Abstract

本发明提供了一种改性聚马来酸抗皱整理剂的制备方法,该方法以马来酸酐和丙烯酸缩水甘油酯为原料,采用氧化还原引发体系制备改性聚马来酸抗皱整理剂;在纺织品抗皱整理过程中,利用环氧基的反应活性与纤维素纤维交联,避免了磷系催化剂的使用。

一种改性聚马来酸抗皱整理剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,特别涉及一种改性聚马来酸抗皱整理剂的制备方法。
背景技术
棉织物具有柔软、透气、吸湿保暖性好等多种优点,备受人们欢迎。由于棉织物抗皱性差,防皱整理就显得非常必要。传统的防皱整理剂主要为N-羟甲基酰胺类化合物,其中应用最多的是二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲,具有抗皱性好,反应性高,价格低廉等优点,但也存在整理织物强力下降严重,织物泛黄以及游离甲醛释放等缺陷,因此,迫切需要寻找绿色环保的无醛抗皱整理剂来替代。
多元羧酸抗皱整理剂是近年来发展迅速的一类无醛抗皱整理剂,其抗皱机理为:在催化剂作用下,多元羧酸分子链上的羧基可与纤维素分子产生酯化交联,从而赋予纺织品抗皱性能。目前,多元羧酸抗皱整理所用催化剂主要为含磷催化剂,这些含磷催化剂易造成水资源的富营养化,不利于环保。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种改性聚马来酸抗皱整理剂的制备方法,该方法采用马来酸酐和丙烯酸缩水甘油酯为原料,采用氧化还原引发体系制备改性聚马来酸抗皱整理剂;在纺织品抗皱整理过程中,利用环氧基的反应活性与纤维素纤维交联,避免了磷系催化剂的使用。
本发明提供的一种改性聚马来酸抗皱整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
在装有搅拌器、温度计、滴液漏斗的四口烧瓶中,加入1-3mol马来酸酐和300-500mL去离子水,加热使马来酸酐溶解后,继续加热使其发生水解,当体系温度升高至70-80℃,将引发剂溶液、丙烯酸缩水甘油酯通过滴液漏斗同时逐滴加到反应体系中,滴加结束后,保温2h,然后升温至80-90℃保温1h,即可。
其中,所述的引发剂水溶液为过硫酸钠和亚硫酸氢钠的混合溶液,其中,过硫酸钠与亚硫酸氢钠的质量比为1:3-2:1,引发剂总质量占马来酸酐单体质量的0.5%-1.0%。
其中,所述的丙烯酸缩水甘油酯用量为马来酸酐单体质量的3%-5%。
本发明有益效果在于:
(1)采用过硫酸钠和亚硫酸氢钠组成的氧化还原引发体系引发聚合,避免了次亚磷酸钠的使用。
(2)将环氧基引入到聚马来酸大分子链上,在抗皱整理过程中,环氧基开环后,与纤维素交联,赋予纤维素纤维优异的抗皱性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例,进一步详细地描述本发明。应理解,这些实施例只是为了举例说明本发明,而非以任何方式限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
在装有搅拌器、温度计、滴液漏斗的四口烧瓶中,加入1mol马来酸酐和300mL去离子水,加热使马来酸酐溶解后,继续加热使其发生水解,当体系温度升高至70℃,将引发剂溶液、丙烯酸缩水甘油酯通过滴液漏斗同时逐滴加到反应体系中,引发剂水溶液由过硫酸钠和亚硫酸氢钠组成,过硫酸钠与亚硫酸氢钠的质量比为1:3,引发剂总质量占马来酸酐单体质量的0.5%;丙烯酸缩水甘油酯用量为马来酸酐单体质量的3%;滴加结束后,保温2h,然后升温至80℃保温1h,即可。
比较例1(未添加丙烯酸缩水甘油酯)
在装有搅拌器、温度计、滴液漏斗的四口烧瓶中,加入1mol马来酸酐和300mL去离子水,加热使马来酸酐溶解后,继续加热使其发生水解,当体系温度升高至70℃,将引发剂溶液通过滴液漏斗逐滴加到反应体系中,引发剂水溶液由过硫酸钠和亚硫酸氢钠组成,过硫酸钠与亚硫酸氢钠的质量比为1:3,引发剂总质量占马来酸酐单体质量的0.5%;滴加结束后,保温2h,然后升温至80℃保温1h,即可。
实施例2
在装有搅拌器、温度计、滴液漏斗的四口烧瓶中,加入3mol马来酸酐和500mL去离子水,加热使马来酸酐溶解后,继续加热使其发生水解,当体系温度升高至80℃,将引发剂溶液、丙烯酸缩水甘油酯通过滴液漏斗同时逐滴加到反应体系中,引发剂水溶液由过硫酸钠和亚硫酸氢钠组成,过硫酸钠与亚硫酸氢钠的质量比为2:1,引发剂总质量占马来酸酐单体质量的1.0%;丙烯酸缩水甘油酯用量为马来酸酐单体质量的5%;滴加结束后,保温2h,然后升温至90℃保温1h,即可。
实施例3
在装有搅拌器、温度计、滴液漏斗的四口烧瓶中,加入2mol马来酸酐和400mL去离子水,加热使马来酸酐溶解后,继续加热使其发生水解,当体系温度升高至75℃,将引发剂溶液、丙烯酸缩水甘油酯通过滴液漏斗同时逐滴加到反应体系中,引发剂水溶液由过硫酸钠和亚硫酸氢钠组成,过硫酸钠与亚硫酸氢钠的质量比为1:1,引发剂总质量占马来酸酐单体质量的0.8%;丙烯酸缩水甘油酯用量为马来酸酐单体质量的4%;滴加结束后,保温2h,然后升温至85℃保温1h,即可。
实施例4
在装有搅拌器、温度计、滴液漏斗的四口烧瓶中,加入2.5mol马来酸酐和350mL去离子水,加热使马来酸酐溶解后,继续加热使其发生水解,当体系温度升高至78℃,将引发剂溶液、丙烯酸缩水甘油酯通过滴液漏斗同时逐滴加到反应体系中,引发剂水溶液由过硫酸钠和亚硫酸氢钠组成,过硫酸钠与亚硫酸氢钠的质量比为1:1.5,引发剂总质量占马来酸酐单体质量的0.6%;丙烯酸缩水甘油酯用量为马来酸酐单体质量的3.5%;滴加结束后,保温2h,然后升温至87℃保温1h,即可。
实施例5
配制抗皱整理工作液:抗皱整理剂100g/L,氢氧化钠40g/L,渗透剂JFC 2g/L
将织物浸渍在整理液中,5min后取出,轧辊轧压,两浸两轧,轧余率100%,85℃烘干,140℃焙烘2min,然后水洗,皂洗,烘干。
折皱回复角检测按GB/T3819-1997方法测定。
断裂强力检测按GB/T3923.1-2013方法测定。
采用WEB-2000型白度仪,在不同位置测织物白度,测5次取平均值。
表1整理织物性能
从上表可看出,本发明的抗皱整理剂整理织物泛黄小,抗皱性能好,织物强力损伤小,综合性能优于BTCA多元羧酸整理剂,与市场上广泛使用的2D树脂整理效果相当。

Claims (4)

1.一种改性聚马来酸抗皱整理剂的制备方法,该方法采用马来酸酐和丙烯酸缩水甘油酯为原料,采用氧化还原引发体系制备改性聚马来酸抗皱整理剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性聚马来酸抗皱整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
在装有搅拌器、温度计、滴液漏斗的四口烧瓶中,加入1-3mol马来酸酐和300-500mL去离子水,加热使马来酸酐溶解后,继续加热使其发生水解,当体系温度升高至70-80℃,将引发剂溶液、丙烯酸缩水甘油酯通过滴液漏斗同时逐滴加到反应体系中,滴加结束后,保温2h,然后升温至80-90℃保温1h,即可。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种改性聚马来酸抗皱整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的引发剂水溶液为过硫酸钠和亚硫酸氢钠的混合溶液,其中,过硫酸钠与亚硫酸氢钠的质量比为1:3-2:1,引发剂总质量占马来酸酐单体质量的0.5%-1.0%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种改性聚马来酸抗皱整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的丙烯酸缩水甘油酯用量为马来酸酐单体质量的3%-5%。
