技术领域
本发明属于轮胎领域,具体涉及一种耐候性好的轮胎。
背景技术
轮胎是在各种车辆或机械上装配的接地滚动的圆环形弹性橡胶制品,通常安装在金属轮辋上,能支承车身,缓冲外界冲击,实现与路面的接触并保证车辆的行驶性能。轮胎常在复杂和苛刻的条件下使用,它在行驶时承受着各种变形、负荷、力以及高低温作用,因此必须具有较高的承载性能、牵引性能、缓冲性能和耐磨性,同时,还要求具备很好的耐候性能。目前国内生产的轮胎多数不能达到以上要求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种耐候性好的轮胎,耐候性能极佳,具有较高的承载性能、牵引性能、缓冲性能和耐磨性。
本发明的技术方案是:一种耐候性好的轮胎,由以下重量份数的原料组成:丁腈橡胶30-35份、丁基橡胶10-13份、二烯橡胶15-18份、丁苯橡胶15-18份、三元乙丙橡胶5-9份、异戊二烯聚合物3-5份、硼酸锌1-3份、氧化镁0.5-2份、纳米二氧化硅3-5份、邻苯二甲酸二甲脂2-5份、硬脂酸2-5份、铝酸钙1-3份、硫化物0.5-1份、单烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂1-3份、阻燃剂1-4份。
与现有技术相比,本发明优点在于:耐候性能极佳,具有较高的承载性能、牵引性能、缓冲性能和耐磨性。

一种耐候性好的轮胎,由以下重量份数的原料组成:丁腈橡胶32份、丁基橡胶11份、二烯橡胶16份、丁苯橡胶17份、三元乙丙橡胶8份、异戊二烯聚合物4份、硼酸锌2份、氧化镁1份、纳米二氧化硅4份、邻苯二甲酸二甲脂3份、硬脂酸4份、铝酸钙2份、硫化物0.7份、单烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂2份、阻燃剂3份。
实施例3
一种耐候性好的轮胎,由以下重量份数的原料组成:丁腈橡胶35份、丁基橡胶13份、二烯橡胶18份、丁苯橡胶18份、三元乙丙橡胶9份、异戊二烯聚合物5份、硼酸锌3份、氧化镁2份、纳米二氧化硅5份、邻苯二甲酸二甲脂5份、硬脂酸5份、铝酸钙3份、硫化物1份、单烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联剂3份、阻燃剂4份。
