A manufacturing method of the integral bathroom waterproof chassis comprises the following steps: preparing a mould; laying a prefabricated chassis frame; laying a decorative layer on a die on the inner side of the chassis frame, wherein the decorative surface of the decorative layer faces the bottom surface of the die; coating a waterproof adhesive on the back of the paved decorative layer, and then paving a waterproof board on the decorative layer; coating a waterproof adhesive on the surface of the laid waterproof board, and then laying a support plate on the waterproof board; pouring the light high-strength filler into the cavity through the opening, covering the cover plate of the mold, and pressurizing and heating to form a filler; and (5) carrying out demoulding operation.
According to the integral bathroom waterproof chassis and the manufacturing method thereof, during production and manufacturing, only the waterproof plate needs to be fixedly laid on the supporting plate, the filling body is injected into the cavity of the chassis frame on the side portion of the supporting plate, the material of the filling body is close to the supporting plate, and the filling body can be well and fixedly connected with the supporting plate quickly. In addition, the waterproof plate, the supporting plate, the chassis frame and the filling body do not need to adopt SMC materials with high cost and high price, and the requirement on a mould is not extremely high like the SMC mould pressing process. In addition, the waterproof plate, the supporting plate and the chassis frame are assembled together after being manufactured in advance, the process is simple, no pollution is caused, and the controllability of the manufacturing process is strong. Therefore, the product cost can be reduced, the environmental pollution in the production process can be avoided, the production process is simple, and the production efficiency is higher.
In one embodiment, the waterproof chassis of the integrated bathroom further comprises a backing plate, the backing plate is laid below the support plate and the chassis frame, and the upper surface of the backing plate is connected with the lower surface of the support plate and the lower surface of the filler exposed out of the opening respectively.
In one embodiment, a protrusion is arranged on one side of the lower surface of the chassis frame away from the support plate, and the protrusion is abutted with the backing plate; the bottom surface of the protrusion is flush with the bottom surface of the backing plate.
In one embodiment, the upper surface of the backing plate is connected with the lower surface of the support plate and the lower surface of the filler exposed out of the opening through a first bonding layer; the upper surface of the supporting plate is connected with the waterproof plate through a second bonding layer.
In one embodiment, the integral bathroom waterproof chassis further comprises a decorative layer fixedly laid on the waterproof plate; the lower surface of the decorative layer is connected with the waterproof board through a third bonding layer.
In one embodiment, the waterproof sheet is a TPU waterproof film, a glass fiber reinforced plastic sheet, a first cement fiberboard or a high density rigid foam polyurethane sheet; the supporting plate is a second cement fiberboard, a PVC foam board, a PS foam board, a foamed cement board, an aluminum honeycomb board or a low-density rigid foam polyurethane board; the filling body is a rigid foam polyurethane filling body or a cement mortar filling body.
In one embodiment, the thickness of the supporting plate is 10mm to 30mm, and the thickness of the waterproof plate is 2mm to 6 mm.
In one embodiment, a groove is formed in the upper surface of the chassis frame and used for installing an integrated wallboard.
In one embodiment, before the step of performing the demolding operation, the method further comprises the following steps:
coating a waterproof adhesive on the support plate and the filling body, and then laying a backing plate on the support plate and the filling body;
the method also comprises the following steps after the demolding operation is carried out:
and cleaning the gaps of the decorative layer and surface impurities of the decorative layer, and filling waterproof sealant in the gaps of the decorative layer.

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "first", "second" and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implying any number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that when an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, an integral sanitary waterproof chassis includes: waterproof board 10, supporting plate 20 and chassis frame 30.
The waterproof plate 10 is fixedly laid on the support plate 20, the chassis frame 30 is arranged on the waterproof plate 10 and the side portion of the support plate 20, and the chassis frame 30 is provided with a cavity 31. The cavity 31 is filled with a filling body 33, an opening 32 communicated with the cavity 31 is formed in the side part, facing the support plate 20, of the chassis frame 30, and a part of the filling body 33 is exposed out of the opening 32 and is fixedly connected with the support plate 20.
During production and manufacturing of the integral bathroom waterproof chassis, the waterproof plate 10 is only required to be fixedly laid on the supporting plate 20, the filling body 33 is injected into the cavity 31 of the chassis frame 30 at the side of the supporting plate 20, the material of the filling body 33 is close to the supporting plate 20, and the integral bathroom waterproof chassis can be quickly and fixedly connected with the supporting plate 20. In addition, the waterproof board 10, the support board 20, the chassis frame 30 and the filling body 33 do not need to adopt high-cost SMC materials, and large equipment and high-cost moulds in an SMC molding process are not needed.
In addition, the waterproof board 10, the support board 20 and the chassis frame 30 are separately prefabricated and then assembled, so that the process is simple, pollution-free and highly controllable in the manufacturing process. Therefore, the product cost can be reduced, the environmental pollution in the production process can be avoided, the production process is simple, and the production efficiency is higher.
Further, the integral sanitary waterproof chassis further comprises a backing plate 40. The backing plate 40 is laid under the support plate 20 and the chassis frame 30, and the upper surface of the backing plate 40 is connected to the lower surface of the support plate 20 and the lower surface of the filler 33 exposed to the opening 32, respectively. Thus, the backing plate 40 can make the chassis frame 30 and the filler 33 bonded more firmly, and can play a certain protection and damage prevention role, so that the service life of the integral bathroom waterproof chassis can be prolonged. The backing plate 40 may be a calcium silicate board, a plastic board, a density fiberboard or a PVC board, and has low cost, certain rigidity, and strong impact and collision resistance.
Furthermore, a protrusion 34 is disposed on a side of the lower surface of the chassis frame 30 away from the supporting plate 20. The protrusions 34 interfere with the backing plate 40. The bottom surface of the protrusion 34 is flush with the bottom surface of the backing plate 40. In this way, the protrusion 34 acts as a limit for the backing plate 40, and can ensure that the mounting effect of the backing plate 40 is relatively stable.
Specifically, the upper surface of the backing plate 40 is connected to the lower surface of the support plate 20 and the lower surface of the filler 33 exposed to the opening 32 through the first adhesive layer 51. The upper surfaces of the support plates 20 are respectively connected to the waterproof sheet 10 by second adhesive layers 52. Therefore, the structural stability of the waterproof chassis of the whole bathroom can be ensured.
In one embodiment, the waterproof chassis for integrated bathroom further comprises a decorative layer 60 fixedly laid on the waterproof board 10. The lower surface of the decorative layer 60 is connected to the waterproof sheet 10 through the third adhesive layer 53. Thus, the decorative layer 60 can provide good decorative and waterproof effects. Wherein, the decoration layer 60 is specifically a plurality of tiles, artificial stone, ceramic plates or wood plates spliced together. Waterproof sealant is filled in the splicing seams of the decorative layer 60, so that the waterproof performance of the integral bathroom waterproof chassis can be enhanced.
Specifically, the waterproof board 10 is a TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers) waterproof film, a glass fiber reinforced plastic board, a first cement fiberboard or a high-density rigid foam polyurethane board; the support plate 20 is a second cement fiberboard, a PVC foam board, a PS foam board, a foamed cement board, an aluminum honeycomb panel or a low-density rigid foam polyurethane board; the filling body 33 is a rigid foam polyurethane filling body or a cement mortar filling body. Therefore, the waterproof plate 10, the supporting plate 20 and the filling body 33 are made of close materials, can be conveniently assembled and connected together, and is high in stability. Wherein, the high-density rigid foam polyurethane board refers to the density of 700g/cm3~900g/cm3The low-density rigid foam polyurethane board refers to a density of 25 g/cm3~60g/cm3The rigid foam polyurethane board.
More specifically, the support plate 20 has a thickness of 10mm to 30mm, and the waterproof sheet 10 has a thickness of 2mm to 6 mm. So, the thickness of waterproof board 10 is less than the thickness of backup pad 20, and waterproof board 10 mainly plays waterproof effect, can guarantee the rigidity of whole bathroom waterproof chassis simultaneously. The support plate 20 is made of a light high-strength material, the density of the support plate 20 is smaller than that of the waterproof plate 10, the thickness of the overall bathroom waterproof chassis is increased, the weight of the overall bathroom waterproof chassis is ensured to be smaller, and meanwhile, the support plate 20 not only can play a role in preventing water, but also can ensure the rigidity of the overall bathroom waterproof chassis.
In one embodiment, the chassis frame 30 has a groove 35 formed in an upper surface thereof. The groove 35 is used for mounting an integrated wall panel. So, the waterproof chassis of whole bathroom install the floor structural back of bathroom, can directly with integrated wallboard cartridge to recess 35 in, whole bathroom packaging efficiency is higher. Wherein, one side plate 36 enclosing the groove 35 is in interference fit with both the waterproof plate 10 and the support plate 20, so as to play a role in limiting and ensure a better installation effect of the waterproof plate 10 and the support plate 20; the other side of enclosing into recess 35 is waterproof baffle 37, mainly plays better waterproof effect, and integrated wallboard cartridge is to the recess 35 in. In addition, in order to reduce the weight of the chassis frame 30 while ensuring the strength of the chassis frame 30, the chassis frame 30 is provided with a hollow chamber 38 separated from the cavity 31, and thus the filling body 33 cannot be filled because the hollow chamber 38 is separated from the cavity 31.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3, a method for manufacturing a waterproof base plate for an integrated bathroom includes the following steps:
s100, preparing a mold;
s200, laying a prefabricated chassis frame 30;
step S300, laying a decorative layer 60 (such as ceramic tiles, artificial stone, ceramic plates or wood plates) on the mold on the inner side of the chassis frame 30, wherein the decorative surface of the decorative layer 60 faces the bottom surface of the mold;
specifically, step S320 is further included after step S300, and a waterproof sealant is poured into the gap between the periphery of the decoration layer 60 and the side plate 36 of the chassis frame 30 for sealing treatment, so as to ensure a good waterproof effect of the integral sanitary waterproof chassis.
Step S400, coating a waterproof adhesive on the back surface of the laid decorative layer 60, and then laying a waterproof sheet 10 (such as a TPU waterproof film, a glass fiber reinforced plastic sheet, a first cement fiberboard or a high-density rigid foam polyurethane sheet) on the decorative layer 60;
step S500, coating a waterproof adhesive on the surface of the laid waterproof board 10, and then laying a support board 20 (e.g., a second cement fiberboard, a PVC foam board, a PS foam board, a foamed cement board, an aluminum honeycomb board, or a low-density rigid foam polyurethane board) on the waterproof board 10;
step S600, pouring the light high-strength filler into the cavity 31 through the opening 32, covering a mold cover plate, and pressurizing and heating to form a filler 33;
step S700 of coating a waterproof adhesive on the support plate 20 and the filling body 33, and then laying a backing plate 40 on the support plate 20 and the filling body 33;
step S800, demolding operation is carried out;
step S900, cleaning the gaps of the decoration layer 60 and the surface impurities of the decoration layer 60, and filling the gaps of the decoration layer 60 with waterproof sealant.
In the manufacturing method of the integral bathroom waterproof chassis, during production and manufacturing, the waterproof plate 10 is only required to be fixedly laid on the supporting plate 20, the filling body 33 is injected into the cavity 31 of the chassis frame 30 at the side of the supporting plate 20, the material of the filling body 33 is close to the supporting plate 20, and the filling body can be quickly and fixedly connected with the supporting plate 20. In addition, the waterproof board 10, the support board 20, the chassis frame 30 and the filling body 33 do not need to adopt high-cost SMC materials. In addition, the waterproof board 10, the support board 20 and the chassis frame 30 are all separately prefabricated and assembled together, so that the process is simple, pollution-free and highly controllable in the manufacturing process. Therefore, the product cost can be reduced, the environmental pollution in the production process can be avoided, the production process is simple, and the production efficiency is higher.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
