本发明涉及一种高弹性高分子材料,具体而言,本发明的高弹性高分子材料包含以重量份数计的下列组分:丁基橡胶50~80份、丁苯橡胶5~10份、丁腈橡胶5~10份、聚乙烯5~8份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯3~5份、乙氧基化硬脂酰胺4~6份、液体石蜡2~5份、1,4‑萘醌0.1~0.5份和硬脂酸锌1~5份。本发明的高弹性高分子材料提高了材料的强度,增加了材料在受压过程中的变形量,提高了材料的弹性性能,而且材料稳定性得到增强,使用安全性高,抗疲劳性能增强,并且制造工艺简单易行,便于推广应用。

本发明属于功能材料领域,涉及一种高弹性高分子材料。
背景技术
橡胶是一种具有弹性、绝缘性、不透水和空气的高弹性高分子材料,被广泛用于生产生活的各个方面。天然橡胶是一种以聚异戊二烯为主要成分的天然高分子化合物,在常温下具有较高的弹性并且稍带塑性,具有非常好的机械强度、耐屈挠性和电绝缘性。然而,随着科技的不断发展,人们对橡胶制品的要求也越来越高,单一使用天然橡胶的材料很难满足环境以及生产工艺需要。
发明内容
针对上述情况,本发明的目的在于提供一种高弹性高分子材料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种高弹性高分子材料,其包含以重量份数计的下列组分:丁基橡胶50~80份、丁苯橡胶5~10份、丁腈橡胶5~10份、聚乙烯5~8份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯3~5份、乙氧基化硬脂酰胺4~6份、液体石蜡2~5份、1,4-萘醌0.1~0.5份和硬脂酸锌1~5份。
优选的,上述高弹性高分子材料包含以重量份数计的下列组分:丁基橡胶60~70份、丁苯橡胶6~9份、丁腈橡胶6~9份、聚乙烯6~7份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯3.5~4.5份、乙氧基化硬脂酰胺4.5~5.5份、液体石蜡3~4份、1,4-萘醌0.2~0.4份和硬脂酸锌2~4份。
更优选的,上述高弹性高分子材料包含以重量份数计的下列组分:丁基橡胶65份、丁苯橡胶8份、丁腈橡胶8份、聚乙烯6份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯4份、乙氧基化硬脂酰胺5份、液体石蜡4份、1,4-萘醌0.3份和硬脂酸锌3份。
优选的,在上述高弹性高分子材料中,所述丁基橡胶中异戊二烯的摩尔含量为1~5%。
优选的,在上述高弹性高分子材料中,所述丁苯橡胶中苯乙烯的摩尔含量为20~40%。
优选的,在上述高弹性高分子材料中,所述丁腈橡胶中苯乙烯的摩尔含量为20~40%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的高弹性高分子材料提高了材料的强度,增加了材料在受压过程中的变形量,提高了材料的弹性性能,而且材料稳定性得到增强,使用安全性高,抗疲劳性能增强,并且制造工艺简单易行,便于推广应用。

实施例1:高弹性高分子材料的制备。
本实施例的高弹性高分子材料包含下列组分:丁基橡胶(异戊二烯摩尔含量1%)50kg、丁苯橡胶(苯乙烯摩尔含量20%)5kg、丁腈橡胶(丙烯腈摩尔含量40%)5kg、聚乙烯5kg、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯3kg、乙氧基化硬脂酰胺4kg、液体石蜡2kg、1,4-萘醌0.1kg和硬脂酸锌1kg。
实施例2:高弹性高分子材料的制备。
本实施例的高弹性高分子材料包含下列组分:丁基橡胶(异戊二烯摩尔含量2%)80kg、丁苯橡胶(苯乙烯摩尔含量30%)10kg、丁腈橡胶(丙烯腈摩尔含量30%)10kg、聚乙烯8kg、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯5kg、乙氧基化硬脂酰胺6kg、液体石蜡5kg、1,4-萘醌0.5kg和硬脂酸锌5kg。
实施例3:高弹性高分子材料的制备。
本实施例的高弹性高分子材料包含下列组分:丁基橡胶(异戊二烯摩尔含量3%)60kg、丁苯橡胶(苯乙烯摩尔含量30%)6kg、丁腈橡胶(丙烯腈摩尔含量30%)6kg、聚乙烯6kg、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯3.5kg、乙氧基化硬脂酰胺4.5kg、液体石蜡3kg、1,4-萘醌0.2kg和硬脂酸锌2kg。
实施例4:高弹性高分子材料的制备。
本实施例的高弹性高分子材料包含下列组分:丁基橡胶(异戊二烯摩尔含量5%)65kg、丁苯橡胶(苯乙烯摩尔含量40%)8kg、丁腈橡胶(丙烯腈摩尔含量20%)8kg、聚乙烯6kg、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯4kg、乙氧基化硬脂酰胺5kg、液体石蜡4kg、1,4-萘醌0.3kg和硬脂酸锌3kg。

Claims (6)

1.一种高弹性高分子材料,其包含以重量份数计的下列组分:丁基橡胶50~80份、丁苯橡胶5~10份、丁腈橡胶5~10份、聚乙烯5~8份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯3~5份、乙氧基化硬脂酰胺4~6份、液体石蜡2~5份、1,4-萘醌0.1~0.5份和硬脂酸锌1~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高弹性高分子材料,其特征在于,所述高弹性高分子材料包含以重量份数计的下列组分:丁基橡胶60~70份、丁苯橡胶6~9份、丁腈橡胶6~9份、聚乙烯6~7份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯3.5~4.5份、乙氧基化硬脂酰胺4.5~5.5份、液体石蜡3~4份、1,4-萘醌0.2~0.4份和硬脂酸锌2~4份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高弹性高分子材料,其特征在于,所述高弹性高分子材料包含以重量份数计的下列组分:丁基橡胶65份、丁苯橡胶8份、丁腈橡胶8份、聚乙烯6份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯4份、乙氧基化硬脂酰胺5份、液体石蜡4份、1,4-萘醌0.3份和硬脂酸锌3份。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的高弹性高分子材料,其特征在于,所述丁基橡胶中异戊二烯的摩尔含量为1~5%。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的高弹性高分子材料,其特征在于,所述丁苯橡胶中苯乙烯的摩尔含量为20~40%。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的高弹性高分子材料,其特征在于,所述丁腈橡胶中苯乙烯的摩尔含量为20~40%。
