本发明提供了一种金属表面用防腐材料,其各组成成分按照以下重量份数进行配比:咪唑啉缓蚀剂10‑15份,三氧化铂6‑10份,磷酸二氢钾4‑8份,固化剂6‑8份,异丙醇3‑8份,钛白粉2‑5份,六偏磷酸钠2‑4份,补充剂3‑4份。本发明的一种用于金属材料表面的防腐剂,其与金属基体具有优异的附着能力,耐摩擦和抗腐蚀性能等优点。

一种金属表面用防腐材料
技术领域
本发明涉及金属制品表面防腐领域,特别是一种金属表面用防腐材料。
背景技术
金属材料表面受周围介质的作用而损坏,称为金属腐蚀。金属的锈蚀是最常见的腐蚀形态。腐蚀时,在金属的界面上发生了化学或电化学多相反应,使金属转入氧化离子状态。这会显著降低金属材料的强度、塑性、韧性等力学性能,破坏金属构件的几何形状,增加零件间的磨损,恶化电学和光学等物理性能,缩短设备的使用寿命,造成能源损耗,甚至造成火灾、爆炸等灾难性事故。传统金属防护的方法有使用缓蚀剂、电镀惰性或能够形成致密氧化膜的金属、阴极保护、涂敷防腐涂料、油漆等为主。其中,缓蚀剂应用于溶液或气体环境中,具有使用方便的优点,但缺点是效率较低。电镀惰性贵金属效果好、适用范围宽,但成本高,难以大范围使用;电镀铝、锌等金属在低湿、低盐、低温下效果较好,在高温、高湿、高盐时防腐效果很差。
发明内容
针对上述技术中存在不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于金属材料表面的防腐剂,其具有防腐性能高、附着力强、低成本、低能耗和环保无毒。。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供了一种金属表面用防腐材料,其各组成成分按照以下重量份数进行配比:咪唑啉缓蚀剂10-15份,三氧化铂6-10份,磷酸二氢钾4-8份,固化剂6-8份,异丙醇3-8份,钛白粉2-5份,六偏磷酸钠2-4份,补充剂3-4份。
进一步:所述的咪唑啉缓蚀剂的制备是将脂肪酸加入到三口烧瓶中并加入0.1-5%的H3PO4或者H3BO3作为催化剂,搅拌加热到120℃,按摩尔比为1:1~1.5加入有机多胺,升温至150℃反应。
又进一步:所述的所述的脂肪酸是油酸、棕榈酸、月桂酸、硬脂酸中的一种。
又进一步:所述的补充剂为环氧树脂。
再进一步:各组成成分按照以下重量份数进行配比:咪唑啉缓蚀剂13份,三氧化铂7份,磷酸二氢钾5份,固化剂7份,异丙醇6份,钛白粉3份,六偏磷酸钠3份,补充剂3份。
本发明具有以下优点和有益效果:本发明的一种用于金属材料表面的防腐剂,其与金属基体具有优异的附着能力,耐摩擦和抗腐蚀性能优异,并且对水性或油性物质不粘,具有优异的不粘特性,而且低成本、低能耗和环保无毒等优点。

本发明提供了一种金属表面用防腐材料,其特征在于:各组成成分按照以下重量份数进行配比:咪唑啉缓蚀剂10-15份,三氧化铂6-10份,磷酸二氢钾4-8份,固化剂6-8份,异丙醇3-8份,钛白粉2-5份,六偏磷酸钠2-4份,补充剂3-4份。
上述的咪唑啉缓蚀剂的制备是将脂肪酸加入到三口烧瓶中并加入0.1-5%的H3PO4或者H3BO3作为催化剂,搅拌加热到120℃,按摩尔比为1:1~1.5加入有机多胺,升温至150℃反应。
上述的所述的脂肪酸是油酸、棕榈酸、月桂酸、硬脂酸中的一种。
上述的补充剂为环氧树脂。
本发明最优的各组成成分按照以下重量份数进行配比为:咪唑啉缓蚀剂13份,三氧化铂7份,磷酸二氢钾5份,固化剂7份,异丙醇6份,钛白粉3份,六偏磷酸钠3份,补充剂3份。
本发明的一种用于金属材料表面的防腐剂,其与金属基体具有优异的附着能力,耐摩擦和抗腐蚀性能优异,并且对水性或油性物质不粘,具有优异的不粘特性,而且低成本、低能耗和环保无毒等优点。

1.一种金属表面用防腐材料,其特征在于:各组成成分按照以下重量份数进行配比:咪唑啉缓蚀剂10-15份,三氧化铂6-10份,磷酸二氢钾4-8份,固化剂6-8份,异丙醇3-8份,钛白粉2-5份,六偏磷酸钠2-4份,补充剂3-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属表面用防腐材料,其特征在于:所述的咪唑啉缓蚀剂的制备是将脂肪酸加入到三口烧瓶中并加入0.1-5%的H3PO4或者H3BO3作为催化剂,搅拌加热到120℃,按摩尔比为1:1~1.5加入有机多胺,升温至150℃反应。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种金属表面用防腐材料,其特征在于:所述的所述的脂肪酸是油酸、棕榈酸、月桂酸、硬脂酸中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属表面用防腐材料,其特征在于:所述的补充剂为环氧树脂。
