂层组合物,其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:醋酸丁酯50-60份,丙烯酸酯和苯乙烯共聚物80-90份,改性聚硅氧烷1.2-2份,氯化石蜡2-3份,亚磷三苯酯2-3份,紫外线吸收剂0.3-0.6份,受阻胺光稳定剂1.2份。
所述的防锈涂层组合物,其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:醋酸丁酯55份,丙烯酸酯和苯乙烯共聚物85份,改性聚硅氧烷1.6份,氯化石蜡2.5份,亚磷三苯酯2.2份,紫外线吸收剂0.5份,受阻胺光稳定剂1.2份。
所述的防锈涂层组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按照质量配比,将丙烯酸酯和苯乙烯共聚物、改性聚硅氧烷、氯化石蜡、亚磷三苯酯、紫外线吸收剂、受阻胺光稳定剂加入到醋酸丁酯内,混合均匀。
 有益效果:本发明所述一种防锈涂层组合物采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:生产工艺简单,成本低且抗老化,能够延长防锈的时间,提高了防腐性能,且绿色环保,不易燃易爆,使用安全。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种防锈涂层组合物,其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:醋酸丁酯50份,丙烯酸酯和苯乙烯共聚物80份,改性聚硅氧烷1.2份,氯化石蜡2份,亚磷三苯酯2份,紫外线吸收剂0.3份,受阻胺光稳定剂1.2份。
本实施例的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按照质量配比,将丙烯酸酯和苯乙烯共聚物、改性聚硅氧烷、氯化石蜡、亚磷三苯酯、紫外线吸收剂、受阻胺光稳定剂加入到醋酸丁酯内,混合均匀。
实施例2:
一种防锈涂层组合物,其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:醋酸丁酯60份,丙烯酸酯和苯乙烯共聚物90份,改性聚硅氧烷2份,氯化石蜡3份,亚磷三苯酯3份,紫外线吸收剂0.6份,受阻胺光稳定剂1.2份。
本实施例的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按照质量配比,将丙烯酸酯和苯乙烯共聚物、改性聚硅氧烷、氯化石蜡、亚磷三苯酯、紫外线吸收剂、受阻胺光稳定剂加入到醋酸丁酯内,混合均匀。
实施例3:
一种防锈涂层组合物,其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:醋酸丁酯55份,丙烯酸酯和苯乙烯共聚物85份,改性聚硅氧烷1.6份,氯化石蜡2.5份,亚磷三苯酯2.2份,紫外线吸收剂0.5份,受阻胺光稳定剂1.2份。
本实施例的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按照质量配比,将丙烯酸酯和苯乙烯共聚物、改性聚硅氧烷、氯化石蜡、亚磷三苯酯、紫外线吸收剂、受阻胺光稳定剂加入到醋酸丁酯内,混合均匀。

1.  一种防锈涂层组合物,其特征在于:其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:醋酸丁酯50-60份,丙烯酸酯和苯乙烯共聚物80-90份,改性聚硅氧烷1.2-2份,氯化石蜡2-3份,亚磷三苯酯2-3份,紫外线吸收剂0.3-0.6份,受阻胺光稳定剂1.2份。
2.  根据权利要求1所述的防锈涂层组合物,其特征在于:其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:醋酸丁酯55份,丙烯酸酯和苯乙烯共聚物85份,改性聚硅氧烷1.6份,氯化石蜡2.5份,亚磷三苯酯2.2份,紫外线吸收剂0.5份,受阻胺光稳定剂1.2份。
3.  根据权利要求1或2所述的防锈涂层组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:按照质量配比,将丙烯酸酯和苯乙烯共聚物、改性聚硅氧烷、氯化石蜡、亚磷三苯酯、紫外线吸收剂、受阻胺光稳定剂加入到醋酸丁酯内,混合均匀。
