the fruit clamping mechanism comprises two clamping pieces, namely an upper clamping piece and a lower clamping piece, each clamping piece comprises a disc and three steel needles which are arranged on the discs in a triangular structure, the disc of the lower clamping mechanism is arranged in the center of the bottom of the tray, the disc of the upper clamping mechanism is connected with the other end of the extending arm through a spring, and the other end of the extending arm is opposite to the center of the bottom of the tray;
the cutting arms are uniformly distributed in the tray, each cutting arm comprises a telescopic rod, a rotatable device and a blade, one end of each telescopic rod is connected with the inner wall of the tray, the other end of each telescopic rod is fixedly connected with the rotatable device, the output end of each rotatable device is connected with the blade, each telescopic rod can be twisted along the joint of the telescopic rod and the tray, the twisting direction is towards the central axis direction of the tray or away from the central axis direction of the tray, the telescopic rods can be locked after being twisted to any angle, the rotatable devices can drive the blades to rotate 0-90 degrees and can be locked after being rotated to any angle, so that the blade tips of the blades and the fruit skins form different angles, when the fruit skin is cut, the fruit is clamped between two clamping pieces, the fruit is fixed through six steel needles of the two clamping pieces, the telescopic rods of each cutting arm extend to different lengths, and the blades of the cutting arms are positioned, twisting the telescopic rods to enable the blade edge of each blade to be in close contact with the fruit skin, and rotating the rotatable device to enable the blades to form a required angle with the fruit skin;

The device has solved to a great extent the many problems of the fruit peeling device that appear in the existing market. Greatly facilitates the daily life of people.

In order to solve the problem that the hands are easily cut when a fruit knife or a peeling knife is used for peeling fruits, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the invention provides a fruit peeling device, which comprises a base, a tray motor, a fruit clamping mechanism, a plurality of cutting arms, a controller and a control panel, wherein the fruit peeling device comprises a motor, a motor and a control panel;

When cutting fruit peel, the fruit 12 is clamped between two clamping parts, under the action of a spring 7, the fruit 12 is fixed through six steel needles 6 of the two clamping parts, three steel needles 6 on each clamping part are in a triangular structure, the stability is better, the telescopic rod 8 of each cutting arm 18 is adjusted to extend to different lengths, blades 10 of a plurality of cutting arms 18 are positioned at different heights, so that the blades 10 cut fruit peel at different positions of the fruit 12, the telescopic rod 8 is twisted, the blade edge 11 of each blade 10 is in close contact with the fruit skin, the rotatable device 9 is rotated, the blades 10 and the skin of the fruit 12 form a required angle according to the type of the peeled fruit 12, a peeling starting button is further arranged on an operation panel, when a power switch is turned on, the peeling button is pressed down after the number of circles of rotation of the tray 4 is set, and the tray motor is controlled by a controller to work, the tray motor drives tray 4 and rotates predetermined circumference, make fruit 12 and a plurality of blade 10 form relative motion, accomplish peeling to fruit 12 at this in-process, the peel that cuts is located tray 4, can also set up the rotational speed of tray 4 through operating panel, adjust the speed of peeling, to the thinner fruit 12 of peel, can make blade 10 and fruit epidermis form great angle, fruit 12 to the peel is thicker, can make blade 10 and fruit epidermis form less angle, adjust the thickness of peeling according to different types of fruit 12, avoid extravagant pulp.
When the device is in the non-working state, can adjust the flexible length of telescopic link 8, make telescopic link 8 contract to the shortest, twist reverse telescopic link 8, make telescopic link 8 and blade 10 all be in tray 4, rotatory rotatable device 9 makes blade 10 parallel with the dish bottom of tray 4, so avoid when the non-working state, blade 10 exposes and causes danger outward.

In the invention, the inner wall of the tray 4 is provided with a plurality of connecting blocks 13, each connecting block 13 is correspondingly connected with a cutting arm 18, a rotating shaft 14 is arranged in each connecting block 13, one end of a telescopic rod 8 of each cutting arm 18 is fixedly connected with a twisting frame 15, each twisting frame 15 comprises a transverse plate 16 and two connecting lugs 17 which are perpendicular to two ends of the transverse plate 16, one end of the telescopic rod 8 is fixedly connected on the transverse plate 16, the connecting blocks 13 are positioned in the twisting frames 15, the two connecting lugs 17 are positioned at two sides of the connecting blocks 13, two ends of the rotating shaft 14 are respectively fixedly connected with the two connecting lugs 17, the telescopic rod 8 and the twisting frame 15 can rotate along with the rotating shaft 14, the rotating shaft 14 can rotate in the connecting blocks 13 through the friction force between the rotating shaft 14 and the connecting blocks 13, the rotating shaft 14 simultaneously drives the telescopic rod 8 and the twisting frame 15 to rotate and can be fixed after rotating to, so that the telescopic rod 8 can be locked after being twisted to any angle.
In the invention, the telescopic rod 8 can be a telescopic sleeve rod, the extension length of the telescopic sleeve rod is manually adjusted, a plurality of blades 10 are staggered up and down and used for cutting fruit peels at different positions of fruits 12, and the telescopic rod 8 can also be an electric push rod.
In the invention, the rotatable device 9 comprises a micro rotating motor, the output end of the micro rotating motor is connected with the blade 10, the blade 10 is driven to rotate by the micro rotating motor, and the micro rotating motor can be controlled by a controller; or, the rotatable device 9 may also include a rotating shaft and a rotating shaft sleeve, the output end of the telescopic rod 8 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is installed in the rotating shaft sleeve, the blade 10 is installed on the rotating shaft sleeve, the rotating shaft sleeve is rotated to further drive the blade 10 to rotate, and the rotating shaft sleeve and the blade 10 can be stopped after rotating to any angle through the friction force between the rotating shaft and the rotating shaft sleeve.
In the invention, the blade edge 11 of the blade 10 can be in a concave arc shape, so that the blade 10 can be better attached to the peeled fruit 12, in the invention, the blade 10 and the rotatable device 9 can be detachably connected, so that the blades 10 with different blade edge arcs can be replaced, and the proper blade 10 can be selected according to the condition of the fruit 12 to be peeled; in the invention, if the lengths of the blades 10 are different, the problem that dead corners can be left due to the integral irregularity of fruits when the plurality of blades rotate to cut the fruits at the same time can be solved.
