A toilet and bathroom chassis, characterized by comprising the waterproof frame according to any one of claims 1 to 9, and further comprising a chassis structural layer, a chassis waterproof layer, a chassis decorative layer and a chassis protective layer; the waterproof frame is arranged on the side part of the chassis structural layer, one part of the chassis structural layer is filled in the interval between the outer side plate and the L-shaped plate, one part of the inner baffle is embedded in the chassis structural layer, and the other part of the inner baffle is respectively abutted against the chassis waterproof layer and the chassis decorative layer; the chassis waterproof layer is arranged on the chassis structural layer, the chassis decorative layer is arranged on the chassis waterproof layer, and the chassis protective layer is arranged below the chassis structural layer.
11. A method of manufacturing a bathroom chassis as claimed in claim 10, comprising the steps of:
preparing a die;
laying a pre-cut waterproof frame;
paving a chassis decorative layer on the inner side area of the inner baffle plate of the waterproof frame of the die, wherein the decorative surface of the chassis decorative layer faces the bottom surface of the die;
coating waterproof adhesive on the back of the paved chassis decorative layer, and then paving a chassis waterproof layer on the back of the chassis decorative layer;
uniformly spraying a structural layer material on the surface of the paved chassis waterproof layer, and synchronously filling the structural layer material as a filling material into a space between an outer side plate and an L-shaped plate and a cavity surrounded by the L-shaped plate, the inner baffle plate, the outer side plate and the supporting structural plate;
after the structural layer material forms a chassis structural layer firmly, paving a chassis protective layer on the surface of the chassis structural layer, wherein a step opening of the second vertical plate is used for installing the chassis protective layer, and the side surface of the step opening is equivalent to a side die to play a limiting role;
and (5) performing demolding operation.
