我国陶瓷制品之乡为景徳镇,其陶瓷制品享誉海内外,它大多采用 陶瓷生产工艺设计制造,其能源消耗高、成本高、售价高,如运到边远地 区,其路遥千里,运费也高,因而增加了园林绿化及盆栽的成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对陶瓷花盆尚存在的问题,旨在提供一种生产仿陶瓷花盆的制备方法,制备方法工艺简单,设备投资少,能耗低, 免烧,生产的制品外形、强度同陶瓷盆。
本发明目的的实现方式为,仿陶瓷花盆的制备方法,按重量比%取:
氧化镁40-45 氯化镁20-30 碳酸重钙粉4-8 铁矿粉10-18 色 基2-5 水 余量 混合,用搅拌机搅拌,注模成型,在干燥烘房烘干固化7-9小时后脱模, 修坯、抛光得制品。
本发明选用常用的矿物原料、化工原料为原料,色基采用可形成陶瓷色的海碧兰、赤色、墨绿色色素,原料易得。原料按比例混合在搅拌机中搅拌均匀,而后注入模中,在振动台振动塌实,使结构致密、成型,而后 在干燥烘房中于70℃-90℃下烘干6-8小时后脱模、修坯,用抛光机抛 光得制品。
本制备方法工艺简单、设备投资少、能耗低、成本低,所生产的制品 为免烧制品,外形、强度同陶瓷制品,可用于园林绿化、盆景栽培等。

1.一种制备仿陶瓷花盆的方法,其特征在于按重量比%取: 氧化镁40-45 氯化镁20-30 碳酸重钙粉4-8 铁矿粉10-18 色 基2-45 水 余量 混合,用搅拌机搅拌,注模成型,在干燥烘房于70℃-90℃下烘干固化 6-8小时后脱模、修坯、抛光得制品。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于色基采用海兰、 赤色、墨色色素。
