Abstract

一种能清洁栅网的硒鼓,涉及激光打印机领域,包含下盖、上盖、转印辊、感光鼓、栅网、电晕丝、清洁滑块和清洁棒。下盖后端设有清洁棒凹槽,清洁棒能固定存放在清洁棒凹槽中;清洁棒为“Y”型结构,清洁棒左端为把手,右端为两片相平行的胶板,两片胶板的四周覆盖一层软质毛刷,上盖左右两侧正对着栅网的位置各有一个开口,当硒鼓需要清洁时,将下盖后端的清洁棒卡位中存放的清洁棒取出,将清洁棒上端的毛刷对准上盖的侧面开口,用胶板夹住栅网,来回刷,清洁完成后将清洁棒以同样的方法从另一侧的开口伸入,从另一侧清洁栅网,使用完毕后将清洁棒放回清洁棒卡位中,能同时清洁栅网上下两侧的碳粉,防止碳粉堆积过多影响硒鼓的使用效果。

技术领域
本发明一种能手动清洁栅网的硒鼓,涉及激光打印机领域,尤其涉及一种硒鼓。
背景技术
硒鼓目前主要有充电辊充电和电晕丝充电两种充电方式,以电晕丝充电的硒鼓经常会遇到电晕丝及与之配合使用的栅网正反两面在打印过程中飞扬出来的碳粉粘上,导致打印异常或机器提示错误,但目前硒鼓上都只提供清洁电晕丝的清洁装置,不能清洁栅网,所以在使用过程中栅网上积累的碳粉越来越多,就会影响打印质量,降低打印寿命和客户使用体验。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术不足,本发明提供一种能手动清洁栅网的硒鼓,能方便清洁栅网正反两面,避免因栅网上堆积异物引起打印异常。
为了实现上述目的,本发明设计所采用的技术方案是:一种能手动清洁栅网的硒鼓,包含下盖、上盖、转印辊、感光鼓、栅网、电晕丝、清洁滑块和清洁棒。所述下盖前端设有安装转印辊的凹槽,后端设有清洁棒凹槽,清洁棒能固定存放在清洁棒凹槽中;所述转印辊安装在凹槽中;所述感光鼓安装在转印辊的正上方;所述上盖安装在感光鼓上方,和下盖组合成硒鼓的固定结构件,所述上盖上设有一条滑槽,滑槽的左侧设有清洁滑块的入口,滑槽的正下方固定安装有一条电晕丝,电晕丝的正下方固定安装有“U”型结构的栅网;所述转印辊、感光鼓、栅网、电晕丝和滑槽互相平行;所述清洁棒为“Y”型结构,清洁棒左端为把手,右端为两片相平行的胶板,胶板的宽度小于栅网的宽度,两片胶板的四周覆盖一层软质毛刷,胶板的长度大于栅网长度的一半,小于硒鼓的长度;所述上盖左右两侧正对着栅网的位置各有一个开口,开口的尺寸大于栅网和清洁棒的截面尺寸,从开口处可观察到栅网 “U”型结构的底部位于开口的中线位置。
当硒鼓使用一段时间后,栅网粘上一定数量的碳粉需要清洁时,使用者只需将硒鼓拿出,将下盖后端的清洁棒卡位中存放的清洁棒取出,手握住清洁棒的把手,将清洁棒上端的毛刷对准上盖的侧面开口,用胶板夹住栅网,来回刷,清洁完成后将清洁棒以同样的方法从另一侧的开口伸入,从另一侧清洁栅网,使用完毕后将清洁棒放回下盖后端的清洁棒卡位中。
本发明的一种能手动清洁栅网的硒鼓的有益效果是:1,能同时清洁栅网上下两侧的碳粉,防止碳粉堆积过多影响硒鼓的使用效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明设计作具体说明:参照图1、图2和图3,一种能手动清洁栅网的硒鼓,包含下盖1、上盖2、转印辊3、感光鼓4、栅网5、电晕丝、清洁滑块6和清洁棒7。所述下盖1前端设有安装转印辊3的凹槽,后端设有清洁棒卡位11,清洁棒7能固定存放在清洁棒卡位11中;所述转印辊3安装在凹槽中;所述感光鼓4安装在转印辊3的正上方;所述上盖2安装在感光鼓4上方,和下盖1组合成硒鼓的固定结构件,所述上盖2上设有一条滑槽22,滑槽22的左侧设有清洁滑块6的入口,滑槽22的正下方固定安装有一条电晕丝,电晕丝的正下方固定安装有“U”型结构的栅网5;所述转印辊3、感光鼓4、栅网5、电晕丝和滑槽22互相平行;所述清洁棒7为“Y”型结构,清洁棒7左端为把手,右端为两片相平行的胶板,胶板的宽度小于栅网5的宽度,两片胶板的四周覆盖一层软质毛刷,胶板的长度大于栅网5长度的一半,小于硒鼓的长度;所述上盖2左右两侧正对着栅网5的位置各有一个开口21,开口21的尺寸大于栅网5和清洁棒7的截面尺寸,从开口处可观察到栅网5 “U”型结构的底部位于开口21的中线位置。
当硒鼓使用一段时间后,栅网5粘上一定数量的碳粉需要清洁时,使用者只需将硒鼓拿出,将下盖1后端的清洁棒卡位11中存放的清洁棒7取出,手握住清洁棒7的把手,将清洁棒7上端的毛刷对准上盖2的侧面开口21,用胶板夹住栅网5,来回刷,清洁完成后将清洁棒7以同样的方法从另一侧的开口21伸入,从另一侧清洁栅网5,使用完毕后将清洁棒7放回下盖1后端的清洁棒卡位11中。使用者能同时清洁栅网5上下两侧的碳粉,防止碳粉堆积过多影响硒鼓的使用效果。

1.一种能手动清洁栅网的硒鼓,其特征在于:包含下盖(1)、上盖(2)、转印辊(3)、感光鼓(4)、栅网(5)、电晕丝、清洁滑块(6)和清洁棒(7);所述下盖(1)前端设有安装转印辊(3)的凹槽,后端设有清洁棒卡位(11),清洁棒(7)能固定存放在清洁棒卡位(11)中;所述转印辊(3)安装在凹槽中;所述感光鼓(4)安装在转印辊(3)的正上方;所述上盖(2)安装在感光鼓(4)上方,和下盖(1)组合成硒鼓的固定结构件,所述上盖(2)上设有一条滑槽(22),滑槽(22)的左侧设有清洁滑块(6)的入口,滑槽(22)的正下方固定安装有一条电晕丝,电晕丝的正下方固定安装有“U”型结构的栅网(5);所述转印辊(3)、感光鼓(4)、栅网(5)、电晕丝和滑槽(22)互相平行;所述清洁棒(7)为“Y”型结构,清洁棒(7)左端为把手,右端为两片相平行的胶板,胶板的宽度小于栅网(5)的宽度,两片胶板的四周覆盖一层软质毛刷,胶板的长度大于栅网(5)长度的一半,小于硒鼓的长度;所述上盖(2)左右两侧正对着栅网(5)的位置各有一个开口(21),开口(21)的尺寸大于栅网(5)和清洁棒(7)的截面尺寸,从开口处可观察到栅网(5) “U”型结构的底部位于开口(21)的中线位置。
