2. The artificial quartz stone sanitary ware chassis of claim 1, wherein a plurality of anti-slip grooves are provided on the upper surface of the artificial quartz stone base plate at intervals.

The synthetic quartz stone sanitary ware chassis of claim 1, wherein the thickness of the synthetic quartz stone waterproof baffle is the same as the thickness of the synthetic quartz stone base plate; the height of the artificial quartz stone waterproof baffle is 20 mm-30 mm; the artificial quartz stone waterproof baffle is used for being inserted into the bathroom wallboard with the bottom end face provided with the inserting groove.

coating an artificial quartz stone raw material on the upper surface of a chassis mould arranged in a closed bin, vacuumizing the closed bin by adopting a vibration press, and synchronously vibrating and heating the chassis mould;
when the artificial quartz stone raw material is integrally molded to obtain the artificial quartz stone waterproof chassis, demolding the artificial quartz stone waterproof chassis;
one side surface of the grating is fixedly bonded with the bottom surface of the artificial quartz stone waterproof chassis;
the other side of the grating is bonded with one side of the protection plate.
