Abstract
本发明涉及防刺穿单组分丁苯胶粘剂及其制备方法,其原料组成包括:基体树脂热塑性丁苯橡胶聚合物、接枝单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯、共聚单体甲基丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸乙酯、增黏树脂、引发剂过氧化二苯甲酰、终止剂2,6‑二叔丁基‑4‑甲基苯酚、溶剂甲苯和乙酸乙酯。制备工艺简单,对防弹衣用特种纤维粘接力强,胶膜柔软、透气,具有很好的防刺穿效果,可用辊涂工艺施胶。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及胶粘剂领域,特别是涉及一种防刺穿单组分丁苯胶粘剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
防弹衣材料为特种纤维,其表面光滑,织物空隙较大,单层材料不具备防弹及刺穿能力,必需3-6层通过胶粘剂紧密贴合方可达到效果,粘接强度的好坏直接影响防弹衣的抗刺穿性能,当子弹或尖刀作用于材料时,粘接强度好的材料可使作用点的负荷受力向横向和纵向进行分解,达到防刺穿的效果。
目前,防弹衣用特种纤维贴合胶主要是双组分环氧胶,由A、B两个组分组成,A、B组分不单独使用,两组分必须按照一定比例搅拌均匀后方可使用。同时,混匀后的双组分胶水必须在较短的时间内用完,否则将发生固化反应而失去粘接的作用,特别在高温环境下固化更快。粘合剂所得胶膜比较硬、脆,弹性小,不利于受力传导和分解,防穿刺效果不理想。
基于上述原因,我们提出一种单组分丁苯胶粘剂及其制备方法,通过对热塑性丁苯橡胶进行改性,可大幅提高丁苯胶粘剂对防弹衣的粘接力、持粘性及固化速率,胶膜柔软且透气性良好,并可采用辊涂法上胶,便于大规模批量生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防刺穿单组份丁苯胶粘剂及其制备方法,旨在解决现有胶粘剂粘接效果不好,使用不方便等问题。
本发明涉及的一种热塑性丁苯橡胶胶粘剂原料按重量份计,其组成如下:
热塑性丁苯橡胶聚合物:27~32份;
甲基丙烯酸甲酯:2~8份;
甲基丙烯酸:0.4~0.8份;
甲基丙烯酸乙酯:2~3份;
增黏树脂8~12份;
过氧化二苯甲酰:0.05~0.2份;
2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚:0.01~0.2份;
甲苯:25~28份;
乙酸乙酯:25~30份。
热塑性丁苯橡胶聚合物为聚苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物,分子量为80000g·mol-1~120000g·mol-1。
增黏树脂为烷基酚树脂、石油树脂其中的一种或两者的混合物。
一种如上所述热塑性丁苯橡胶胶粘剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
在反应釜内放入甲苯和乙酸乙酯,加热搅拌下加入热塑性丁苯橡胶聚合物,升温至80℃~85℃,待其充分溶解后,加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯和4/5的过氧化二苯甲酰,于80℃~85℃下反应3~4小时,然后加入甲基丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸乙酯,及剩余的过氧化苯甲酰,继续反应2~3小时,加入终止剂2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚与增黏树脂,搅拌均匀,降温,高速分散1.5小时,得到产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术优点是:
本发明所提及的防刺穿单组份丁苯胶粘剂,制备工艺简单,通过接枝和共聚改性增强了丁苯橡胶对防弹衣用特种纤维的粘性、压敏性和持粘性,胶膜柔软具有透气性,可利用辊筒上胶,便于施工,适用防刺穿材料的粘合使用。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明。
实施例1
在反应釜内放入260g甲苯和258g乙酸乙酯,加热搅拌下加入300g热塑性丁苯橡胶聚合物,升温至80℃~85℃,待其充分溶解后,加入50g甲基丙烯酸甲酯和0.8g的过氧化二苯甲酰,于80℃~85℃下反应3小时,然后加入5g甲基丙烯酸和25g甲基丙烯酸乙酯,及0.2g过氧化苯甲酰,继续反应2小时,加入终止剂1g 2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚与100g增黏树脂,搅拌均匀,降温,高速分散 1.5小时,得到产品1。
实施例2
在反应釜内放入260g甲苯和258g乙酸乙酯,加热搅拌下加入300g热塑性丁苯橡胶聚合物,升温至80℃~85℃,待其充分溶解后,加入50g甲基丙烯酸甲酯和0.8g的过氧化二苯甲酰,于80℃~85℃下反应3小时,然后加入8g甲基丙烯酸和22g甲基丙烯酸乙酯,及0.2g过氧化苯甲酰,继续反应2小时,加入终止剂1g 2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚与100g增黏树脂,搅拌均匀,降温,高速分散 1.5小时,得到产品1。
实施例3
在反应釜内放入260g甲苯和258g乙酸乙酯,加热搅拌下加入320g热塑性丁苯橡胶聚合物,升温至80℃~85℃,待其充分溶解后,加入30g甲基丙烯酸甲酯和0.8g的过氧化二苯甲酰,于80℃~85℃下反应3小时,然后加入5g甲基丙烯酸和25g甲基丙烯酸乙酯,及0.2g过氧化苯甲酰,继续反应2小时,加入终止剂1g 2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚与100g增黏树脂,搅拌均匀,降温,高速分散 1.5小时,得到产品1。
实施例4
在反应釜内放入260g甲苯和258g乙酸乙酯,加热搅拌下加入270g热塑性丁苯橡胶聚合物,升温至80℃~85℃,待其充分溶解后,加入80g甲基丙烯酸甲酯和0.8g的过氧化二苯甲酰,于80℃~85℃下反应3小时,然后加入5g甲基丙烯酸和25g甲基丙烯酸乙酯,及0.2g过氧化苯甲酰,继续反应2小时,加入终止剂1g 2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚与100g增黏树脂,搅拌均匀,降温,高速分散 1.5小时,得到产品1。

1.一种防刺穿单组分丁苯胶粘剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,防刺穿单组分丁苯胶粘剂原料按重量份计算,其组成如下:
热塑性丁苯橡胶聚合物:27~32份;
甲基丙烯酸甲酯:2~8份;
甲基丙烯酸:0.4~0.8份;
甲基丙烯酸乙酯:2~3份;
增黏树脂8~12份;
过氧化二苯甲酰:0.05~0.2份;
2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚:0.01~0.2份;
甲苯:25~28份;
乙酸乙酯:25~30份。
2.如权利要求1所述的防刺穿单组分丁苯胶粘剂,其特征在于,热塑性丁苯橡胶聚合物为聚苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物,分子量为80000g·mol-1~120000g·mol-1。
3.如权利要求1所述的防刺穿单组分丁苯胶粘剂,其特征在于,增黏树脂为烷基酚树脂、石油树脂其中的一种或两者的混合物。
4.一种防刺穿单组分丁苯胶粘剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
在反应釜内放入甲苯和乙酸乙酯,加热搅拌下加入热塑性丁苯橡胶聚合物,升温至80℃~85℃,待其充分溶解后,加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯和4/5的过氧化二苯甲酰,于80℃~85℃下反应3~4小时,然后加入甲基丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸乙酯,及剩余的过氧化苯甲酰,继续反应2~3小时,加入终止剂2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚与增黏树脂,搅拌均匀,降温,高速分散1.5小时,得到产品。
