Abstract

采用在线剥壳涂层工艺生产预应力钢绞线用钢丝的方法涉及一种钢丝生产方法。主要是为解决目前对盘条酸洗磷化污染环境的问题而发明的。采用平辊矫直压弯除鳞机和立辊矫直压弯除鳞机对盘条进行压弯,经过平辊和立辊压弯后,盘条表面的氧化铁皮脱落,盘条进入旋转式钢丝刷机进行清理,在盘条圆周上刷掉表面残余铁皮,盘条水洗后进行表面涂层。经过压缩空气吹扫后,进入烘干器烘干,利用拉丝机上的压力旋转模强制润滑,高速拉拔,得到预应力钢绞线用钢丝。优点是取消了传统的酸洗磷化涂硼砂工艺,消除了环境污染。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种钢丝生产方法,具体是涉及一种在线剥壳涂层工艺生产预应力钢绞线用钢丝的方法。
背景技术:
预应力钢绞线用钢丝一般采用高碳钢盘条经过槽式酸洗、磷化、涂硼砂等表面处理后进行拉拔的方法生产。由于酸洗磷化等工序产生废酸、废水、废渣等有害物质,污染环境。所以采用无酸洗拉拔的生产方法是解决酸洗磷化危害的途径。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种采用在线剥壳涂层工艺生产预应力钢绞线用钢丝的方法,去除高碳钢盘条表面的氧化铁皮,并在线涂覆一层起载体作用的涂层代替原有磷化层,免去酸洗磷化工艺,钢丝表面质量和性能合格,达到酸洗磷化效果。
上述目的是这样实现的:通过反复弯曲压辊对盘条进行压弯来使表面氧化铁皮剥离,然后采用旋转式钢丝刷对盘条表面残留铁皮进行清除,再经过水洗保证盘条表面清洁。然后进入涂层槽进行表面涂层,经压缩空气吹扫后进行烘干。拉拔过程中采用压力润滑技术,提高钢丝表面润滑质量,保证快速优质拉丝。
具体做法是:采用一组4+5平辊矫直压弯除鳞机和一组4+5立辊矫直压弯除鳞机(平辊矫直压弯除鳞机有4个上平辊、5个下平辊;立辊矫直压弯除鳞机有4个左立辊、5个右立辊)对盘条进行压弯,压弯辊的直径为150mm,相邻两个压弯辊的间距200-300mm。经过平辊和立辊压弯后,盘条表面的氧化铁皮脱落,盘条进入旋转式钢丝刷机进行清理,旋转式钢丝刷机的旋转筒带有3组钢丝刷,在盘条圆周上刷掉表面残余铁皮,盘条水洗后进行表面涂层。涂层槽采用电加热,温度为90-100℃,涂层为无机盐,所述的无机盐是皮膜剂,经过压缩空气吹扫后,进入烘干器烘干,烘干温度200-300℃,利用拉丝机上的压力旋转模强制润滑,保证钢丝表面润滑质量,实现高速(5.0m/s以上)拉拔,得到预应力钢绞线用钢丝,达到酸洗磷化的效果。
本发明的优点是:本方法通过在线剥壳涂层工艺,取消了传统的酸洗磷化涂硼砂工艺,消除了环境污染,降低了生产成本。采用压力模等强制润滑方法,保证了钢丝表面润滑质量,达到酸洗磷化的润滑效果,实现预应力钢绞线用钢丝清洁生产。采用在线剥壳、在线涂层工艺生产预应力钢绞线用钢丝的工艺,去除高碳钢盘条表面的氧化铁皮,并在线涂覆一层起润滑作用的涂层,免去酸洗磷化工艺,结合压力润滑拉拔技术,拉拔速度5.0m/s以上,钢丝表面质量和性能合格,达到酸洗磷化效果。
具体实施方式:
通过反复弯曲压辊对盘条进行压弯来使表面氧化铁皮剥离,然后采用旋转式钢丝刷对盘条表面残留铁皮进行清除,再经过水洗保证盘条表面清洁。然后进入涂层槽进行表面涂层,经压缩空气吹扫后进行烘干。拉拔过程中采用压力润滑技术,提高钢丝表面润滑质量,保证快速优质拉丝。

1.采用在线剥壳涂层工艺生产预应力钢绞线用钢丝的方法,其特征是:采用平辊矫直压弯除鳞机和立辊矫直压弯除鳞机对盘条进行压弯,经过平辊和立辊压弯后,盘条表面的氧化铁皮脱落,然后盘条进入旋转式钢丝刷机进行清理,旋转式钢丝刷机的旋转筒带有3组钢丝刷,在盘条圆周上刷掉表面残余铁皮,盘条水洗后进行表面涂层;涂层槽采用电加热,温度为90-100℃,涂层为无机盐;然后盘条经过压缩空气吹扫后,进入烘干器烘干,烘干温度200-300℃,最后利用拉丝机上的压力旋转模强制润滑,保证钢丝表面润滑质量,拉拔的速度为5.0m/s以上,得到预应力钢绞线用钢丝。
