技术领域:
本发明产品属于造纸化工领域,尤其涉及一种造纸用合成施胶剂。
背景技术:
施胶剂亦称上胶剂,是一种造纸添加剂,在使用时用计量泵连续加入调浆箱、高位箱或浆管道等靠近网部的位置,加入顺序一般为:阳离子淀粉→合成施胶剂→絮凝剂,使用极为方便。本产品是由烷基烯酮二聚体为主要成分,加入乳化剂,稳定剂等原料进行乳化后制得的乳液,其施胶机理是乳液中的烷基烯酮二聚体微粒借助于阳离子淀粉等单元或双元助留系统留着于纤维表面,经压榨和初干燥阶段,并在纤维表面均匀扩散和重新分布,形成高度取向的单分子层,在干燥和贮存阶段与纤维分子上的羟基发生酯化反应而牢固地键合在纤维上,具有憎水性的长链脂肪基团转向纸面,从而达到优良的抗水效果。本发明产品是一种高效型的造纸浆内合成施胶剂,使用后具有提高纸张强度和韧性,改善印刷适性,并能赋予纸页良好的光学性能和稳定的化学性能的效果,还可以减少设备腐蚀。
发明内容:
本发明涉及一种造纸用合成施胶剂及其生产方法,生产该产品使用的原料按重量配比包括:烷基烯酮二聚体26-28%、液态烷基硫酸钠56-58%、硬脂酸锌5%、脂肪酸酰胺5%、聚乙烯蜡液体石蜡3%、高分子分散剂2%、杀菌剂1%。
本发明可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
(1)将配方量的液态烷基硫酸钠送入化学反应釜,边搅拌边将配方量的烷基烯酮二聚体送入化学反应釜,边搅拌边升温至45-55℃,反应0.5-0.6小时。
(2)降温至常温,同时加入配方量的硬脂酸锌、脂肪酸酰胺、聚乙烯蜡液体石蜡、高分子分散剂、杀菌剂,搅拌均匀,即得成品。
优选的,所述的烷基烯酮二聚体的纯度为75%。
优选的,所述的液态烷基硫酸钠的纯度为50%。
本发明的有益效果是:提供了一种造纸用合成施胶剂及其生产方法,该制备方法工艺简单,产品是一种高效型的造纸浆内合成施胶剂,使用后具有提高纸张强度和韧性,改善印刷适性,并能赋予纸页良好的光学性能和稳定的化学性能的效果,还可以减少设备腐蚀。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将占总量为56%的液态烷基硫酸钠送入化学反应釜,边搅拌边将占总量为28%的烷基烯酮二聚体送入化学反应釜,边搅拌边升温至45℃,反应0.6小时;降温至常温,同时加入占总量为5%的硬脂酸锌、占总量为5%的脂肪酸酰胺、占总量为3%的聚乙烯蜡液体石蜡、占总量为2%的高分子分散剂、占总量为1%的杀菌剂,搅拌均匀,即得成品。
实施例2
将占总量为57%的液态烷基硫酸钠送入化学反应釜,边搅拌边将占总量为27%的烷基烯酮二聚体送入化学反应釜,边搅拌边升温至50℃,反应0.55小时;降温至常温,同时加入占总量为5%的硬脂酸锌、占总量为5%的脂肪酸酰胺、占总量为3%的聚乙烯蜡液体石蜡、占总量为2%的高分子分散剂、占总量为1%的杀菌剂,搅拌均匀,即得成品。
实施例3
将占总量为58%的液态烷基硫酸钠送入化学反应釜,边搅拌边将占总量为26%的烷基烯酮二聚体送入化学反应釜,边搅拌边升温至55℃,反应0.5小时;降温至常温,同时加入占总量为5%的硬脂酸锌、占总量为5%的脂肪酸酰胺、占总量为3%的聚乙烯蜡液体石蜡、占总量为2%的高分子分散剂、占总量为1%的杀菌剂,搅拌均匀,即得成品。

1.一种造纸用合成施胶剂,生产该产品使用的原料按重量配比包括:烷基烯酮二聚体26-28%、液态烷基硫酸钠56-58%、硬脂酸锌5%、脂肪酸酰胺5%、聚乙烯蜡液体石蜡3%、高分子分散剂2%、杀菌剂1%;其特征是:
(1)将配方量的液态烷基硫酸钠送入化学反应釜,边搅拌边将配方量的烷基烯酮二聚体送入化学反应釜,边搅拌边升温至45-55℃,反应0.5-0.6小时;
(2)降温至常温,同时加入配方量的硬脂酸锌、脂肪酸酰胺、聚乙烯蜡液体石蜡、高分子分散剂、杀菌剂,搅拌均匀,即得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种造纸用合成施胶剂,其特征是:所述的烷基烯酮二聚体的纯度为75%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种造纸用合成施胶剂,其特征是:所述的液态烷基硫酸钠的纯度为50%。
