本发明提供的一种具有预警功能的空气悬架系统,主要包括高度MEMS感应芯片、空气压缩机控制开关、空气悬架系统、显示装置和报警系统,所述空气悬架装置上面装有所述高度MEMS传感芯片,所述高度MEMS传感芯片直接连接所述空气压缩机控制开关,直接连接所述空气悬架系统,所述显示装置安装在车辆前端,所述自动检测装置检测结果直接通过所述显示装置显示,所述报警系统安置在显示装置里面,所述高度MEMS感应芯片直接控制所述空气悬架装置中气囊的压缩。本发明具有预警功能,极大提高了空气悬架系统使用过程中的安全性和配置性能。

Description

一种具有预警功能的空气悬架系统
技术领域
本发明涉及到车辆领域,具体涉及到一种空气悬架系统及管理方法。
背景技术
在四轮机动车等车辆上搭载有用于进行车高调节的空气悬架系统。该空气悬架系统具备:根据空气的给排进行车高调节的空气悬架、压缩空气悬架供给的空气的压缩机、储存由压缩机压缩的空气的高压罐。并且将储存于高压罐的压缩空气向空气悬架供给,由此使车高上升。
另一方面,在现有技术中,在空气悬架系统存在着以下不足地方:
(1)空气悬架系统使用时间过长容易导致系统的反应灵敏度降低;
(2)空气悬架系统不能够自动调节参数至合适位置,保证行驶过程中平稳性。
(3)空气悬架系统在出现问题或者反应不灵敏的时候,不能够及时察觉。
发明内容
本发明针对上述技术问题提出了一种具有预警功能的空气悬架系统,用于解决空气悬架系统使用时间过长容易导致自身稳定性和行驶过程平稳性不好的问题。
本发明提供的一种具有预警功能的空气悬架系统,主要包括高度MEMS感应芯片、空气压缩机控制开关、空气悬架系统、显示装置和报警系统,所述空气悬架装置上面装有所述高度MEMS传感芯片,所述高度MEMS传感芯片直接连接所述空气压缩机控制开关,直接连接所述空气悬架系统,所述显示装置安装在车辆前端,所述自动检测装置检测结果直接通过所述显示装置显示,所述报警系统安置在显示装置里面,所述高度MEMS感应芯片直接控制所述空气悬架装置中气囊的压缩。
进一步的,所述的高度MEMS感应芯片感应具有控制所述空气压缩控制开关,也可以控制气囊旁侧排口自动开关。
进一步的,所述的空气悬架装置中通过给通路将压缩机与罐之间连接,在补给通路的中途设置第一止回阀,罐与空气悬架之间通过给排切换阀,并且在给排切换阀与空气悬架之间设置悬架控制阀,给排切换阀与压缩机的吸入端口之间通过排气通路连接,在排气通路的中途设置排气通路开闭阀,在压缩机处设置所述高度MEMS感应芯片与控制阀。
进一步的,所述报警系统可以是显示灯也可以是视屏提示音或者滴滴声音。
更进一步的,所述的显示装置上面设置了压力、高度等参数触屏显示,所述显示装置可以与车辆导航仪一体也可以与其并列。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优势:1、一种空气悬架系统及其管理方法具有自动便捷的有点。2、一种空气悬架系统及其管理方法具有MEMS感应芯片,可以自动管理空气悬架系统,保证了空气悬架系统自身的稳定性。3、一种空气悬架系统及其管理方法能过保障在行驶过程中车辆自身平稳性。本发明实现了车辆的高端配置,提高了舒适度。

具体实施方式
以下是为了充分说明本发明的实施案例,在叙述本发明的实施案例之前,首选说明一下本发明方案的技术原理,具体如下所示:
本发明主要说明了一种空气悬架系统及其管理方法,管理方法原理主要是当车辆在爬坡或者振动时,所述自动检测装置(204)迅速自动检测空气悬架装置(201)是否完好,所述MEMS感应芯(202)片传递信号至所述空气悬架装置(201),所述空气悬架装置(201)中气囊自动调节高度和压力等参数直到平稳行驶为止,所述显示装置(205)直接观测整个过程,并可以手动调节。
实施案例:
图2所述的空气悬架系统主要包括空气悬架装置(104)、高度MEMS传感芯片(102)和显示装置(106)以及报警系统(107),所述空气悬架装置(104)上面装有所述MEMS传感芯片(102),所述高度MEMS传感芯片(102)直接连接所述连接装置(203),所述连接装置(203)直接连接所述显示装置(106),所述显示装置安装(106)在车辆前端,其中所述自动检测装置(204)安装在所述空气悬架系统里面,所述自动检测装置(204)检测结果直接通过所述显示装置(106)显示,当所述空气悬架系统出现灵敏度不高或者损坏的时候,所述报警系统(107)会自动视频语音提示,所述MEMS感应芯片(202)直接控制所述空气悬架装置中气囊的压缩。所述的MEMS感应芯片(102)具有感应高度,以保证车辆行驶的舒适度。
所述的空气悬架装置(104)中通过给通路将压缩机与罐之间连接,在补给通路的中途设置第一止回阀,罐与空气悬架之间通过给排切换阀,并且在给排切换阀与空气悬架之间设置悬架控制阀,给排切换阀与压缩机的吸入端口之间通过排气通路连接,在排气通路的中途设置排气通路开闭阀,在压缩机处设置所述MEMS感应芯片与控制阀。所述的自动检测装置主要通过检测车辆行驶过程平稳性和所述空气悬架装置自身的灵敏度,所述自动检测装置(204)通过感应芯片连接所述空气悬架装置和车身,所述显示装置与车辆导航仪一体。
但是,本发明不限于此,本行业领域技术人员在本发明专利基础上进行变换方式或者同样原理的装置均属于本发明保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.本发明提供的一种具有预警功能的空气悬架系统,其特征在于,主要包括高度MEMS感应芯片、空气压缩机控制开关、空气悬架系统、显示装置和报警系统,所述空气悬架装置上面装有所述高度MEMS传感芯片,所述高度MEMS传感芯片直接连接所述空气压缩机控制开关,直接连接所述空气悬架系统,所述显示装置安装在车辆前端,所述自动检测装置检测结果直接通过所述显示装置显示,所述报警系统安置在显示装置里面,所述高度MEMS感应芯片直接控制所述空气悬架装置中气囊的压缩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有预警功能的空气悬架系统,其特征在于,所述的高度MEMS感应芯片感应具有控制所述空气压缩控制开关,也可以控制气囊旁侧排口自动开关。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有预警功能的空气悬架系统,其特征在于,所述的空气悬架装置中通过给通路将压缩机与罐之间连接,在补给通路的中途设置第一止回阀,罐与空气悬架之间通过给排切换阀,并且在给排切换阀与空气悬架之间设置悬架控制阀,给排切换阀与压缩机的吸入端口之间通过排气通路连接,在排气通路的中途设置排气通路开闭阀,在压缩机处设置所述高度MEMS感应芯片与控制阀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有预警功能的空气悬架系统,其特征在于,所述报警系统可以是显示灯也可以是视屏提示音或者滴滴声音。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有预警功能的空气悬架系统,其特征在于,所述的显示装置上面设置了压力、高度等参数触屏显示,所述显示装置可以与车辆导航仪一体也可以与其并列。
