Abstract

本发明属于金属切削工具制造技术领域,涉及一种纳织构原子层沉积二硫化钼软涂层刀具及其制备方法。该刀具由基体材料、表面纳米级织构、二硫化钼软涂层构成,刀具基体材料为硬脆性陶瓷材料,软涂层与基体材料之间具备织构和弱化学键的协同增强结合机制。该纳织构原子层沉积二硫化钼软涂层刀具可通过高能束加工织构、原子层沉积涂层的工艺制备而成。该刀具可广泛应用于强韧性材料的干式切削加工,织构和弱化学键的协同增强结合机制可有效强化软涂层与基体的结合强度,显著改善金属切削工况并提高刀具的润滑使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纳织构原子层沉积二硫化钼软涂层刀具及其制备方法,属于金属切削刀具制造技术领域。
背景技术
机械制造业为整个国民经济提供技术装备,是国民经济和社会发展以及国防建设的物质基础,其发展水平是国家综合实力的重要标志。切削加工技术是机械制造业中应用最广泛的基础技术,而切削刀具技术的进步则是切削加工技术快速发展的关键。近年来,为满足干切削、高速切削等对切削刀具提出的新的要求,金属切削工具行业在不断尝试开发新型耐磨刀具材料、刀具涂层、辅助微量润滑工艺以及开展刀具几何结构的优化设计,这些方法均在一定程度上解决了限制切削技术发展的瓶颈问题。在这些方法中,其中以涂层的适用性较广泛,但涂层与基体材料之间的结合问题成为了制约其性能发挥的一大因素,尤其是软涂层刀具的涂层承载力低下仍然是当前亟待解决的一大问题。为此,开发,一种新型软涂层刀具及其制备工艺,从机理上解决涂层与基体结合强度低下的弊病,对促进软涂层刀具应用范围的扩大以及高速切削加工技术的进步具有重要意义。
中国专利“专利号:ZL200610068975”报道了自润滑复合软涂层刀具及其制备方法,该刀具为采用中频磁控+多弧法镀膜方法制备的MoS2/Zr/Ti复合涂层刀具,该刀具切削时能在表面形成具有润滑作用的连续固态润滑层,从而实现刀具的自润滑功能。中国专利“申请号:201711013253”报道了基于电射流沉积的多层软涂层纳织构刀具及其制备方法,该发明利用飞秒激光在刀具表面加工出纳米级织构,然后采用电射流方法在纳米级织构表面依次沉积MoS2和WS2涂层,形成具有多层结构的软涂层,该软涂层刀具干切削时,可减少摩擦并提高刀具寿命。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种纳织构原子层沉积二硫化钼软涂层刀具及其制备方法,从机理上提高软涂层与刀具基体材料之间的结合强度。
技术方案:本发明的一种纳织构原子层沉积二硫化钼软涂层刀具由基体材料、表面纳米级织构、二硫化钼软涂层构成,刀具基体材料为硬脆性陶瓷材料,软涂层与基体材料之间具备织构和弱化学键的协同增强结合机制。
本发明的一种纳织构原子层沉积二硫化钼软涂层刀具的制备方法如下:将陶瓷刀具基体材料表面用高能束的方法加工出纳米级别的织构;将加工了织构的刀片浸泡在有机溶剂中清洗,真空干燥;选择合适的钼源和硫源材料,通过原子层沉积的自限制化学反应在加工有纳织构的刀具材料表面沉积生成二硫化钼软涂层。
有益效果:本发明通过高能束加工纳织构、原子层沉积润滑层的方法制备了陶瓷材料基体的纳织构原子层沉积二硫化钨软涂层刀具。相对于现有的无涂层普通刀具,该刀具的软涂层成分具有优良的自润滑性能,可改善刀具切削的恶劣摩擦工况。相对于现有软涂层刀具,该刀具的纳米级织构与原子层沉积带来的界面弱化学键连接的协同作用,可从根本上改善涂层与基体材料的结合强度。本发明的一种纳织构原子层沉积二硫化钼软涂层刀具可广泛应用于高速干切削加工,涂层润滑使用寿命持久。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:
一种纳织构原子层沉积二硫化钼软涂层刀具,刀具由基体材料、表面纳米级织构、二硫化钼软涂层构成,刀具基体材料为氧化铝陶瓷,二硫化钼软涂层与氧化铝陶瓷基体之间具备织构和弱化学键的协同增强结合机制。
该纳织构原子层沉积二硫化钼软涂层刀具的制备方法如下:
(1)采用电子束的加工方法在氧化铝陶瓷刀具材料表面加工出纳米级别的织构,织构的单元宽度为200nm。
(2)将加工完织构的氧化铝陶瓷刀片放入无水乙醇中浸泡3小时,清洗干净,然后进行真空干燥处理。
(3)选择Mo(NMe2)4作为钼源,DMDS作为硫源,通过原子层沉积的自限制化学反应在加工有纳织构的氧化铝陶瓷刀具材料表面沉积生成二硫化钼软涂层,沉积温度480℃,沉积循环次数10000次,可形成涂层厚度大致为2μm的纳织构二硫化钼软涂层刀具。
实施例2:
一种纳织构原子层沉积二硫化钼软涂层刀具,刀具由基体材料、表面纳米级织构、二硫化钼软涂层构成,刀具基体材料为氮化硅陶瓷,二硫化钼软涂层与氮化硅陶瓷基体之间具备织构和弱化学键的协同增强结合机制。
该纳织构原子层沉积二硫化钼软涂层刀具的制备方法如下:
(1)采用离子刻蚀的加工方法在氮化硅陶瓷刀具材料表面加工出纳米级别的织构,织构的单元宽度为500nm。
(2)将加工完织构的氮化硅陶瓷刀片放入丙酮中浸泡2小时,清洗干净,然后进行真空干燥处理。
(3)选择Mo(thd)3作为钼源,H2S作为硫源,通过原子层沉积的自限制化学反应在加工有纳织构的氮化硅陶瓷刀具材料表面沉积生成二硫化钼软涂层,沉积温度450℃,沉积循环次数8000次,可形成涂层厚度大致为1.5μm的纳织构二硫化钼软涂层刀具。

Claims (2)

1.一种纳织构原子层沉积二硫化钼软涂层刀具,其特征在于:刀具由基体材料、表面纳米级织构、二硫化钼软涂层构成,刀具基体材料为硬脆性陶瓷材料,软涂层与基体材料之间具备织构和弱化学键的协同增强结合机制。
2.按权利要求1所述一种纳织构原子层沉积二硫化钼软涂层刀具,其特征是通过如下方法制备:
(1)采用高能束的加工方法在陶瓷刀具材料表面加工纳米级别的织构,织构的单元宽度为数十纳米至数百纳米。
(2)将加工完织构的刀片材料放入有机溶液浸泡清洗,浸泡数小时,然后进行真空干燥处理。
(3)选择合适的钼源和硫源材料,通过原子层沉积的自限制化学反应在加工有纳织构的刀具材料表面沉积生成二硫化钼软涂层。
