Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种单向阀,它用于分送流体,并保证在分送流体后,防止任何污物进入流体源。该单向阀具有一盘形阀体,一弹性膜包围在它的周缘上。彼此分开的通道引导流体流过阀体,使流体在阀体周缘和弹性膜之间从一通道流到另一通道。
在1989年7月11日公布的Gerber专利4,846,810中,揭示了一种下文中称之为“再密封阀”的单向阀,它由一在弹性膜内的阀体构成。在该专利中,阀体是沿着轴向延伸的。这种设置是颇为有效,但是,如果容器和单向阀的高度或长度在分送某些流体时要保持一最小值,或者如果分送含有大颗粒的流体时,该专利所揭示的阀体就不太有效了。
因此,本发明的主要目的是提供一具有盘形阀体的单向阀,用以降低使用该阀的分送容器的总体高度或轴向长度。
根据本发明,盘形阀体的直径尺寸大于它的轴向尺寸。由于盘形阀体限制了单向阀的轴向长度,因此,必须有一足够长度的流体在盘形阀体的通道之间流过。所以,在弹性膜与阀体之间的流道长度必须尽可能长以使阀能有效地工作。
为了在阀体和弹性膜之间得到所希望的液流,一部分弹性膜必须以不透水的方式紧压在阀体周面或周边,以确保流体不绕过要它流过的通道。
本发明一重要特征在于通道通向阀体周面和弹性膜内表面之间的空间,该空间或流道围绕阀体周面的范围最大可以超过180°。
在一较佳实施例中,围绕阀体的流道的角度范围在200°~270°之间。该角度范围在一定程度上受阀体的直径的限制,因为在阀体与膜之间必须有一充分密封的周向长度。
在一较佳实施例中,一横向和周向地围绕着阀体的壳体,使弹性膜与阀体周面保持密封接合,此外,还在膜与阀体的两个端面形成密封。
为了使流体能在阀体与弹性膜之间沿圆周流动,阀壳与膜径向之间有一间距向外。因此,膜可以膨胀进入该空间而使流体可以在膜内部流过。阀壳上设有一开口,以允许大气压进入作用于膜外表面,从而保证流体在从阀体流出后,膜向内回弹,使膜从阀体内的通道回复到与开口的流体密封接触状态。

图1是体现本发明的单向阀的透视图;

图3是沿图1中Ⅲ-Ⅲ截取的横断面视图;
图4是与图3相似,但其中弹性膜已处于膨帐状态,故流体能流过单向阀。
在图中,单向阀1包括一具有第一端面4和第二端面6的盘形阀体2,有一沿周向延伸的面或侧面8位于两端面之间。第一通道10从第一端面4一直延伸到周向面8,一第二通道12,它从周向面8延伸到端面6,形成一排出口。
虽然在图中未画出,盘形单向阀将安置在一容器或待传送流体源的出口处。流体从容器流到通道10。
环绕周向面8的是一紧贴其上的弹性膜14,因此,在图2所示的状态中,弹性膜在通道10的出口处和通道12的入口处之间形成一不透水的封口。如图2所示,该膜横截面大体上呈C形,C形膜的两腿或两端紧套并围绕端面4,6的侧边。图中虽然没有画出,C形膜的两端是可以有各种不同形状或厚度的。
一阀壳16在圆周方向横向围绕膜14和阀体2。阀壳16具有一径向向内延伸的凸缘18,该凸缘将膜14的一边或一腿紧紧压住以与阀体2形成流体密封接触。阀壳16还有另一环形构件20,该构件紧套在膜14的另一端上使之与阀体2的端面6形成流体密封。
现请参看图3,阀壳的一延伸成一角度的部分22紧压膜14而使膜14与阀体周面形成密封接触,阻止流体在通道10与12之间流动,通道10与通道120之间的角度约等于90°或90°不到。阀壳16的其余部分与膜14的外表面径向向外离开一定距离,以提供一空间或通道24;它的延伸范围约等于阀体2的角度延伸范围的四分之三。因此,如果流体在力作用下流出容器而进入通道10,膜14自阀体2的周面8向外膨胀,如图4所示,从而使流体从膜14内表面和阀体2的周面8之间的通道10流入通道12的入口。流体流过通道12并分送到各处。
流体能以滴,喷雾,雾状之类的形式分送。通道12的出口能做成各种形状,以便在流体分送出单向阀时流体能具有所需的状态。
流体只能围绕阀体2的周面8单向流动。由于周面8和弹性膜14内表面之间是成一定角度范围延伸的通道,即有一段作90°或不到90°的角度延伸的段22的存在,因此保证了流体能可靠地分送,同时保证膜可以回弹而与周面形成密封接触,保证了通道10的出口和通道12的入口完全密封,防止了污物回流入流体源。
本发明一重要特征是阀体的所有部件都由塑料制成。由于流体的容器也可由塑料制成,因此整个分送器是可以回收使用的,它是本发明一个对环境保护有利的良好的特征。
本技术领域中有经验人员都能理解,本发明的阀体2的轴向尺寸可以减小,以保证用于尺寸必须尽可能小的容器上。盘形阀体2的尺寸可以是直径1/2英寸,轴向尺寸为1/4英寸。通道24自通道10到通道12的轴向尺寸,保证了通道24在流体流出通道12后的封闭,以使细菌、空气、气体、灰尘之类的污物不能流入容存流体的容器。该阀只占很小的空间,但它特别适合于从容器高速分配流体。
在阀壳16的一段成角度延伸的部分22的范围内,为了在阀体2的周面与膜14之间提供不透水的密封,除了阀壳本身能提供侧部的密封之外,也可以使用其它方法,例入用粘结剂或者在膜与阀体之间进行焊接,或者可以使用由阀壳所提供的压力来进行密封。
虽然对本发明以实施例的形式作了具体描述,以说明本发明原理的应用,但可以理解,在本发明原理的范围内,本发明还可以用其他种种略有变化的实施例来加以实现。

Claims (8)

1、一单向阀包括一盘形阀体,该阀体用于调节来自流体源的流体的流动该单向阀具有一轴线,一直径和一轴向尺寸,且其直径尺寸大于轴向尺寸,该阀体具有一第一端面和第二端面,每一端面均通过轴线并且在两端面间有一周向延伸的外表面,一可膨胀的弹性膜紧绕着阀体外表面,该阀体具有一第一通道和一第二通道,其中上述通道彼此分开设置,上述第一通道在上述第一端面内有一第一端,在上述外表面内有一第二端,上述第二通道在上述第二端面内有一第一端,在上述外表面内有一第二端,上述第一、第二通道的上述第二端在周向围绕上述外表面以小于180°的第一角度和大于180°的第二角度彼此分开,上述弹性膜固定于上述阀体的上述外表面上述第一、第二通道的上述第二端之间,固定的角度小于180°,因此该膜只能在相隔大于180°角度的两个第二端之间膨胀,从而在流体从第一通道流到第二通道时的力的作用下膜膨胀而使流体能沿着角度大于180°的第一第二通道通过。
2、如权利要求1所述的一单向盘形阀,包括一在上述膜与上述阀体之间形成不透水密封的装置,以使膜与阀体间的流体不能通过不透水密封口。
3、如权利要求2所述的单向盘形阀,其中上述装置包括一围绕上述阀体周面的阀壳部分,并且上述阀壳有一段成角度地围绕上述阀体,将上述膜与上述阀体压紧而形成不透水密封。
4、如权利要求3所述的单向阀,其中上述部分阀壳位于上述第一、第二通道的两第二端之间,其延伸的角度范围小于180°。
5、如权利要求1所述的单向阀,其中在上述两个第二端间的大于180°的角度范围是指200°~280°。
6、如权利要求1所述的单向阀,其中上述膜的轴截面基本上呈C形。
7、如权利要求3所述的单向阀,其中上述膜的轴截面基本上呈C形,该C形具有一中间段和一自上述中间段的两端延伸的腿部,且其中间段与周向延伸外表面接触,每个上述腿部都与上述第一、第二端面中的一个端面接触,上述阀壳包括一环绕上述膜的环形壁,并具有一在上述阀体轴向尺寸方向延伸的轴线,上述环形壁具有一靠近上述阀体第一端面的第一端,且有一径向向内延伸的凸缘与上述膜的上述腿部之一接触,并将一上述腿部紧压在上述阀体上,在上述环形壁中还有一环形构件,它将上述膜的另一上述腿部紧压在上述阀体的上述第二端面上。
8、如权利要求7所述的单向阀,其中上述环形壁具有一第一周向延伸部分,以形成上述阀壳的上述部分,该部分使上述膜与上述阀体形成不透水的密封,此外还具有一第二周向延伸部分,它自上述膜径向向外离开一定距离,以形成一密闭的周向空间,使上述膜能径向向外膨胀入该空间之内。
