本发明公开一种防火隔热复合板材,包括芯板层,所述芯板层由多个重组木层叠合而成,相邻的两个重组木层其木纤维处于平行的平面,且夹角为10‑30°。本发明中特别将相邻的两个重组木层其木纤维处于平行的平面,以有效阻断火焰烧穿芯板,实现阻燃的效果。

本发明涉及一种复合板材,具体涉及一种防火隔热复合板材。
背景技术
目前的市场上的家具装饰用实木板材,采用单板、天然木皮、芯板等多层实木材料按一定的次序叠合,经上胶、压合而制成,具有成本低廉、外观优良、机械强度高等优点。但木质的复合板材具有易燃的特点,当将其用于室内装饰时,难以满足建筑物的防火要求。一般的做法是在复合板材中增加由石棉、金属等材质构成的阻燃层,但增加上述阻燃层不但影响复合板材的质感,更影响复合板材的结构紧凑性而导致其容易变形。而石棉等材料还具有高致癌风险,危害人体健康。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种纯木质的、具有阻燃效果的防火复合板材。
一种防火隔热复合板材,包括芯板层,所述芯板层由多个重组木层叠合而成,相邻的两个重组木层其木纤维处于平行的平面,且夹角为10-30°。
木质材料在燃烧时具有“灯芯效应”,即火焰总是趋向于沿木纤维的方向燃烧。因此,本发明中特别将相邻的两个重组木层其木纤维处于平行的平面,以有效阻断火焰烧穿芯板,实现一定的阻燃的效果。而相邻的两个重组木层其木纤维夹角为10-30°,更可进一步削弱灯芯效应,延缓火焰在平面上蔓延。重组木层采用现有技术实现。
进一步的,所述芯板层的两侧还覆盖有缓冲层,缓冲层为斜剖木皮,其中的木纤维平行于所述芯板层。
缓冲层的作用是平衡芯板两侧的受力,避免芯板翘曲变形。
进一步的,所述重组木层的表面有多个同心的环形凹纹。
重组木层之间可以采用胶水粘合后,高压压合而成。由于相邻的重组木层之间木纤维夹角较大,即便经过高压压合,层间的结合度也不足,容易分离。因此本发明特别在重组木层的表面设置环形凹纹,重组木层叠合后,相邻的重组木层的环形凹纹可能相互交错,经压合可相互渗入,提高了层间的结合力。环形凹纹可以通过模具冲压形成。
更进一步的,所述缓冲层与芯板层的厚度只比为1:4-1:7。
更进一步的,所述芯板正面的缓冲层表面还覆盖有面层,所述面层的表面开有多个盲孔。
面层的盲孔可以在面层外聚集空气,降低热量从面层传递的的速率,使本发明的复合板材具备隔热的效果。
优选的,所述面层为斜剖木皮,其木纤维为水平向排布。
优选的,所述面层表面覆盖有光固化涂层;所述光固化涂层其原料按重量计包括高羟基值醇酸树脂5-9份、烷氧化壬基苯酚丙烯酸酯10-20份;光引发剂0.1-2份;溶剂50-90份;碳酸氢钠0.5-5份;二氧化硅粉末2-5份;阴离子型表面活性剂0.2-1.5份。
特别的,本发明在面层表面覆盖光固化涂层,其中的阴离子型表面活性剂可以特异性地将碳酸氢钠、二氧化硅粉末的表面能降低,使之得以在涂层仍是液态的时候聚集在涂层表面,当涂层固化后,便可形成一碳酸氢钠-二氧化硅粉末层,其中的碳酸氢钠逐渐分解,释放出水和二氧化碳气体,残留下多孔的二氧化硅层。二氧化硅层中储存空气,可有效阻断热量的传递。而二氧化硅层更有良好的阻燃效果。
优选到,所述面层、缓冲层、芯板层之间通过隔热胶粘合而成;所述隔热胶其原料按重量计包括40-70份环氧树脂胶粘剂、0.1-0.5份空心玻璃微球、0.01-0.23份硬脂酸镁、0.05-0.1份纳米氧化锌。
所述环氧树脂胶可选用任意一种现有技术实现。硬脂酸镁、纳米氧化锌则可显著提升隔热胶的对木质材料、牛皮纸材料的粘着性。

进一步的,所述芯板层1的两侧还覆盖有缓冲层2,缓冲层2为斜剖木皮,其中的木纤维平行于所述芯板层。
进一步的,所述重组木层的表面有多个同心的环形凹纹。
更进一步的,所述缓冲层与芯板层的厚度只比为1:4-1:7。
优选的,所述芯板正面的缓冲层表面还覆盖有面层3,所述面层的表面开有多个盲孔31。

本实施例提供一种覆盖在实施例1面层表面覆盖的光固化涂层;所述光固化涂层其原料按重量计包括高羟基值醇酸树脂7份、烷氧化壬基苯酚丙烯酸酯12.5份;光引发剂0.83份;溶剂66.1份;碳酸氢钠2.6份;二氧化硅粉末3份;阴离子型表面活性剂0.8份。本实施例中,所述溶剂为丙酮、甲醇以2:3体积比构成。所述高羟基值醇酸树脂可优选公开号为102153737B的高羟基值醇酸树脂实现。所述阴离子型表面活性剂为烷基硫酸酯盐,优选为钠盐。本实施例中,光引发剂选用2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮。
本实施例还提供用于面层、缓冲层、芯板层之间粘合的隔热胶;所述隔热胶其原料按重量计包括52.4份环氧树脂胶粘剂、0.31份空心玻璃微球、0.15份硬脂酸镁、0.06份纳米氧化锌。本实施例中,所述环氧树脂胶黏剂采用公开号为103773297 B的中国专利所公开的技术实现。
实施例3

本实施例提供一种覆盖在实施例1面层表面覆盖的光固化涂层;所述光固化涂层其原料按重量计包括高羟基值醇酸树脂7份、烷氧化壬基苯酚丙烯酸酯12.5份;光引发剂0.83份;溶剂66.1份;碳酸氢钠2.6份;二氧化硅粉末3份。本实施例中,所述溶剂为丙酮、甲醇以2:3体积比构成。所述高羟基值醇酸树脂可优选公开号为102153737B的高羟基值醇酸树脂实现。本实施例中,光引发剂选用2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮。
本实施例还提供用于面层、缓冲层、芯板层之间粘合的隔热胶;所述隔热胶其原料按重量计包括52.4份环氧树脂胶粘剂、0.31份空心玻璃微球、0.06份纳米氧化锌。本实施例中,所述环氧树脂胶黏剂采用公开号为103773297 B的中国专利所公开的技术实现。
实施例7
本实施例提供一种覆盖在实施例1面层表面覆盖的光固化涂层;所述光固化涂层其原料按重量计包括高羟基值醇酸树脂7份、烷氧化壬基苯酚丙烯酸酯12.5份;光引发剂0.83份;溶剂66.1份;二氧化硅粉末3份;阴离子型表面活性剂0.8份。本实施例中,所述溶剂为丙酮、甲醇以2:3体积比构成。所述高羟基值醇酸树脂可优选公开号为102153737B的高羟基值醇酸树脂实现。所述阴离子型表面活性剂为烷基硫酸酯盐,优选为钠盐。本实施例中,光引发剂选用2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮。
本实施例还提供用于面层、缓冲层、芯板层之间粘合的隔热胶;所述隔热胶其原料按重量计包括52.4份环氧树脂胶粘剂、0.31份空心玻璃微球、0.15份硬脂酸镁。本实施例中,所述环氧树脂胶黏剂采用公开号为103773297 B的中国专利所公开的技术实现。
实验例
将实施例2-7的光固化涂层(液态)喷涂至面层,经紫外线光照射(总吸收能量值为700~750毫焦/平方厘米),然后在紫外光灯下进行固化,固化时间为1~1 .5分钟,再以50~80℃烘烤60-100分钟,观察所形成的的固态涂层的外观,其结果如下:
将实施例2-7的隔热胶的各组分混合均匀,将其分别涂覆在木质材料(平剖木皮)以及牛皮纸上,测试其附着力(GB/T 5210-1985)。其结果如下:

Claims (2)
1.一种防火隔热复合板材,包括芯板层,所述芯板层由多个重组木层叠合而成,相邻的两个重组木层其木纤维处于平行的平面,且夹角为10-30°;所述芯板层的两侧还覆盖有缓冲层,缓冲层为斜剖木皮,其中的木纤维平行于所述芯板层;其特征在于:所述重组木层的表面有多个同心的环形凹纹;所述芯板层正面的缓冲层表面还覆盖有面层,所述面层的表面开有多个盲孔;所述面层为斜剖木皮,其木纤维为水平向排布;所述面层表面覆盖有光固化涂层;所述光固化涂层其原料按重量计包括高羟基值醇酸树脂5-9份、烷氧化壬基苯酚丙烯酸酯10-20份、 光引发剂0.1-2份、 溶剂50-90份、 碳酸氢钠0.5-5份、 二氧化硅粉末2-5份、 阴离子型表面活性剂0.2-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防火隔热复合板材,其特征在于:所述面层、缓冲层、芯板层之间通过隔热胶粘合而成;所述隔热胶其原料按重量计包括40-70份环氧树脂胶粘剂、0.1-0.5份空心玻璃微球、0.01-0.23份硬脂酸镁、0.05-0.1份纳米氧化锌。
