Abstract
一种全程监控的汽车维修及与车主互动交流的技术方法,本发明首先对维修厂、车间进行改造,在原来的维修厂,尤其是修理车间的六个立体面装上高清摄像头,让摄像头连接到数据盒,再连接数据采集设备,依次连入互联网、应用服务器、数据库、互联网用户(笔记本电脑、计算机、平板电脑、智能手机)。其次,为了方便,在建设一个大型的、多功能的APP,车主只用下载一个APP客户终端在智能手机上,车主可以随时随地查看汽车的维修情况,也可以和维修人员互动,在行车过程中出现各种汽车可以故障和事故,可以第一时间得到互动交流、建议和帮助,及时解决车主的心理压力。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种汽车全程监控维修和实现与车主交流互动的技术领域。
背景技术:
当车主的车出现问题或出交通事故时,很多车主对问题的大都一无所有,无从处理,只能打电话给“4S店”或认识修过车的人,但很多时候,因为距离远,处理起来费用非常大,并且得不到及时处理,车主常常多花钱来处理,这种费钱费时的情况,让车主没有安全感同时增加驾车的成本。本发明经过长期研究实践,解决了这一问题。
发明内容:
当车主的车出现故障和事故时,本发明可以让车主放心省心省钱。随着互联网、电子技术、智能手机的发展,本发明利用其方便快捷的优点,实现了汽车维修的全程监控和交流滑动。
首先,我们对维修厂、车间进行改造,在原来的维修厂,尤其是修理车间的六个立体面装上高清摄像头,让摄像头连接到数据盒,再连接数据采集设备,依次连入互联网、应用服务器、数据库、互联网用户(笔记本电脑、计算机、平板电脑、智能手机)。为了方便,在建设一个大型的、多功能的APP,车主只用下载一个APP客户终端在智能手机上,车主可以随时随地查看汽车的维修情况,也可以和维修人员互动,在行车过程中出现各种汽车可以故障和事故,可以第一时间得到互动交流、建议和帮助,及时解决车主的心理压力。
其次,创建一个多功能、多用途的APP,这一APP的功能包括:
(1)电话直通功能模块:当车主车打电话预约、陈述汽车故障或故障现象并时创建维修委托单。
(2)建议功能模块:为每个计划的维修活动或操作创建一个独立的维修项目,包括需要使用的汽车零配件。软件系统中自动为维修项目和汽车零配件报价,自动计算总的维修价格,可呈现电子表格、直接点击打印或下载打印维修报价单给客户。
(3)零件库存模块:在此表格中必须有几栏,表明备注经过检查所有必需的汽车零配件,有库存无库存情况、无库存的零配件调购时间及价格。
(4)客户确认模块:给客户报价,经客户确认同意后,打印维修委托书并签名,汽车进厂后,如果是已经预约并已经开了委托单的,可进入车间安排检测、维修。没有的从第一步开始。经检测再次确认维修项目,或增加或减少,与车主沟通确认。
(5)、汽车维修师傅和人员选择模块。车主可以根据维修师傅和人员简介选择,选定后车间进行派工,,按照系统设定,分配工时自动计算工资,打印派工单给维修工。维修工开始实施维修项目。需要零配件的向配件仓库领用,仓库开领料单,并打印出来,领料人员签名可取走。根据维修进度,车间进行一定的调度,此维修程序,可以全程监控,全程观看、互动。
(6)、维修完成确认模块:车间维修完工后,进行维修检测。车间主管确认后,可在维修结算单或车间调度审核为完工。财务人员进入结算单确认领用配件和维修项目后,系统自动计算实际维修金额。可打印维修结算单给客户确认后,可进行财务结算并审核。审核时可生成维修服务跟踪记录,可打印汽车出厂放行条。
(7)发票开具模块:车主可以填写开具发票名称,并记录发票信息。
(8)出厂模块:车主可以点击凭汽车出厂放行条经门卫确认后可出门。
(9)互动交流模块。

1.权利要求:一种全程监控的汽车维修及与车主互动交流的系统,其特征是维修厂、车间装有六个面的立体高清摄像头,让摄像头连接到数据盒,再连接数据采集设备,依次连入互联网、应用服务器、数据库、互联网用户(笔记本电脑、计算机、平板电脑、智能手机);其次,为了互动交流方便,在建设一个大型的、多功能的APP,车主只用下载一个APP客户终端在智能手机上,车主可以随时随地查看汽车的维修情况,也可以和维修人员互动,在行车过程中出现各种汽车可以故障和事故,可以第一时间得到互动交流、建议和帮助,及时解决车主的心理压力。
