Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐磨轮胎,由以下重量份数的原料组成:天然橡胶16-18份、三元乙丙橡胶15-18份、异戊橡胶10-15份、顺丁橡胶1-3份、丁苯橡胶5-10份、纳米二氧化硅3-5份、纳米氧化锆1-3份、聚醚多元醇1-3份、邻苯二甲酸二丁脂2-5份、环氧硬脂酸辛酯1-3份、氧化锌3-6份,硼酸锌2-5份、硬脂酸3-6份、补强剂2-5份、单烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂0.5-1份。本发明具有较高的承载性能、牵引性能、缓冲性能,具备高耐磨性和耐屈挠性,以及低的滚动阻力与生热性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于汽车配件领域,具体涉及一种耐磨轮胎。
背景技术
轮胎是在各种车辆或机械上装配的接地滚动的圆环形弹性橡胶制品,通常安装在金属轮辋上,能支承车身,缓冲外界冲击,实现与路面的接触并保证车辆的行驶性能。轮胎常在复杂和苛刻的条件下使用,它在行驶时承受着各种变形、负荷、力以及高低温作用,因此必须具有较高的承载性能、牵引性能、缓冲性能,同时,还要求具备高耐磨性和耐屈挠性,以及低的滚动阻力与生热性。目前国内生产的轮胎多数不能达到以上要求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种耐磨轮胎,具有较高的承载性能、牵引性能、缓冲性能,具备高耐磨性和耐屈挠性,以及低的滚动阻力与生热性。
本发明的技术方案是:一种耐磨轮胎,由以下重量份数的原料组成:天然橡胶16-18份、三元乙丙橡胶15-18份、异戊橡胶10-15份、顺丁橡胶1-3份、丁苯橡胶5-10份、纳米二氧化硅3-5份、纳米氧化锆1-3份、聚醚多元醇1-3份、邻苯二甲酸二丁脂2-5份、环氧硬脂酸辛酯1-3份、氧化锌3-6份,硼酸锌2-5份、硬脂酸3-6份、补强剂2-5份、单烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂0.5-1份。
与现有技术相比,本发明优点在于:具有较高的承载性能、牵引性能、缓冲性能,具备高耐磨性和耐屈挠性,以及低的滚动阻力与生热性。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种耐磨轮胎,由以下重量份数的原料组成:天然橡胶16份、三元乙丙橡胶15份、异戊橡胶10份、顺丁橡胶1份、丁苯橡胶5份、纳米二氧化硅3份、纳米氧化锆1份、聚醚多元醇1份、邻苯二甲酸二丁脂2份、环氧硬脂酸辛酯1份、氧化锌3份,硼酸锌2份、硬脂酸3份、补强剂2份、单烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂0.5份。
实施例2
一种耐磨轮胎,由以下重量份数的原料组成:天然橡胶17份、三元乙丙橡胶17份、异戊橡胶13份、顺丁橡胶2份、丁苯橡胶8份、纳米二氧化硅4份、纳米氧化锆2份、聚醚多元醇2份、邻苯二甲酸二丁脂4份、环氧硬脂酸辛酯2份、氧化锌4份,硼酸锌4份、硬脂酸5份、补强剂4份、单烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂0.7份。
实施例3
一种耐磨轮胎,由以下重量份数的原料组成:天然橡胶18份、三元乙丙橡胶18份、异戊橡胶15份、顺丁橡胶3份、丁苯橡胶10份、纳米二氧化硅5份、纳米氧化锆3份、聚醚多元醇3份、邻苯二甲酸二丁脂5份、环氧硬脂酸辛酯3份、氧化锌6份,硼酸锌5份、硬脂酸6份、补强剂5份、单烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂1份。

1.一种耐磨轮胎,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料组成:天然橡胶16-18份、三元乙丙橡胶15-18份、异戊橡胶10-15份、顺丁橡胶1-3份、丁苯橡胶5-10份、纳米二氧化硅3-5份、纳米氧化锆1-3份、聚醚多元醇1-3份、邻苯二甲酸二丁脂2-5份、环氧硬脂酸辛酯1-3份、氧化锌3-6份,硼酸锌2-5份、硬脂酸3-6份、补强剂2-5份、单烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂0.5-1份。
