技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有横向板簧的机动车辆的底盘轴的横向板簧组件,该横向板簧通过两个外部轴承机构分别支承在车轮架处并且通过两个中央轴承机构支承在车身上,其中,这些外部轴承机构分别具有致动器装置,这些致动器装置以如下方式作用在相应的外部轴承机构上:使得该外部轴承机构至少在该车辆的竖轴方向上是可调整的。
背景技术
横向板簧组件是底盘的一部分。车轮、车轮悬挂系统、避震簧、缓冲器和转向系统都属于底盘。横向板簧组件大体上具有横向板簧,该横向板簧通过两个外部轴承机构分别支承在车轮架处并且通过两个中央轴承机构支承在车身上。通过横向板簧的实施或其影响,能够实现车辆的弹簧刚度、稳定特性和水平调节。在此,该弹簧刚度对机动车辆的弹簧压缩、对车辆的摇摆行为的稳定特性和对地面高度的水平调节具有关键性的作用。
目前,从DE 10 2012 009 365A1中已知,在外部轴承机构上设置致动器装置,此类的致动器装置都是可控的,从而可以调整不同的地面高度并且以便能够进行水平调节。
发明内容
但这样的安排具有缺点,即,通过设置两个致动器装置,仅横向板簧的地面高度是可调整的。
因此,本发明的目的是,通过提供一种底盘轴的横向板簧组件,该横向板簧组件以简单且成本低廉的方式避免上述缺陷。
该目的是通过以下方式来实现,即对应的外部支承点在机动车辆的横轴方向上是可调整。由此可以通过特别简单的方式实现对底盘特征的适配。
在一个有利的实施方式中,外部轴承机构的至少一个致动器装置形成为在该竖轴的方向上作用的线性调节器,其中该线性调节器的轴承头可移动地支承在槽机构中。以如下方式形成实施特别简单的致动器装置:外部轴承机构的至少一个致动器装置形成为偏心轮调节器,其中偏心支承的接合机构接合到该横向板簧上。根据应用情况可以使用期望的致动器装置,其中线性调节器和偏心轮调节器的组合也是可设想的。
此外,可以设置如下器件:这些器件可以在机动车辆的竖轴和/或横轴方向上调整该中央轴承机构。同样可以一种有利的方式提出,致动器装置具有扭矩产生装置,其扭矩方向平行于机动车辆的纵轴走向。

具体实施方式
图1以示意性的前视图展示了根据本发明的横向板簧组件2,该横向板簧组件是机动车辆4的前轴(没有进一步展示的)组件的组成部分。两个前轮标有参考符号6、8,这些前轮分别通过已知的方式安排在车轮架10,12处。车轮架10、12尤其通过示意性展示的转向器14、16、18、20与机动车辆4的(未详细展示的)车身相连接。横向板簧组件2的横向板簧22通过中央轴承机构24、26支承在机动车辆4的车身处并且通过外部轴承机构28、30支承在车轮架10、12上。机动车辆4以已知的方式具有竖轴32、横轴34和纵轴36。
图2现在示出了根据本发明的横向板簧组件2的一个实施方式,该板簧组件支承在位置固定的中心轴机构24、26以及外部轴承机构28、30中。外部轴承机构28、30现在具有根据本发明的致动器装置38、40,通过这些致动器装置能够实现在机动车辆4的竖轴32和/或横轴34方向上对外部轴承机构28、30的调整。由此,以简单的方式既可以设定横向板簧22的地面高度,也可以设定弹簧刚度。
在此,第一外部轴承机构28具有形成为线性调节器的致动器装置38。在此,外部轴承机构28由轴承头42组成,该轴承头与第一外部轴承机构28的第一支承点44重合,并且该轴承头在槽机构46中被可移动地引导。线性调节器38接合在轴承头42上,该线性调节器具有长度可调节的连接杆48。但线性调节器36也可以实施为主轴传动器。
第二外部轴承机构30设置在横向板簧22的相反侧,并且在此具有作为偏心轮调节器的第二致动器装置40。通过与第二外部轴承机构30的第二支承点52重合的偏心支承的接合机构50,横向板簧22的第二支承点52在机动车辆4的竖轴32和/或横轴34的方向上可调整地实施。
应当清楚的是,可以应用多个输入参数,以便在对应的运行情况中设定对应的外部轴承机构28、30的支承点44和52。
此外,这些中央轴承机构24、26具有扭矩产生装置,其扭矩方向平行于该机动车辆4的纵轴走向。也可以设置如下器件,这些器件在机动车辆的竖轴32和/或横轴34的方向上调整这些承机构24、26。

Claims (5)

1.一种具有横向板簧(22)的机动车辆(4)的底盘轴的横向板簧组件,该横向板簧通过两个外部轴承机构(28,30)分别支承在车轮架(10,12)处并且通过两个中央轴承机构(24,26)支承在机动车辆车身上,其中这些外部轴承机构(28,30)分别具有致动器装置,这些致动器装置以如下方式作用在相应的外部轴承机构(28,30)上:使得该外部轴承机构至少在该车辆(4)的竖轴(32)方向上能够调整,其特征在于,这些致动器装置(38,40)以如下方式形成,使得相应的外部支承点在该机动车辆(4)的横轴(34)方向上能够调整。
2.根据权利要求1所述的横向板簧组件,其特征在于,外部轴承机构(28)的至少一个致动器装置(38)形成为在该竖轴(32)的方向上作用的线性调节器,其中该线性调节器(38)的支承头(42)可移动地支承在槽机构(46)中。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的横向板簧组件,其特征在于,外部轴承机构(30)的至少一个致动器装置(40)形成为偏心轮调节器,其中,偏心支承的接合机构(50)接合在该横向板簧(22)上。
4.根据前述权利要求之一所述的横向板簧组件,其特征在于,该中央轴承机构(24,26)具有扭矩产生装置,其扭矩方向平行于该机动车辆的纵轴走向。
5.根据前述权利要求之一的横向板簧组件,其特征在于,设置有如下器件,这些器件在该机动车辆(4)的竖轴和/或横轴(32,34)的方向上调整该中央轴承机构(24,26)。
