本发明提供了一种护肤抗菌棉麻面料的制备方法,首先将面料用十六烷基三甲基氯化铵进行处理,然后用小米粉发酵液对面料进行处理,再用异辛醇磷酸酯10‑20份、抗坏血酸8‑15份、甲壳素5‑10份、胶原蛋白15‑30份、丝素蛋白12‑23份、N‑氨乙基‑3‑氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷3‑6份组成的混合液进行处理制得成品。通过测试结果得出,从表1中得出,本发明制得的面料对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抗菌率高达99%以上,其抗菌性、透气性和透湿率均明显高于未处理的面料,因此,本发明制得的面料具有重要的使用价值。

背景技术
随着人们生活水平的逐渐提高,对于绿色、健康的需求也逐渐增强。纺织品作为人体的第二皮肤,与人们的健康密切相关,在环境污染日益严重的今天,纺织品也成为各种细菌和病菌滋生和繁殖的场所;给贴身纺织品进行抗菌整理以达到抗菌功效的概念已经被越来越多的人们所认识;目前,传统的抗菌整理采用的是化学药剂,该方法的特点是工艺简单、加工成本低,但是也存在很大的缺陷:一、抗菌的持久性差,在洗涤5至10次后,抗菌的功能几乎就没有了;二、化学药剂对人体皮肤有一定的刺激性和毒副作用,因此对人体的健康具有很大的伤害。在提高面料抗菌性的同时,提高面料的舒适度和护肤性能,对面料性能的提高具有重要的作用。
发明内容
为了解决以上现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种护肤抗菌棉麻面料的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种护肤抗菌棉麻面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将十六烷基三甲基氯化铵溶解在水溶液中配置成质量分数为20-40%的水溶液,使用碱液将溶液pH调节到8.0-9.0,在搅拌的条件下将溶液加热至35-50℃,将棉麻面料浸入溶液中浸渍1-3h,取出面料用清水洗涤3-5次,将面料甩干后置于烘箱中烘干备用;
(2)将副干酪乳杆菌Fn032接种到马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基中进行纯培养,于30℃培养7d后,用0.85%生理盐水制备孢子悬液;将5-10份小米粉和0.5-1份葡萄糖加入5-10倍重量份的蒸馏水中搅拌混匀,随后将其置于高压灭菌锅中于120℃高压灭菌30min,取出后自然降至室温;将孢子悬液接种到灭菌米粉中,于30-35℃培养5-7d,制得孢子发酵剂;
将小米粉置于高压灭菌锅中于105-115℃温度下灭菌处理15-30min,取出后降至室温,再加10-20份的去离子、5-10份麸皮、3-5份乳酸混匀,接种孢子发酵剂并混匀,置于37-40℃温度下培养5-8d,通过离心分离出上清液,向离心沉淀中加入50份乙醇溶液,涡旋充分后再次离心,分离出上清液,将两次上清液进行混合,然后用活性炭对混合上清液进行除杂脱色处理,收集处理液并置于旋转蒸发仪上旋出乙醇,剩余溶液即为提纯发酵液;
(3)将步骤(1)处理的面料浸入步骤(2)制备的提纯发酵液中室温下浸渍1-2h,然后在搅拌的条件下依次加入异辛醇磷酸酯10-20份、抗坏血酸8-15份、甲壳素5-10份、胶原蛋白15-30份、丝素蛋白12-23份、N-氨乙基-3-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷3-6份,于30-45℃的温度下搅拌处理2-5h,取出面料甩干后将其置于烘箱中烘干,制得成品。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中十六烷基三甲基氯化铵在水溶液中的质量分数为30%。
优选的,所述孢子发酵剂的接种量为5-10%。

(1)将十六烷基三甲基氯化铵溶解在水溶液中配置成质量分数为30%的水溶液,使用碱液将溶液pH调节到8.5,在搅拌的条件下将溶液加热至42℃,将棉麻面料浸入溶液中浸渍2h,取出面料用清水洗涤3-5次,将面料甩干后置于烘箱中烘干备用;
(2)将副干酪乳杆菌Fn032接种到马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基中进行纯培养,于30℃培养7d后,用0.85%生理盐水制备孢子悬液;将7份小米粉和0.8份葡萄糖加入8倍重量份的蒸馏水中搅拌混匀,随后将其置于高压灭菌锅中于120℃高压灭菌30min,取出后自然降至室温;将孢子悬液接种到灭菌米粉中,于33℃培养6d,制得孢子发酵剂;
将小米粉置于高压灭菌锅中于110℃温度下灭菌处理23min,取出后降至室温,再加15份的去离子、8份麸皮、4份乳酸混匀,以7.5%的接种量接种孢子发酵剂并混匀,置于38℃温度下培养7d,通过离心分离出上清液,向离心沉淀中加入50份乙醇溶液,涡旋充分后再次离心,分离出上清液,将两次上清液进行混合,然后用活性炭对混合上清液进行除杂脱色处理,收集处理液并置于旋转蒸发仪上旋出乙醇,剩余溶液即为提纯发酵液;
(3)将步骤(1)处理的面料浸入步骤(2)制备的提纯发酵液中室温下浸渍1.5h,然后在搅拌的条件下依次加入异辛醇磷酸酯15份、抗坏血酸12份、甲壳素8份、胶原蛋白23份、丝素蛋白18份、N-氨乙基-3-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷4.5份,于38℃的温度下搅拌处理3.5h,取出面料甩干后将其置于烘箱中烘干,制得成品。
实施例2
一种护肤抗菌棉麻面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

(2)将副干酪乳杆菌Fn032接种到马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基中进行纯培养,于30℃培养7d后,用0.85%生理盐水制备孢子悬液;将6份小米粉和0.7份葡萄糖加入6倍重量份的蒸馏水中搅拌混匀,随后将其置于高压灭菌锅中于120℃高压灭菌30min,取出后自然降至室温;将孢子悬液接种到灭菌米粉中,于32℃培养6d,制得孢子发酵剂;
将小米粉置于高压灭菌锅中于108℃温度下灭菌处理22min,取出后降至室温,再加14份的去离子、6份麸皮、3.5份乳酸混匀,以6%的接种量接种孢子发酵剂并混匀,置于38℃温度下培养6d,通过离心分离出上清液,向离心沉淀中加入50份乙醇溶液,涡旋充分后再次离心,分离出上清液,将两次上清液进行混合,然后用活性炭对混合上清液进行除杂脱色处理,收集处理液并置于旋转蒸发仪上旋出乙醇,剩余溶液即为提纯发酵液;
(3)将步骤(1)处理的面料浸入步骤(2)制备的提纯发酵液中室温下浸渍1.2h,然后在搅拌的条件下依次加入异辛醇磷酸酯13份、抗坏血酸10份、甲壳素6份、胶原蛋白20份、丝素蛋白15份、N-氨乙基-3-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷4份,于35℃的温度下搅拌处理3h,取出面料甩干后将其置于烘箱中烘干,制得成品。
实施例4
一种护肤抗菌棉麻面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将十六烷基三甲基氯化铵溶解在水溶液中配置成质量分数为40%的水溶液,使用碱液将溶液pH调节到9.0,在搅拌的条件下将溶液加热至50℃,将棉麻面料浸入溶液中浸渍3h,取出面料用清水洗涤3-5次,将面料甩干后置于烘箱中烘干备用;
(2)将副干酪乳杆菌Fn032接种到马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基中进行纯培养,于30℃培养7d后,用0.85%生理盐水制备孢子悬液;将10份小米粉和1份葡萄糖加入10倍重量份的蒸馏水中搅拌混匀,随后将其置于高压灭菌锅中于120℃高压灭菌30min,取出后自然降至室温;将孢子悬液接种到灭菌米粉中,于35℃培养7d,制得孢子发酵剂;
将小米粉置于高压灭菌锅中于115℃温度下灭菌处理30min,取出后降至室温,再加20份的去离子、10份麸皮、5份乳酸混匀,以10%的接种量接种孢子发酵剂并混匀,置于40℃温度下培养8d,通过离心分离出上清液,向离心沉淀中加入50份乙醇溶液,涡旋充分后再次离心,分离出上清液,将两次上清液进行混合,然后用活性炭对混合上清液进行除杂脱色处理,收集处理液并置于旋转蒸发仪上旋出乙醇,剩余溶液即为提纯发酵液;
(3)将步骤(1)处理的面料浸入步骤(2)制备的提纯发酵液中室温下浸渍2h,然后在搅拌的条件下依次加入异辛醇磷酸酯20份、抗坏血酸15份、甲壳素10份、胶原蛋白30份、丝素蛋白23份、N-氨乙基-3-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷6份,于45℃的温度下搅拌处理5h,取出面料甩干后将其置于烘箱中烘干,制得成品。
将实施例1-4制得的面料进行抗菌性、透气性和透湿率的测定,测试结果如表1所示,从表1中得出,本发明制得的面料对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抗菌率高达99%以上,其抗菌性、透气性和透湿率均明显高于未处理的面料,因此,本发明制得的面料具有重要的使用价值。

(3)将步骤(1)处理的面料浸入步骤(2)制备的提纯发酵液中室温下浸渍1-2h,然后在搅拌的条件下依次加入异辛醇磷酸酯10-20份、抗坏血酸8-15份、甲壳素5-10份、胶原蛋白15-30份、丝素蛋白12-23份、N-氨乙基-3-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷3-6份,于30-45℃的温度下搅拌处理2-5h,取出面料甩干后将其置于烘箱中烘干,制得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种护肤抗菌棉麻面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中十六烷基三甲基氯化铵在水溶液中的质量分数为30%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种护肤抗菌棉麻面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述孢子发酵剂的接种量为5-10%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种护肤抗菌棉麻面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中各原料的重量份为:异辛醇磷酸酯15份、抗坏血酸12份、甲壳素8份、胶原蛋白23份、丝素蛋白18份、N-氨乙基-3-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷4.5份。
