一种防刺穿内胎配方
技术领域
本发明涉及内胎,特别涉及一种防刺穿内胎配方。
背景技术
轮胎是在各种车辆或机械上装配的接地滚动的圆环形弹性橡胶制品。通常安装在金属轮辋上,能支承车身,缓冲外界冲击,实现与路面的接触并保证车辆的行驶性能。轮胎常在复杂和苛刻的条件下使用,而因为环境的原因,常常会在行驶过程中遇到钉刺等情况,而内胎是用于保证压力和轮胎的稳定性的,在外胎被刺穿的情况下,我们也希望内胎尽量不会受损。现有技术中的充气内胎,在制造中主要使用橡胶的两个系列,一为天然橡胶及天然橡胶为主要混合胶系列;二为丁基橡胶及以丁基橡胶为主的混合胶系列。天然橡胶及其混合胶系列,以其强度高,具有可修补性而著称,但其气密性差,抗热变形及老化性差,价格高限制了它的广泛使用。丁基橡胶及其混合胶系列,以气密性好而著称,不可修补,因此需要其具有较好的防刺穿性,即在保证气密性的前提下能够提高硬度和韧性。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种硬度高、韧性好的防刺穿内胎配方。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种防刺穿内胎配方,以重量份计,由如下成分组成:丁基胶70-90份、EPDM15-25份、碳黑25-35份、白炭黑15-25份、高岭土8-12份、环保油20-24份、氧化锌5份、硬脂酸0.8份、微晶蜡1份、TMTD1.8份、硫磺1.7份。
优选的,所述碳黑采用660碳黑。
一种防刺穿内胎配方,以重量份计,优选由如下成分组成:丁基胶80份、EPDM20份、碳黑30份、白炭黑20份、高岭土10份、环保油22份、氧化锌5份、硬脂酸0.8份、微晶蜡1份、TMTD1.8份、硫磺1.7份。
采用上述技术方案,使得生产出来的内胎硬度和韧性增强,并且能够同时保证内胎的气密性。

本具体实施方式披露了一种防刺穿内胎配方,以重量份计,由如下成分组成:丁基胶70-90份、EPDM15-25份、碳黑25-35份、白炭黑15-25份、高岭土8-12份、环保油20-24份、氧化锌5份、硬脂酸0.8份、微晶蜡1份、TMTD1.8份、硫磺1.7份。所述碳黑采用660碳黑。
可行的,配方可以优选由如下成分组成:丁基胶80份、EPDM20份、碳黑30份、白炭黑20份、高岭土10份、环保油22份、氧化锌5份、硬脂酸0.8份、微晶蜡1份、TMTD1.8份、硫磺1.7份。
通过高岭土可以有效的提高内胎的硬度,而通过环保油、微晶蜡和硫磺可以在炼胶的过程反复反应增加内胎的韧性,从而能够在保证气密性的前提下,提高丁基胶内胎的硬度和韧性,从而可以提高防刺穿的性能。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防刺穿内胎配方,其特征在于,所述碳黑采用660碳黑。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防刺穿内胎配方,其特征在于,以重量份计,由如下成分组成:丁基胶80份、EPDM20份、碳黑30份、白炭黑20份、高岭土10份、环保油22份、氧化锌5份、硬脂酸0.8份、微晶蜡1份、TMTD1.8份、硫磺1.7份。
