本发明涉及无屑切割机的改进。
背景技术
随着人们环保意识不断增强,生产PE管材时,越来越多的采用无屑切割机进行切割。但传统的无屑切割机多采用哈夫夹紧块进行夹紧,对不同规格的PE管,要更换对应的哈夫夹紧块。哈夫夹紧块的制造成本非常高,而且更换哈夫夹紧块带来操作不便和增大劳动强度。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种能切割多种规格管材的切割机夹紧机构。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种切割机夹紧机构,所述夹紧机构由气缸进行行程控制,其特征在于,所述夹紧机构为可变径夹紧块。
与现有技术相比,有益效果是:通过将夹紧装置改进为可变径夹紧块,可适用于多种规格管材的切割,无需更换夹紧块。
具体实施方式
本发明提供的切割机,包括机架,设置在机架上的转盘,设置在转盘上的切割机构、夹紧机构,和用于驱动该转盘转动的驱动电机。所述夹紧机构由气缸进行行程控制,夹紧结构为可变径夹紧块。
本发明的工作原理是:当接收到切割信号后,驱动电机得电,开始驱动切割转盘旋转。可变径夹紧块夹紧不同规格的管材,传送到切割装置进行切割。
