实施例3
一种衬衫面料用抗皱整理剂,包括以下按重量份数计的组分:纳米二氧化钛5份、苹果酸18份、异丙醇30份、硫酸钠14份、植物提取物30份、丝蛋白8份、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯4份、氨基硅油27份、有机硅乳液3份、椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺8份、改性聚氨酯40份、氧化羧甲基纤维素钠8份、去离子水48份。
其中,所述改性聚氨酯由氧化锌、聚氨酯和壳聚糖混合而成,且氧化锌、聚氨酯和壳聚糖的摩尔比为3:5:1。所述壳聚糖的平均分子量为1.8×10-4。所述植物提取物为银杏叶、香茅草和铁皮石斛杆混合,加入去离子水蒸馏30分钟,过滤,浓缩至含水率为20%,即可,所述去离子水的重量为银杏叶、香茅草和铁皮石斛杆总重量的3倍。
具体地,将纳米二氧化钛、苹果酸、异丙醇、硫酸钠、植物提取物、丝蛋白、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、氨基硅油、有机硅乳液、椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、改性聚氨酯、氧化羧甲基纤维素钠、去离子水按照常规整理剂的制备方法混合而成,备用。
上述衬衫面料用抗皱整理剂的应用,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将衬衫面料预处理后,浸渍于抗皱整理剂中,37℃下恒温振荡反应8小时;
步骤2, 7℃低温冷藏过夜后去除,二浸二轧,老化干燥,水洗,常温晾干,浸轧速率为20m/min,浸轧压力为2.5kg/cm3,浸轧残液率为45%。
对处理过的衬衫面料进行测试,面料经过15次洗涤烘干后外观平整度为5级,断裂强度为经向476N,纬向280N,甲醛含量低于13mg/Kg,耐磨性高于9400转,亲水性14S。
对比例1
除改性聚氨酯更换为聚氨酯外,其余同实施例2。
对处理过的衬衫面料进行测试,面料经过15次洗涤烘干后外观平整度为3级,断裂强度为经向426N,纬向235N,甲醛含量低于15mg/Kg,耐磨性高于6500转,亲水性8S。
对比例2
除不含丝蛋白外,其余同实施例2。
对处理过的衬衫面料进行测试,面料经过15次洗涤烘干后外观平整度为3级,断裂强度为经向406N,纬向225N,甲醛含量低于15mg/Kg,耐磨性高于9200转,亲水性7S。
从上述结果可以看出,本发明的衬衫面料用抗皱整理剂抗皱效果好,耐磨性强,亲水性佳,且耐磨,长期使用有润肤的功效。

Claims (8)

1.一种衬衫面料用抗皱整理剂,其特征在于,包括以下按重量份数计的组分:纳米二氧化钛1-5份、苹果酸12-18份、异丙醇20-30份、硫酸钠8-14份、植物提取物20-30份、丝蛋白2-8份、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯2-4份、氨基硅油18-27份、有机硅乳液1-3份、椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺3-8份、改性聚氨酯35-40份、氧化羧甲基纤维素钠2-8份、去离子水30-48份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的衬衫面料用抗皱整理剂,其特征在于,包括以下按重量份数计的组分:纳米二氧化钛3份、苹果酸15份、异丙醇28份、硫酸钠12份、植物提取物28份、丝蛋白6份、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯3份、氨基硅油25、有机硅乳液2份、椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6份、改性聚氨酯38份、氧化羧甲基纤维素钠6份、去离子水42份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的衬衫面料用抗皱整理剂,其特征在于,所述改性聚氨酯由氧化锌、聚氨酯和壳聚糖混合而成,且氧化锌、聚氨酯和壳聚糖的摩尔比为3:5:1。
4.根据权利要求3所述的衬衫面料用抗皱整理剂,其特征在于,所述壳聚糖的平均分子量为1.6-1.8×10-4
5.根据权利要求1所述的衬衫面料用抗皱整理剂,其特征在于,所述植物提取物为银杏叶、香茅草和铁皮石斛杆混合,加入去离子水蒸馏20-30分钟,过滤,浓缩至含水率为20%,即可。
6.根据权利要求5所述的衬衫面料用抗皱整理剂,其特征在于,所述去离子水的重量为银杏叶、香茅草和铁皮石斛杆总重量的2-3倍。
7.基于权利要求1所述的衬衫面料用抗皱整理剂的应用,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:步骤1,将衬衫面料预处理后,浸渍于抗皱整理剂中,37℃下恒温振荡反应5-8小时;步骤2,4-7℃低温冷藏过夜后去除,二浸二轧,老化干燥,水洗,常温晾干。
8.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于,步骤2中浸轧速率为10-20m/min,浸轧压力为2.5kg/cm3,浸轧残液率为28-45%。
