Abstract
The invention relates to a plugging agent for preventing and treating Taurus nobilis, which comprises 800-1200 g of a filling agent, 180-200 ml of water, 15-21 ml of an insecticide, 180-200 ml of a humectant and 10-30 mg of lithium-based grease. The invention also relates to a preparation method and application of the plugging agent. The blocking agent has simple preparation method and excellent control effect and can effectively kill the pink-neck longicorn and other stem borers.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a plugging agent for preventing and treating Taurus mahogany, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Peach is an important fruit tree and ornamental tree species, the longicorn with red neck is a destructive pest of the peach, the larva eats branches, phloem and xylem of the branches and the trunk, the transportation and conduction tissue of the tree is cut off, nutrient and moisture transportation is hindered, the tree vigor is weakened, the branches are dried, a large amount of sawdust-like insect manure is accumulated outside the moth holes, the damaged parts often generate gummosis, the yield and the quality of the fruit are greatly reduced, when the damage is serious, the whole tree is even withered, and the damage to the fruit tree and the forest and the urban garden greening is greatly threatened. In addition, the peach red-neck longicorn also harms the tree species such as apricot, plum, cherry, and the like.
The early-hatched larvae of the pink-neck longicorn are firstly eaten under the bark of the tree, then gradually eaten into the phloem, the marginal wood of the phloem and the xylem is damaged by eating upwards and downwards, the wormhole is flat, the boundary is not neat and is bent, the wormhole is full of the excrement, and part of the excrement is squeezed out from the wormhole holes and the cracks of the bark. When the larva grows about 3 cm in length, the larva enters xylem from the middle part of the gallery, eats towards medulla, turns around, eats upwards or downwards along xylem, forms a curved oval gallery, and the longest length can reach 75 cm.

The plugging agent can be used in one step, wet mud is not needed for plugging after the agent is used, manpower and time are saved, the agent is not easy to flow due to high viscosity, the agent is easy to keep in the wormholes of pests, and the lasting period is more than 2 weeks. The blocking agent is not affected by air temperature, and can be used in all seasons and different regions.

Examples of effects

(b) squeezing the plugging agent into the moth-eaten holes until the plugging agent is squeezed to overflow the moth-eaten holes;
(c) and smoothing the wormholes.
Labeling with red lacquer after application, cleaning the insect feces and wood dust of the trees, counting the number of wormholes without fresh insect feces as dead insect numbers after 5, 10 and 15 days after application respectively, and calculating the corrected mortality according to the following formula.

As can be seen from Table 2, the examples 1 to 9 have excellent control effect on the Taurus mahogany, the corrected mortality rate is more than 96% on the 5 th day after the application, and particularly, the corrected mortality rates of the examples 7 and 9 reach 100% on the 5 th day after the application, so that the application has obvious advantages compared with 82% of the comparative example. As can be seen from Table 2, the examples 1 to 9 have good control effect 5 days after application, and the corrected death rate is unchanged with time, which shows that the blocking agent of the invention has high insecticidal speed.
The invention uses the filler as the main component, matches with the auxiliary components such as the insecticide, the humectant and the lubricant (lithium-based grease), and fills the wormhole with the filler, the humectant and the lubricant can guide the filler to smoothly and rapidly fill the wormhole, thereby achieving the purposes of blocking the wormhole and isolating the air, wherein a small amount of the insecticide can directly kill pests through stomach toxicity and contact killing in the process of filling the wormhole, and the variety of the used insecticide has no obvious influence on the control effect.
On the 5 th day after the application of the comparative example, the corrected mortality rate was only 82%, which was associated with low paste viscosity and strong fluidity. Under the action of gravity, the paste can easily flow out from the wormholes. Therefore, the ointment has a good lethal effect on the pink-neck longicorn which is harmful to the root neck or the upright trunk. However, most of peach trees are in open-heart tree shapes, the main branches are relatively flat, and when the paste is injected into the branches, the paste easily flows out of the branches directly, so that pests cannot be touched, and the effect of the pesticide is influenced. When the larvae on the branches, particularly the larvae harmful below the branches are prevented and treated, in order to achieve good prevention effect, the pesticide needs to be applied for many times, or wet mud is used for plugging after the pesticide is injected, so that time and labor are wasted, and the prevention effect is not good.
It should be noted that the plugging agent for controlling the pink-neck longicorn of the invention can also be applied to control other stem borers, in particular to control longicorn, wood moth, orbital elephant or bark beetle. Experiments prove that the corrected mortality rate is not lower than 95 percent compared with that of clear water.
