Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention aims to provide a cleaning paint removing system so as to solve the technical problem of how to improve the efficiency of cleaning paint. In addition, a maintenance device for the bogie of the rail transit vehicle is also provided.
In order to achieve the above object, according to a first aspect of the present invention, the following technical solutions are provided:

and the limiting component is used for enabling the rail car to be separated from the ground chain conveying equipment and positioned at the cleaning and paint removing station when the rail car touches the limiting component.
Further, the cleaning machine is high-pressure water flushing equipment, and the cleaning gun head is a profiling high-pressure spray head.

The embodiment of the invention provides a cleaning paint removing system and an overhauling device for a bogie of a rail transit vehicle. The cleaning paint removing system comprises a paint removing machine, a cleaning machine, a mechanical arm, a lifter and a seventh shaft of the mechanical arm. Wherein, the paint remover comprises a paint removing gun head. The cleaning machine comprises a cleaning gun head. The mechanical arm is used for bearing the paint removing gun head and cleaning the gun head. The elevator is used for moving the mechanical arm to a first preset position in the longitudinal direction. The seventh axis of the robot arm is coupled to the elevator and is configured to move the robot arm in a lateral direction to a second predetermined position.
The invention adopts the elevator and the seventh shaft of the mechanical arm to determine the working space of the mechanical arm, and the mechanical arm is used for bearing the gun heads of the cleaning machine and the paint remover. Therefore, in the cleaning and paint removing process, the space layout is compact, the cleaning and paint removing actions are flexible, the flexibility is high, the cleaning and paint removing operation of the framework on the bogie of all domestic rail transit vehicles such as motor cars, locomotives and subways can be adapted, the cleaning and paint removing efficiency is improved, the environment is protected, and the framework is not damaged.

The technical scheme provided by the invention is described in more detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a cleaning and paint removing system. The device mainly comprises: a paint stripper (not shown), a washer 11, a robot arm 3, an elevator 4 and a robot arm seventh shaft 5. Wherein, the paint remover comprises a paint removing gun head. The cleaning machine 11 includes a cleaning gun head. The mechanical arm 3 is used for bearing the paint removing gun head and the cleaning gun head. The lifter 4 is used to move the robot arm 3 to a first predetermined position in the longitudinal direction. The robot arm seventh shaft 5 is connected to the lifter 4 and serves to move the robot arm 3 to a second predetermined position in the lateral direction.
The cleaning machine 11 may be, for example, a high-pressure water flushing device. The cleaning gun head is preferably a profiling high-pressure spray head.
The arm seventh shaft 5 moves the arm 3 in a direction perpendicular to the lifting direction of the lifter 4 as a forward/backward movement mechanism of the arm 3.
The seventh axis (also called as a robot arm traveling axis or a robot arm track) 5 of the robot arm mainly includes: casting base, linear guide, rack, servo, speed reducer, from oiling system, dustproof system, travel switch, buffer and tow chain. The linear guide is preferably a heavy-duty linear guide. The rack is preferably a high-precision large-modulus grinding high-precision rack. The speed reducer may be, for example, a planetary speed reducer. The self-priming system may, for example, employ a self-priming system that provides lubrication on a sustainable basis. The drag chain may, for example, employ a highly flexible silent drag chain.
The mechanical arm 3, the cleaning gun head and the paint removing gun head are all replaceable. Thereby, the corresponding mechanical arm 3, cleaning gun head and paint removal gun head can be selected for the frame 12 to be paint removed, whereby a plurality of paint removal modes can be realized.
In the above embodiment, the sensor may be used to detect the height, width and lateral displacement of the frame, and perform coordinate space compensation on the moving space of the mechanical arm 3 according to the detection result, so as to achieve intellectualization in the cleaning and paint removal process.
In the present embodiment, the working space of the robot arm 3 is determined by using the lifter 4 and the robot arm seventh shaft 5, and the gun heads of the cleaner and the paint stripper are carried by the robot arm 3. Therefore, in the cleaning and paint removing process, the space layout is compact, the cleaning and paint removing actions are flexible, the flexibility is high, the cleaning and paint removing operation of the framework 12 on the bogie of all rail transit vehicles such as motor cars, locomotives and subways in China can be adapted, the cleaning and paint removing efficiency is improved, the environment is protected, and the framework is not damaged.
In a preferred embodiment, the above-described wash paint stripping system further comprises a ventilation and dust removal device 1. The ventilation and dust removal device 1 is used for treating dust in the process of cleaning by the cleaning machine 11 and in the process of paint removal by the paint remover.
The embodiment can make the cleaning and paint removal work environment friendly by adopting the ventilation and dust removal equipment, and cannot cause dust pollution.
In a preferred embodiment, the above-described wash paint stripping system further comprises a drying device 7. The drying device 7 is connected to the elevator 4 and is used for drying the cleaned frame 12.
In the present embodiment, the surface of the frame 12 is subjected to a drying process by the drying apparatus 7.
In a preferred embodiment, the above-described wash paint stripping system further comprises a moving device 6. The moving means 6 is connected to the lifter 4 and serves to move the cleaning gun head of the cleaning machine 11 and the drying apparatus 7.
Wherein the moving device 6 is connected with the lifter 4 and is used for moving the cleaning gun head in the working space when the cleaning machine 11 performs cleaning operation; and for moving the drying apparatus 7 when drying the frame 12.
In a preferred embodiment, the above-described wash paint stripping system further comprises a sewage treatment device 13. The sewage treatment apparatus 13 is used for treating sewage generated by the cleaning machine 11 during the cleaning process and the paint removal machine during the paint removal process.
In the above embodiment, by employing the sewage treatment apparatus 13, water pollution during cleaning and paint removal can be avoided.
In a preferred embodiment, the above-described wash paint stripping system further comprises a rail car 10, a ground chain conveyor 8 and a positioning mechanism 9. Wherein a rail car 10 is used to load a frame 12. The ground chain conveying device 8 is used for conveying the rail car 10 to the working space of the mechanical arm 3. A positioning mechanism 9 is connected to the chain conveyor 8 and is used to position the rail car in the working area.
In this embodiment, the frame 12 may be hoisted to the railcar 10 by a crane. The ground chain conveying device 8 is used for conveying the rail car 10 into the cleaning and paint removing chamber body 2. After the rail car 10 is conveyed into the cleaning paint removing room body, the positioning mechanism 9 can be started, and the rail car 10 is separated from the ground chain conveying equipment 8; the rail car 10 is then positioned in the working area by means of the positioning mechanism 9. After the cleaning and paint removal operation is completed, the positioning mechanism 9 stops positioning the railcar 10. The rail car 10 then closes the ground chain conveying apparatus 8. The ground chain conveying device 8 conveys the rail car 10 out of the cleaning and paint removing chamber body 2.
It is further preferred that the above-mentioned positioning mechanism 9 comprises a limiting member (not shown). The limiting component is used for enabling the rail car 10 to be separated from the ground chain conveying equipment 8 and positioned at the cleaning and paint removing station when the rail car 10 touches the limiting component.
In this embodiment, the spacing member performs precise positioning of the railcar 10.
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
The cleaning paint stripping system provided in this embodiment includes: the cleaning and ventilating device comprises a dust-removing and ventilating device 1, a cleaning and paint-removing chamber body 2, a mechanical arm 3, a lifter 4, a mechanical arm seventh shaft 5, a moving device 6, a drying device 7, a ground chain conveying device 8, a positioning mechanism 9, a rail car 10, a cleaning machine 11, a framework 12, a sewage treatment device 13, an integrated power device (such as a motor and the like) 14 and an electric control system 15. The integrated power unit 14 is used for providing power for the mechanical arm 3, the lifter 4, the mechanical arm seventh shaft 5, the moving device and the like. The electrical control system 15 mainly comprises a power supply circuit, a protection circuit, a signal circuit, an automatic and manual circuit, a braking circuit and a self-locking and locking circuit. The electrical control system 15 is used for working in cooperation with the dust removal ventilation equipment 1, the cleaning and paint removal chamber body 2, the mechanical arm 3, the lifter 4, the mechanical arm seventh shaft 5, the moving device 6, the drying equipment 7, the ground chain conveying equipment 8, the positioning mechanism 9, the rail car 10, the cleaning machine 11, the framework 12, the sewage treatment equipment 13 and the integrated power device 14.
The frame 12 of the rail transit vehicle is detached from the bogie and is suspended to the rail vehicle 10 by means of a crane. And determining the model type of the clear paint framework through a human-home interaction interface. After the model class of the frame 12 is determined, the positioning mechanism 9 is activated.
The ground chain conveyor system 8 transports the frame-loaded railcar 10 into the wash stripping chamber body 2. When the rail car 10 touches the limiting part of the positioning mechanism 9, the rail car 10 is disconnected from the ground chain conveying equipment 8, and the rail car 10 is positioned at a cleaning and paint removing station; then, the ventilation and dust-removal system 1 is turned on. The mechanical arm 3 lifts the mechanical arm 3 to a predetermined height with the aid of the lifter 4, and the mechanical arm 3 carries a cleaning machine 11 and a gun head of a paint remover to clean or paint-remove the upper surface and the side surface of the frame 12. After completion, the lifter 4 lowers the arm 3 to a predetermined position, and the arm 3 carries the cleaner 11 and the gun head of the paint remover to start paint removal operation on the lower surface and part of the side surface of the frame 12.
Wherein, after paint removal is performed on the frame 12, the mechanical arm 3 can be adjusted to a static state; then, the cleaning machine 11, the drying apparatus 7 and the moving device 6 are moved back and forth to complete the washing and drying operation of the frame surface. After completion, the limiting component of the positioning mechanism 9 is retracted, so that the rail car 10 closes the ground chain conveying equipment 8; the ground chain conveyor system 8 then conveys the rail car 10 carrying the frame 12 outside the paint stripping chamber body 2. And calling the sewage treatment equipment 13 to recycle the sewage in the cleaning and paint removing process. Finally, the whole cleaning and paint removing work is completed.
In summary, the present invention determines the working space of the robot arm 3 by using the lifter 4 and the robot arm seventh shaft 5, and carries the gun heads of the cleaner 11 and the paint stripper by the robot arm 3. Therefore, in the cleaning and paint removing process, the space layout is compact, the cleaning and paint removing actions are flexible, the flexibility is high, the cleaning and paint removing device can be suitable for cleaning and paint removing operations of frameworks on rail transit vehicle bogies such as all domestic motor cars, locomotives and subways, the cleaning and paint removing efficiency is improved, the cleaning and paint removing device is environment-friendly, the frameworks are not damaged, dust pollution is not caused, and water pollution is not caused. The cleaning and paint removing system provided by the invention can be applied to the technical field of rail transit vehicle maintenance, and particularly can be used as an automatic device for a cleaning and paint removing process of a bogie frame.
The various devices, mechanisms, or structural components in the various embodiments of the present invention may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units may be integrated in one unit. The integrated units may be implemented in hardware or in hardware plus software functional units.
