技术领域：
本发明涉及一种客车车身内饰结构。
背景技术：
目前，部分客车的侧围内饰采用吸塑件或挤塑件，环保性能低，安装时需要现场切割修整，且材料较软，安装后平整性不好。因此需要提供一种结构简单，安装省时，平整性好的侧围内饰。
发明内容：
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种客车车身内饰结构。
本发明所采用的技术方案有：一种客车车身内饰结构，包括侧围板、侧围骨架、窗立柱、PE棉和窗下沿限位支架，所述窗立柱和窗下沿限位支架均固定于侧围骨架上，侧围板固定于侧围骨架、窗立柱和窗下沿限位支架上，PE棉固定于窗下沿限位支架上。
进一步地，所述侧围板和窗立柱采用1.5mm厚的铝合金板折弯制成。
进一步地，所述PE棉的厚度为2mm。
本发明具有如下有益效果：本发明实现整体上装，节省安装时间，环保性能高，平整性好，提升内饰整体效果。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2所示，本发明公开一种客车车身内饰结构，包括侧围板1、侧围骨架2、窗立柱3、PE棉5和窗下沿限位支架6，窗立柱3和窗下沿限位支架6均固定于侧围骨架2上，侧围板1固定于侧围骨架2、窗立柱3和窗下沿限位支架6上，PE棉5固定于窗下沿限位支架6上。
侧围板1和窗立柱3采用1.5mm厚的铝合金板折弯制成。加工精度高，安装时无需切割，省时省力；铝合金板的VOC含量低，环保性能高；铝合金板强度好，安装后平整性好，提升内饰整体效果。
铝内饰采用粘胶固定在侧围骨架，实现无钉安装。
侧围板1将侧墙板和窗下沿合二为一，整体上装，节省安装时间，减少拼接缝。窗下沿限位支架6上方粘贴2mm厚PE棉5，避免侧围板1与窗下沿限位支架6产生异响。

1.一种客车车身内饰结构，其特征在于：包括侧围板(1)、侧围骨架(2)、窗立柱(3)、PE棉(5)和窗下沿限位支架(6)，所述窗立柱(3)和窗下沿限位支架(6)均固定于侧围骨架(2)上，侧围板(1)固定于侧围骨架(2)、窗立柱(3)和窗下沿限位支架(6)上，PE棉(5)固定于窗下沿限位支架(6)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的客车车身内饰结构，其特征在于：所述侧围板(1)和窗立柱(3)采用1.5mm厚的铝合金板折弯制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的客车车身内饰结构，其特征在于：所述PE棉(5)的厚度为2mm。
