本发明涉及一种纯水湿巾。
背景技术
目前,市面上湿巾种类很多,湿巾溶液对产品的安全性、稳定性起着非常重要的作用,湿巾溶液组成一般为水、防腐剂及其它添加物。现在湿巾为保证产品稳定性往往加入质量百分比0.2~1%的防腐剂、添加剂,而且防腐剂种类有甲基异噻唑啉酮类,对皮肤致敏,过多的防腐剂及添加剂,对皮肤没有益处。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纯水湿巾,能够有效解决现有湿巾内含有甲基异噻唑啉酮类防腐剂,对人体皮肤伤害较大的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种纯水湿巾,由载体和溶液组成,所述载体为无纺布、木浆复合布或者木浆纸中的一种,所述溶液为苯扎氯铵0.01-0.08%、葡萄糖酸氯己定0.01-0.08%、聚氨丙基双胍0.01-0.08%、西吡氯铵0.01-0.08%和十二烷基氯化吡啶0.01-0.08%中选取三种或三种以上,且重量不超过0.1%,其余为水,上述比例为重量百分比。

测试方法为:分别在5℃、25℃、37℃、45℃,测试湿巾的外观、气味,pH值及微生物状况,在不同温度下,三个月时间段各项指标符合评定标准,则测试合格。
具体稳定性测试报告见下表:
并且对产品做了皮肤刺激性等毒理学测试以证明其安全性,产品在质检总局国家级重点实验室苏州出入境检验检疫局检验检疫综合技术中心进行,测试方法及结果如下:

以0.9%氯化钠注射液为对照物,对样品依据《消毒技术规范》(2002)和GB15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》进行皮肤急性皮肤刺激性试验。试验前24h将实验动物背部脊柱两侧被毛剪掉,去毛范围为3cm×3cm,涂敷面积2.5cm×2.5cm。以横断方式剪取一块斑贴大小(2.5cm×2.5cm)的受试物贴敷至一侧皮肤上,另一侧涂生理盐水作为对照,采用封闭试验,贴敷4h后用生理盐水清除残留受试物。于清除受试物后的1h、24h、和48h观察贴敷部位皮肤反应,按规范中表2-11评分。对照区的处理方法同试验区。根据各个观察时点最高积分均值,按规范中表2-12进行刺激强度分级。
受试物对家兔单次皮肤刺激性试验结果
检验结论:受试物对家兔单次皮肤刺激性为无刺激性。
2、皮肤变态反应试验
试样诱导和激发时均为斑贴大小受试物生理盐水浸湿,以2,4-二硝基氯苯为阳性对照物。试样依据《消毒技术规范》(2002)和GB15979-2002一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准进行皮肤致敏试验。用局部封闭涂皮法,进行豚鼠皮肤致敏实验。诱导:于第0、7、14d分别以横断方式剪取斑贴大小(2cm×2cm)的受试物贴敷在背部左侧去毛区域,以二层纱布和一层油纸覆盖,再以无刺激胶带封闭固定6h后,移去敷贴物,清除残留受试物。阴性对照组,仅涂以生理盐水作为对照。阳性对照组涂二硝基氯苯0.2g。激发:末次诱导后14d,取斑贴大小(2cm×2cm)的受试物贴敷于豚鼠右侧背部脱毛区,然后用二层纱布和一层油纸覆盖,再以无刺激胶带封闭固定6h后,移去敷贴物,清除残留受试物。阴性对照组同样处理,敷贴斑贴大小(2cm×2cm)受试物。阳性对照组涂0.2g二硝基氯苯。
结果观察激发接触后24h和48h观察皮肤反应,按规范表2-18评分。
受试物(或阳性物)对豚鼠皮肤变态反应试验结果(BT法)
注:在皮肤反应强度栏中应填写当皮肤反应积分为0、1、2、3...时,发生反应的动物数占受试动物数的比例。
受试物在敷贴处未引起红斑和水肿,也未见有全身反应,说明该受试物在本实验条件下不会引起接触性皮肤变态反应。检验结论:受试物在本实验条件下未引起接触性皮肤变态(致敏)反应。
以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施例,但本发明的技术特征并不局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员在本发明的领域内,所作的变化或修饰皆涵盖在本发明的专利范围之中。
Claims (10)
1.一种纯水湿巾,其特征在于:由载体和溶液组成,所述载体为无纺布、木浆复合布或者木浆纸中的一种,所述溶液为苯扎氯铵0.01-0.08%、葡萄糖酸氯己定0.01-0.08%、聚氨丙基双胍0.01-0.08%、西吡氯铵0.01-0.08%和十二烷基氯化吡啶0.01-0.08%中选取三种或三种以上,且重量不超过0.1%,其余为水,上述比例为重量百分比。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种纯水湿巾,其特征在于:所述溶液按重量百分比为苯扎氯铵0.02%、葡萄糖酸氯己定0.03%、聚氨丙基双胍0.03%、西吡氯铵0.02%和水99.9%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种纯水湿巾,其特征在于:所述溶液按重量百分比为苯扎氯铵0.08%、葡萄糖酸氯己定0.01%、西吡氯铵0.01%和水99.9%。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种纯水湿巾,其特征在于:所述溶液按重量百分比为苯扎氯铵0.01%、葡萄糖酸氯己定0.02%、十二烷基氯化吡啶0.07%和水99.9%。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种纯水湿巾,其特征在于:所述溶液按重量百分比为苯扎氯铵0.02%、葡萄糖酸氯己定0.04%、聚氨丙基双胍0.04%和水99.9%。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种纯水湿巾,其特征在于:所述溶液按重量百分比为苯扎氯铵0.04%、西吡氯铵0.02%、聚氨丙基双胍0.04%和水99.9%。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种纯水湿巾,其特征在于:所述溶液按重量百分比为苯扎氯铵0.05%、聚氨丙基双胍0.03%、十二烷基氯化吡啶0.02%和水99.9%。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种纯水湿巾,其特征在于:所述溶液按重量百分比为葡萄糖酸氯己定0.03%,聚氨丙基双胍0.03%、十二烷基氯化吡啶0.04%和水99.9%。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种纯水湿巾,其特征在于:所述溶液按重量百分比为苯扎氯铵0.02%、葡萄糖酸氯己定0.03%、聚氨丙基双胍0.02%、十二烷基氯化吡啶0.03%和水99.9%。。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种纯水湿巾,其特征在于:所述溶液按重量百分比为苯扎氯铵0.02%、葡萄糖酸氯己定0.03%、聚氨丙基双胍0.01%、西吡氯铵0.02%、十二烷基氯化吡啶0.02%和水99.9%。
