技术领域
本发明涉及根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的一种用于运输铁轨的铁轨起重机。
背景技术
从DE 202007009139 U1已知一种用于运输铁轨的铁轨起重机,所述铁轨起重机具有紧固至起重机柱的可旋转起重机吊臂。所述起重机吊臂被设计成用于借助于能够在吊臂的纵向方向上移位的辅助吊臂可伸缩。具有用于吊装或卸载铁轨的可竖直调节的载重链的吊运车在吊运车的端部处定位成与起重机柱间隔开。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种在开头提到的类型的铁轨起重机,利用这种铁轨起重机可以以自动化并且对起重机操作者来说是安全的方式来调节伸缩吊臂的长度。
根据本发明,该目的通过根据权利要求1的特征部分中引用的特征所述的指定类型的铁轨起重机来实现。
该解决方案的优点在于:增加了作业期间的安全性和舒适度。因此,避免作业期间在货车上的任何危及安全的锁定、延伸运动等。
根据从属权利要求和附图说明,本发明的其他优点变得显而易见。

具体实施方式
借助于轨上行走机构2能够在轨道3上运动的运输货车1具有车架4,车架4具有装载区域5。装载区域5用于存储待运输的铁轨6,这些铁轨6彼此上下分层放置。在车架4的一个纵向侧上布置有两个铁轨起重机7(其在图2中更详细可见),这两个铁轨起重机7在货车的纵向方向上彼此间隔开的。
如在图2至图4中可以看到的,每个铁轨起重机7基本上包括竖立在装载区域5上的垂直起重机柱8以及紧固至竖直起重机柱并且能够在水平平面内旋转的伸缩吊臂9。吊运车10安装在伸缩吊臂9上以在伸缩吊臂9的纵向方向16上移位,并且具有用于此目的的滚轮11,滚轮11被设计成在吊臂轨道12上滚动。此外,设置了驱动齿轮14,驱动齿轮14可以借助于驱动器13致动,与安装在伸缩吊臂9上的齿条15啮合,并且用于沿着伸缩吊臂9使吊运车10移位。可伸缩部件17位于伸缩吊臂9内,可伸缩部件17安装成在吊臂的纵向方向16上移位并且具有与起重机柱8间隔开的端部18,接合构件19被配置成在端部18处的止挡件20。伸缩吊臂9和可移位的伸缩部件17通过能量存储器21彼此连接。能量存储器21设置在伸缩部件17与伸缩吊臂9的更靠近起重机柱8定位的端部24之间。
用于吊装铁轨6的载重链22被定位在吊运车10上并且配备有垂直可调节的铁轨夹持件23。驱动齿轮14布置在吊运车10上、更靠近所述端部24定位的端部处。
图3中示出了伸缩吊臂9的静止位置。通过能量存储器21将可移位的伸缩部件17保持在该位置并且防止伸缩部件17、例如在铁轨倾斜时自动伸展。此外,设置了针对静止位置的锁定装置25(Arretiervorrichtung),锁定装置25在所示的示例中被配置为安全螺栓,安全螺栓简单地被推入伸缩吊臂9和伸缩部件17的两个叠置孔中。在作业开始时移除安全螺栓。吊运车10位于伸缩部件17与端部24之间。
为了将伸缩部件17移位到图4中可见的工作位置,经由驱动器13致动与齿条15啮合的驱动齿轮14,并且驱动齿轮14使吊运车10在伸缩部件17的方向上移位。一旦吊运车10接触到伸缩部件17的止挡件20,吊运车10就抵抗能量存储器21的有效拉力而使可伸缩部件17移位到工作位置。有利地,能量存储器21被设计成螺旋弹簧26。到达工作位置时,借助于锁定装置25来固定伸缩部件17,并且吊运车10在没有螺旋弹簧26抵抗的情况下能够在齿条15的整个长度上移位。完成作业之后,使吊运车10在远端部19的方向上移位。一旦吊运车10接触到止挡件20,就移除锁定装置25的安全螺栓,吊运车10沿着较近定位的端部24的方向移回,同时,与吊运车平行的螺旋弹簧26将可移位的伸缩部件17再次拉回静止位置(参见图3)。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于运输铁轨(6)的铁轨起重机(7),所述铁轨起重机具有起重机柱(8)和紧固在所述起重机柱上的伸缩吊臂(9),所述伸缩吊臂连接至能够在所述伸缩吊臂的纵向方向(16)上移位的伸缩部件(17)以及经由驱动齿轮(14)与齿条(15)啮合的吊运车(10),其特征在于,所述伸缩部件(17)包括接合构件(19),所述接合构件被设置用于连接至所述吊运车(10)以用于所述伸缩部件(17)从静止位置到工作位置的第一移动,并且所述伸缩部件(17)连接至用于抵抗所述第一移动的能量存储器(21)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铁轨起重机(7),其特征在于,所述接合构件(19)被配置成止挡件(20),所述止挡件位于可移位的所述可伸缩部件(17)的、与所述起重机柱(8)间隔开的端部(18)处。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的铁轨起重机(7),其特征在于,设置有用于将所述伸缩部件(17)固定在所述工作位置的锁定装置(25)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的铁轨起重机(7),其特征在于,所述能量存储器(21)被设计成螺旋弹簧(26)。
