Disclosure of Invention
Based on the problem that the effects of the existing skin care products in the aspects of acne removal and anti-aging cannot meet the requirements of consumers, the invention provides a skin care composition with acne removal and anti-aging effects and a preparation method of a mask.
The skin care composition is prepared from raw materials of tremella extract, linseed extract, beta-glucan, castor oil, sodium polyacrylate, hydroxyethyl cellulose, talcum powder, polysorbate-80, sodium hyaluronate, glycerin, aluminum trichloride, essence, a film forming agent, a preservative and deionized water.
The skin care composition with the acne removing and anti-aging effects contains natural effective components consisting of tremella extract and linseed extract, and functional components such as beta-glucan, castor oil, sodium polyacrylate and the like, and each component can perform synergistic interaction and effectively regulate human endocrine besides giving full play to respective basic effect. The skin care composition with the acne removing and anti-aging effects has an excellent acne removing effect, can effectively prevent skin aging, and is suitable for people with acne and aging.
In one embodiment, the skin care composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
1.5-2.5% of tremella extract
0.8-2.2% of linseed extract
0.08-0.3% of beta-glucan
0.6 to 3.0 percent of castor oil
0.2 to 0.8 percent of sodium polyacrylate
0.4 to 2.5 percent of hydroxyethyl cellulose

In one embodiment, the film forming agent is selected from one or more of polyvinyl alcohol, dextrin, hydroxymethyl cellulose and carrageenan.
In one embodiment, the preservative is selected from one or more of ethylparaben, propylparaben, triclosan and sorbic acid.
In one embodiment, the skin care composition is a mask.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the mask with the acne removing and anti-aging effects, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adding a film forming agent into deionized water, heating the solution to 80-85 ℃, preserving the heat for 20-30 minutes, and stirring the solution at the speed of 250-350 revolutions per minute to completely dissolve the film forming agent to obtain a basic solution;
(2) adding sodium polyacrylate, hydroxyethyl cellulose, talcum powder, polysorbate-80, sodium hyaluronate, glycerol and aluminum trichloride into the basic solution obtained in the step (1), maintaining the temperature of the solution at 65-75 ℃, and stirring at the speed of 250-350 r/min for 25-35 minutes;
(3) cooling the solution obtained in the step (2) to 40-50 ℃, adding a tremella extract, a linseed extract, beta-glucan, castor oil, an essence and a preservative, stirring for 15-20 minutes at a speed of 250-350 revolutions per minute, and adjusting the pH value of the mixture to 6-8 to obtain an intermediate solution;
(4) and (4) transferring the intermediate solution obtained in the step (3) to an emulsifying machine, stirring and emulsifying for 45 minutes, filtering by a screen mesh, and filling to obtain the finished product of the facial mask.
The preparation method of the mask with the acne removing and anti-aging effects has the advantages of easily available raw materials and simple process, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
In one embodiment, the pH of the mixture is adjusted by using 8% sodium hydroxide solution in the step (3).
In one embodiment, the stirring and emulsifying rate in the step (4) is 1500-2500 rpm.
The invention also provides application of the skin care composition with the acne removing and anti-aging effects in preparation of a mask product.

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention more comprehensible, the present invention is described in detail with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the invention, are intended for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
The starting materials and reagents used in the following examples are all commercially available common starting materials and reagents.
The skin care composition is prepared from raw materials of tremella extract, linseed extract, beta-glucan, castor oil, sodium polyacrylate, hydroxyethyl cellulose, talcum powder, polysorbate-80, sodium hyaluronate, glycerin, aluminum trichloride, essence, a film forming agent, a preservative and deionized water.
Among them, Tremella fuciformis, also called Tremella fuciformis and Tremella fuciformis, is called "crown of fungus". Tremella contains abundant nutrients, such as protein, fat, amino acids, minerals and glycogen. The tremella protein contains 17 amino acids, and 3/4 tremella among the amino acids necessary for human body can be provided. Tremella also contains various minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, sodium, magnesium, sulfur, etc., wherein the contents of calcium and iron are high, and each hundred grams of Tremella contains 643 mg of calcium and 30.4 mg of iron. In addition, tremella also contains trehalose, pentosan, mannitol and other glycogen, and has high nutritive value. The tremella extract contains tremella polysaccharide as the active component, has moisturizing and antioxidant activities, is an excellent cosmetic additive, is rich in natural colloid, and has good skin moistening effect after long-term use.
Wherein semen Lini is also called semen Lini, and is seed of flax of annual or perennial herb of Linum of Linaceae. Flax seeds contain a large amount of substances such as alpha-linolenic acid, linoleic acid, flaxseed gum, lignans and the like which are beneficial to human bodies. The main lignans in flax seeds are secoisolariciresinol and its glycoside secoisolariciresinol diglucoside, which are phytoestrogen precursors very similar to human estrogen and have good antibacterial, antioxidant and anti-aging effects.
Wherein, the beta-glucan is a good immune promoter, can effectively stimulate immune cells, can enhance the specific immune response of organisms, and simultaneously improves the non-specific immune response. In addition, β -glucans can confer resistance to bacterial, fungal, viral and parasitic infections and inhibit tumor growth.
Wherein the castor oil is a triglyceride of fatty acid, and is present in the seeds of castor oil. Although castor oil is known for its diuretic effect, it can also be used as a skin cleanser and has the effect of treating acne and delaying the signs of aging. The amount of castor oil used to cleanse the skin, and whether other oils need to be mixed, should be determined according to the skin type itself. The product is then applied to the skin and the sweat pores are opened with steam or warm water. After the face is clean enough, the oil is rinsed out with clean water. In addition, pure castor oil can be used to treat skin problems such as acne, or to combat aging.

In a preferred embodiment, the skin care composition is a facial mask.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the mask with the acne removing and anti-aging effects, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adding a film forming agent into deionized water, heating the solution to 80-85 ℃, preserving the heat for 20-30 minutes, and stirring the solution at the speed of 250-350 revolutions per minute to completely dissolve the film forming agent to obtain a basic solution;

(3) cooling the solution obtained in the step (2) to 40-50 ℃, adding a tremella extract, a linseed extract, beta-glucan, castor oil, an essence and a preservative, stirring for 15-20 minutes at a speed of 250-350 revolutions per minute, and adjusting the pH value of the mixture to 6-8 to obtain an intermediate solution;
(4) and (4) transferring the intermediate solution obtained in the step (3) to an emulsifying machine, stirring and emulsifying for 45 minutes, filtering by a screen mesh, and filling to obtain the finished product of the facial mask.
In a preferred embodiment, the preparation method of the tremella extract and the linseed extract comprises the following steps: pulverizing corresponding plant materials, sieving, adding the obtained powder into ethanol solution, ultrasonic processing, filtering, and distilling the collected filtrate under reduced pressure to obtain corresponding extract.
In a preferred embodiment, the pH of the mixture is adjusted by using 8% sodium hydroxide solution in the step (3).
In a preferred embodiment, the stirring and emulsifying rate in the step (4) is 1500-2500 rpm.

(1) adding a film forming agent into deionized water, heating the solution to 80 ℃, preserving the temperature for 20 minutes, and stirring the solution at the speed of 250 revolutions per minute to completely dissolve the film forming agent to obtain a basic solution;
(2) adding sodium polyacrylate, hydroxyethyl cellulose, talcum powder, polysorbate-80, sodium hyaluronate, glycerol and aluminum trichloride into the basic solution obtained in the step (1), maintaining the temperature of the solution at 65 ℃, and stirring at the speed of 250 revolutions per minute for 25 minutes;
(3) cooling the solution obtained in the step (2) to 40 ℃, adding a tremella extract, a linseed extract, beta-glucan, castor oil, an essence and a preservative, stirring for 15 minutes at the speed of 250 revolutions per minute, and adjusting the pH value of the mixture to 6 by using a sodium hydroxide solution with the concentration of 8% to obtain an intermediate solution;
(4) and (4) transferring the intermediate solution obtained in the step (3) into an emulsifying machine, stirring and emulsifying for 45 minutes at the speed of 1500 rpm, filtering by a screen mesh, and filling to obtain a finished product mask, which is recorded as S1.

The mask with acne removing and anti-aging effects is prepared according to the following method:
(1) adding a film forming agent into deionized water, heating the solution to 83 ℃, preserving heat for 25 minutes, and stirring the solution at the speed of 300 revolutions per minute to completely dissolve the film forming agent to obtain a basic solution;
(2) adding sodium polyacrylate, hydroxyethyl cellulose, talcum powder, polysorbate-80, sodium hyaluronate, glycerol and aluminum trichloride into the basic solution obtained in the step (1), maintaining the temperature of the solution at 70 ℃, and stirring at the speed of 300 revolutions per minute for 25-35 minutes;
(3) cooling the solution obtained in the step (2) to 45 ℃, adding a tremella extract, a linseed extract, beta-glucan, castor oil, an essence and a preservative, stirring at the speed of 300 revolutions per minute for 18 minutes, and adjusting the pH of the mixture to 7 by using a sodium hydroxide solution with the concentration of 8% to obtain an intermediate solution;
(4) and (4) transferring the intermediate solution obtained in the step (3) into an emulsifying machine, stirring and emulsifying for 45 minutes at the speed of 2000 rpm, filtering by a screen mesh, and filling to obtain a finished product mask, which is recorded as S2.

The mask with acne removing and anti-aging effects is prepared according to the following method:
(1) adding a film forming agent into deionized water, heating the solution to 85 ℃, preserving the temperature for 30 minutes, and stirring the solution at the speed of 350 revolutions per minute to completely dissolve the film forming agent to obtain a basic solution;
(2) adding sodium polyacrylate, hydroxyethyl cellulose, talcum powder, polysorbate-80, sodium hyaluronate, glycerol and aluminum trichloride into the basic solution obtained in the step (1), maintaining the temperature of the solution at 75 ℃, and stirring for 35 minutes at the speed of 350 revolutions per minute;
(3) cooling the solution obtained in the step (2) to 50 ℃, adding a tremella extract, a linseed extract, beta-glucan, castor oil, an essence and a preservative, stirring at the speed of 350 revolutions per minute for 20 minutes, and adjusting the pH value of the mixture to 8 by using a sodium hydroxide solution with the concentration of 8% to obtain an intermediate solution;
(4) and (4) transferring the intermediate solution obtained in the step (3) into an emulsifying machine, stirring and emulsifying for 45 minutes at the speed of 2500 rpm, filtering by a screen mesh, and filling to obtain a finished product mask, which is recorded as S3.
Comparative example 1
The formula and preparation method of the mask of this comparative example were substantially the same as those of example 2, except that no tremella extract was added, and the final mask was designated as C1.
Comparative example 2
The formula and preparation of the mask of this comparative example was substantially the same as example 2, except that no linseed extract was added and the final mask was designated as C2.
Comparative example 3
The formula and preparation method of the mask of this comparative example were substantially the same as those of example 2, except that no β -glucan was added, and the final mask was designated as C3.
Comparative example 4
The formula and preparation of the mask of this comparative example was substantially the same as in example 1 except that no castor oil was added and the final mask was designated as C4.
Performance testing
In this example, the mask prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4 was subjected to a use effect test.
Experimental grouping: the method comprises the steps of selecting people with age of 28-32 years, acne on skin and signs of aging as test objects, randomly dividing the test objects into 7 groups, wherein each group comprises 10 people, the groups have no significant difference in aspects of skin health conditions, organism endocrine conditions and the like, and the 1 st to 7 th groups respectively use the facial masks S1-S3 prepared in examples 1-3 and the facial masks C1-C4 prepared in comparative examples 1-4.
(II) the use method of the facial mask comprises the following steps:
the mask is applied once in the morning and at night each day for 30 minutes each time.
(III) test results:
and carrying out comprehensive scoring by adopting an investigation scoring method. Each group of people continuously uses for 3 months, and fills out a trial scoring table. The total using effect of each item in the evaluation table is 10 points, and the 9-10 points show that the effect is optimal; the score of 6-8 shows that the effect is good; 4-5 points show that the effect is general; the results are shown in table 1 as 3 points below, and the average score of each item is shown in table 1:

As shown in the above table, the mask packs of examples S1 to S3 had more significant acne removing and anti-aging effects than the mask packs of comparative examples C1 to C4. The synergistic promotion effect exists among the raw material components of the skin care composition with the acne removing and anti-aging effects.

It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention.
