Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
In consideration of the problem that the prior art mainly utilizes a positioning device for maintaining materials to detect the positions of the maintaining materials, but cannot effectively monitor and schedule the states of the maintaining materials, operation and maintenance personnel and the like, so that the operation and maintenance monitoring effect is not ideal, the invention establishes the association between the base station to be maintained and the information of the operation and maintenance personnel and the information of the maintaining materials, reports the association to the server, associates the positions of the operation and maintenance personnel and the maintaining materials in the transportation process, and periodically reports the common positions of the operation and maintenance personnel and the maintaining materials to the server, thereby realizing the association between the operation and maintenance personnel and the maintaining materials, and facilitating the server to effectively schedule the operation and maintenance personnel and the maintaining materials.
As an aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, this embodiment provides a base station operation and maintenance management method, and referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of the base station operation and maintenance management method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
s1, obtaining base station position information of the base station to be maintained, identity information of operation and maintenance personnel corresponding to the base station to be maintained and equipment information of maintenance materials corresponding to the base station to be maintained, and establishing a first association relation among the base station position information, the identity information and the equipment information.
Specifically, when monitoring an operation and maintenance process, a mobile terminal first acquires base station position information of a base station to be maintained, identity information of operation and maintenance personnel and equipment information of maintenance materials, wherein before the operation and maintenance process is started, the corresponding operation and maintenance personnel receive a maintenance task for the base station to be maintained and get corresponding maintenance materials according to the maintenance task, and therefore in the operation and maintenance process, the identity information of the operation and maintenance personnel and the equipment information of the maintenance materials respectively correspond to the base station to be maintained. In order to realize the unified monitoring of the three, a first association relation of the base station position information, the identity information and the equipment information needs to be established. Additionally, the maintenance supplies may be oil engines, AC meters, wireless devices, power supplies, battery packs, air conditioners, and the like.
For example, the mobile terminal may obtain the base station location information of the base station to be maintained through a self-contained GPS, obtain the identity information of the operation and maintenance personnel through identifying certificates of the operation and maintenance personnel, and obtain the equipment information of the maintenance materials through receiving a maintenance operation instruction issued by the server, where the maintenance operation instruction carries the equipment information of the maintenance materials required by the current operation and maintenance work.
In addition, the operation and maintenance personnel can manually input the base station position information, the identity information and the equipment information on the mobile terminal to trigger the association request. After receiving the association request, the mobile terminal establishes a first association relationship among the base station position information, the identity information and the equipment information by executing a corresponding program instruction in a background. For example, in the iOS, system, program instructions of related data are developed in advance in C, ObjectivC and Swift language in the mobile terminal; in the Android system, program instructions of related data are developed in advance in Java and C languages in the mobile terminal.
Wherein, the geographic position or the spatial position of the base station in the base station system is determined to be invariable. The identity information of the operation and maintenance personnel is information which can uniquely determine the operation and maintenance personnel, such as a job number, an identity card number and the like, and correspondingly, the certificate of the operation and maintenance personnel corresponds to a job card, an identity card and the like; similarly, the equipment information of the maintenance material is also information that can uniquely determine the category, attribute, and the like of the maintenance material, such as a cable, a transmission device, and the like.
The first association relationship can be regarded as a one-to-one correspondence relationship among base station position information of the base station to be maintained, identity information of operation and maintenance personnel and equipment information of maintenance materials, and if any one of the three is determined, the other two can be uniquely determined.
S2, obtaining the common position information of the operation and maintenance personnel and the maintenance materials in the transportation process, and establishing a second association relation between the common position information and the identity information and the equipment information.
Specifically, the operation and maintenance process refers to a transportation process and a maintenance process. In the operation and maintenance process, the operation and maintenance personnel carry the maintenance materials to the base station to be maintained, so that the operation and maintenance personnel and the maintenance materials are considered to be at the same position, and the same position is used as the common position information of the operation and maintenance personnel and the maintenance materials. In addition, in order to determine which operation and maintenance personnel and the position of the maintenance material are specific when the common location information is acquired, an association relationship between the common location information and the identity information of the operation and maintenance personnel and the equipment information for maintaining the material, that is, a second association relationship needs to be established.
Similarly, the second association relationship may be regarded as a one-to-one correspondence relationship between the operation and maintenance personnel and the common position information of the maintenance materials, the identity information of the operation and maintenance personnel, and the equipment information of the maintenance materials, and if any one of the three is determined, the remaining two can be uniquely determined.
In addition, the common position information of the operation and maintenance personnel and the maintenance materials, the identity information of the operation and maintenance personnel and the equipment information of the maintenance materials can be manually input on the mobile terminal through the operation and maintenance personnel, and the association request is triggered. After receiving the association request, the mobile terminal establishes a second association relationship between the common position information of the operation and maintenance personnel and the maintenance materials, the identity information of the operation and maintenance personnel and the equipment information of the maintenance materials by executing corresponding program instructions in the background. For example, in the iOS, system, program instructions of related data are developed in advance in C, ObjectivC and Swift language in the mobile terminal; in the Android system, program instructions of related data are developed in advance in Java and C languages in the mobile terminal.
And S3, sending the base station position information, the identity information, the equipment information, the first association relation and the second association relation of the base station to be maintained to the server, and periodically reporting the common position information to the server so that the server can monitor the operation and maintenance state according to the common position information.
Specifically, the mobile terminal integrates the acquired base station position information of the base station to be maintained, the identity information of the operation and maintenance personnel, the equipment information of the maintenance materials, the first association relationship and the second association relationship, and uploads the integrated information to the server. The base station position information of the base station to be maintained, the identity information of operation and maintenance personnel, the equipment information of maintenance materials, the first incidence relation and the second incidence relation are not changed along with the transportation of the maintenance materials.
And the positions of the transportation personnel and the positions of the maintenance materials are changed in the transportation process, wherein the transportation and maintenance personnel always hold the mobile terminal for positioning the position of the transportation personnel and the positions of the maintenance materials in the transportation process. And the sensing device on the mobile terminal periodically receives the position information sent by the positioning chip carried by the maintenance material. Because the operation and maintenance personnel always keep consistent changes with the position of the maintenance material in the transportation process, the mobile terminal periodically reports the common position information of the operation and maintenance personnel and the position of the maintenance material to the server so that the server can monitor the operation and maintenance work according to the common position information. And the server sends operation and maintenance instructions to the mobile terminals of the corresponding operation and maintenance personnel according to the received common positions of the operation and maintenance personnel and the maintenance materials, so that the operation and maintenance personnel and the maintenance materials are effectively scheduled.
According to the embodiment, the information association and the position association of the maintenance materials and the operation and maintenance personnel are realized, the common position information is uploaded to the server in real time, the operation and maintenance efficiency is improved, the operation and maintenance cost is reduced, and the operation and maintenance personnel and the maintenance materials can be efficiently dispatched by the server.
In one embodiment, before obtaining the base station location information of the base station to be maintained, the base station operation and maintenance management method further includes: and receiving a maintenance request instruction issued by the server, wherein the maintenance request instruction carries the base station position information of the base station to be maintained.
Specifically, before the operation and maintenance personnel receive the maintenance task, the mobile terminal held by the operation and maintenance personnel firstly receives a maintenance request instruction issued by the server, and the maintenance request instruction carries the base station position information of the base station to be maintained. The mobile terminal converts the base station position information carrying the base station to be maintained into a notification message, and the notification message is displayed through a display or played through a loudspeaker. The operation and maintenance personnel can obtain the instruction of operating and maintaining the base station to be maintained by looking up the display of the mobile terminal or listening to the loudspeaker of the mobile terminal, and complete the corresponding operation and maintenance work according to the instruction.
For example, the server sends a maintenance request instruction to the mobile phone of the operation and maintenance person with the code 1, the operation background of the mobile phone automatically converts the maintenance request instruction into a notification short message, and the content is that "the base station located in the tipping bucket one of the tipping bucket avenues has an emergency, the generator is damaged to cause power failure, the maintenance material is required to be carried in time to replace the generator, and the confirmation is received, and the operation and maintenance person with the code 1 is a confirmation message to go to the operation and maintenance.
In one embodiment, before obtaining the base station location information of the base station to be maintained, the base station operation and maintenance management method further includes: establishing a base station database, and storing base station position information and base station identification information corresponding to each base station in a base station system in the base station database; establishing a third association relation between the base station position information corresponding to each base station and the base station identification information, and establishing an association relation table based on the third association relation; correspondingly, the obtaining of the base station location information of the base station to be maintained further includes: and acquiring base station identification information of the base station to be maintained, and acquiring base station position information of the base station to be maintained by inquiring the association relation table based on the base station identification information of the base station to be maintained.
Specifically, the mobile terminal firstly establishes a base station database including all base stations according to the actual information of the base stations in the base station system, and establishes a unique corresponding base station number, i.e. base station identification information, for each base station in the base station database, wherein each base station number corresponds to the position information of the base station corresponding to the base station number. And meanwhile, establishing an association relationship between the serial number of each base station and the position information of the corresponding base station, namely a third association relationship, and establishing an association relationship table according to the association relationship.
When the base station to be maintained needs maintenance due to faults and the like, the server sends a maintenance request instruction to the mobile terminal, and the maintenance request instruction carries the base station number of the base station to be maintained. And the mobile terminal inquires and acquires the position information of the base station corresponding to the base station number in a self-built base station database by inquiring an association relation table according to the received base station number, converts the acquired position information of the base station to be maintained into a notification message, and displays the notification message through a display or plays the notification message through a loudspeaker.
In an embodiment, preferably, the mobile terminal may display a real-time navigation route during transportation on the display according to the acquired location information of the base station to be maintained, and broadcast the road condition and the travel direction in real time through the speaker.
The operation and maintenance personnel can obtain the indication of the operation and maintenance work of the base station to be maintained by checking the display of the mobile terminal or listening to the loudspeaker of the mobile terminal, and complete the corresponding operation and maintenance work.
In the embodiment, the operation and maintenance efficiency is further improved by establishing a base station database for querying the position information of the corresponding base station according to the base station identification information.
In one embodiment, before establishing the first association relationship between the base station location information, the identity information, and the device information, the base station operation and maintenance management method further includes: acquiring unique identification information of a transport means; correspondingly, establishing the first association relationship among the base station position information, the identity information and the equipment information specifically includes: establishing a first association relation among the base station position information, the identity information, the equipment information and the unique identification information; the obtaining of the common position information of the operation and maintenance personnel and the maintenance materials in the transportation process further comprises the following steps: and acquiring the common position information of operation and maintenance personnel, maintenance materials and a transport tool in the transportation process.
In particular, during operation and maintenance, it is often necessary to use a transport vehicle for transporting maintenance materials to the base station to be maintained. Therefore, there is also a need for uniform monitoring of vehicles. Specifically, the mobile terminal establishes connection with the transportation tool by identifying the unique identification information of the transportation tool, and corresponds the unique identification information of the transportation tool with the identification information of the base station to be maintained. And simultaneously, establishing an incidence relation among the base station position information, the identity information of the operation and maintenance personnel, the equipment information for maintaining the materials and the unique identification information, integrating the base station position information, the identity information of the operation and maintenance personnel, the equipment information for maintaining the materials, the unique identification information and the incidence relation, and uploading the integrated information to a server. And then, in the transportation process, reporting the common position information of the operation and maintenance personnel, the maintenance materials and the transportation tool in the transportation process to a server periodically so as to monitor the operation and maintenance state by the server.
The unique identification information of the transportation means is information capable of uniquely determining the transportation means, such as a license plate number, a helicopter number and the like.
Specifically, assume that the transportation means is a truck, the maintenance person corresponding to the base station to be maintained is a, and the material required for maintenance is a cable. The mobile phone A establishes an association relation with the truck by scanning the license plate number of the truck, and simultaneously establishes association with the position of the base station to be maintained, the identity information of a and the serial number of the cable respectively. Therefore, the mobile phone A can establish the association relationship among the position of the base station to be maintained, the license plate number of the truck, the identity information of the a and the serial number of the cable, and upload the information and the association relationship to the server.
Because the cable and the cable are both positioned in the truck in the transportation process, the positions of the cable and the truck are changed in a consistent manner, and the mobile terminal periodically reports the common position information of the cable and the truck to the server so that the server can monitor the operation and maintenance state.
In one embodiment, the operation and maintenance personnel, the maintenance materials and the transport means respectively correspond to a unique identification code, and the unique identification code carries identity information of the corresponding operation and maintenance personnel, or equipment information of the corresponding maintenance materials, or unique identification information of the corresponding transport means; correspondingly, the acquiring the device information and the unique identification information further comprises: acquiring equipment information and unique identification information by scanning the unique identification code; correspondingly, acquiring the identity information further comprises: identity information is obtained by scanning the unique identification code, or identifying face information of the operation and maintenance personnel, or identifying fingerprint information of the operation and maintenance personnel.
Specifically, when the identity information of the operation and maintenance personnel, the equipment information of the maintenance materials or the unique identification information of the transport means is acquired, the mobile terminal can establish connection with the equipment and the transport means required for maintenance by scanning the unique identification codes on the equipment and the transport means required for maintenance, so as to acquire the equipment information and the unique identification information of the transport means.
The unique identification information can correspondingly reflect information of operation and maintenance personnel, maintenance materials or transportation tools, and can uniquely determine the information of the operation and maintenance personnel, the maintenance materials or the transportation tools corresponding to the unique identification information according to the unique identification information. Specifically, if the unique identification information is identification information of an operation and maintenance person, which operation and maintenance person is can be uniquely determined. Similarly, the same can be uniquely determined for maintenance supplies and vehicles.
Optionally, the mobile terminal may obtain the identity information of the operation and maintenance personnel by scanning a unique identification code carried by the operation and maintenance personnel corresponding to the base station to be maintained, wherein in an embodiment, the unique identification code carried by the operation and maintenance personnel corresponding to the base station to be maintained is a work number plate of the operation and maintenance personnel.
Optionally, the mobile terminal may pre-establish a facial information database, where the database includes identity information of all operation and maintenance personnel and facial feature information sets corresponding to the identity information one to one. The mobile terminal collects the facial feature information set of the operation and maintenance personnel by scanning the faces of the operation and maintenance personnel, and inquires in a self-built facial information database to obtain identity information corresponding to the collected facial feature information set.
Optionally, the mobile terminal may pre-establish a fingerprint information database, where the database includes identity information of all operation and maintenance personnel and fingerprint feature information sets corresponding to the identity information one to one. The mobile terminal collects the fingerprint characteristic information set of the operation and maintenance personnel by scanning the fingers of the operation and maintenance personnel, and inquires in a self-built fingerprint information database to obtain the identity information corresponding to the collected fingerprint characteristic information set.
In one embodiment, the acquiring the common location information of the operation and maintenance personnel, the maintenance materials and the transportation tool in the transportation process further comprises: and acquiring the position information of the determined marker, and determining the common position information of the operation and maintenance personnel, the maintenance materials and the transportation tool by measuring the direction information and the distance information of the transportation tool and the marker.
In specific application, positioning devices can be installed on the mobile terminal and the municipal facilities, after the mobile terminal receives a maintenance request instruction issued by the server, the mobile terminal immediately triggers the induction device of the mobile terminal to perform induction, positioning information sent by the nearest positioning device around the mobile terminal through the corresponding communication module is obtained, for example, the longitude and latitude coordinates of the GPS positioning of the mobile terminal, the numbers or the longitude and latitude coordinates of the municipal facilities such as telegraph poles and street lamps and the like, and the position information of the mobile terminal is obtained according to the positioning information. Because the operation and maintenance personnel, the maintenance materials and the transport means are relatively static in the transportation process, and the position information of the operation and maintenance personnel, the maintenance materials and the transport means is changed in a consistent manner, the obtained positioning information is determined to be the common position information of the operation and maintenance personnel, the maintenance materials and the transport means.
Optionally, the graphic data of the ground entity and the attribute data describing the entity are input into the database of the mobile terminal by using the GIS technology, and then necessary editing, modification and reshaping are carried out on errors in data acquisition. The database is established by considering a friendly user interface, is used for performing man-machine conversation, parameter setting, symbol design and file management on an attribute database, and has the functions of graph editing, graph edge connecting, data query, statistical report forms and analysis on the graph database. In the data acquisition and editing system, identification information of operation and maintenance personnel, maintenance materials and transport vehicles can be checked in two directions, and position information corresponding to the operation and maintenance personnel, the maintenance materials and the transport vehicles is found out according to the association relationship.
In one embodiment, if the operation and maintenance process is finished or the distance between the maintenance materials and the operation and maintenance personnel is greater than a set threshold value, reporting of the position information of the maintenance materials to the server is stopped, and the positioning device for the maintenance materials is triggered to automatically report the position information of the maintenance materials to the server.
Specifically, after the operation and maintenance process is finished, or when the operation and maintenance personnel leave due to a cause in the operation and maintenance process, the mobile terminal carried by the operation and maintenance personnel does not report the position information of the maintenance materials to the server any more.
Optionally, after the mobile terminal receives a feedback instruction sent by the server to restore the base station to be maintained to be normal, the mobile terminal may know that the operation and maintenance process is finished, and then the mobile terminal will not keep the position association relationship between the maintenance materials and the operation and maintenance personnel, and stop reporting the position information of the maintenance materials to the server.
For example, when the maintenance material is an oil engine, the oil engine is transported to the base station by operation and maintenance personnel and then put into use, and when the oil engine starts to generate electricity, the position information is reported to the server through the self-contained positioning device.
In one embodiment, the sensing device on the mobile terminal can send out sensing to the positioning device of the maintenance material, and the positioning device of the maintenance material is triggered to report the position information of the maintenance material to the server.
