本发明公开一种新型膏方制作方法,属于中医药治疗膏方与亚健康调理、养生膏方领域以及保健食品、食品领域,包括以下步骤:S1:将中药材配方料加入到提取设备内进行适宜的提取工艺,将得到的提取液合并过滤,滤液备用;S2:将所述滤液浓缩成粘稠浸膏,所述粘稠浸膏的相对密度1.12~1.38;S3:向所述粘稠浸膏中加入新型赋形剂,混合均匀制成非流体状软材;S4:将所述非流体状软材挤压成型制成等份单次服用剂量的半成品,真空包装,即得新型膏方成品。本发明使用了新型赋形剂,实现不添加任何矫味剂彻底改善中药膏方口感,提供更加丰富的营养物质;不添加任何防腐剂,对人体更健康;本发明服用剂量精准,易于贮存与携带。

背景技术
膏方,又叫膏剂,以其剂型为名,属于中医里丸、散、膏、丹、酒、露、汤、锭八种剂型之一。膏方一般由多味中药组成,属大方、复方范畴。传统中医药膏方在我国有超过2000年的用药历史,其剂型均为半流体状浸膏,是祖国传统医药学重要组成部分。传统中医膏方因其半流体状剂型存在以下弊端:
(1)传统膏方在制作工艺中加入大量糖作为赋型剂、矫味剂,完全不适合现代人治疗与养生的需求,更不能被糖尿病患者服用;(2)膏方组方原则是几个方剂的组合,每料膏方往往由几十味中药组成,常有“五斤药熬一斤膏”的说法,说明每一毫升的“膏”载药量巨大,加之膏方服用时间长,因此,使用者在服用膏方时必须精准剂量服用,但是传统半流体膏方在服用时难以精准掌握用量,人为误差极大;同时,传统半流体膏方容易粘附在包装内壁造成浪费,也会导致服用剂量不精准;(3)传统膏方半流体状的剂型因含水分而导致膏方容易变质,因此传统膏方贮存期短且贮存要求高;(4)传统膏方因半流体性状不方便携带,不能满足现代人高节奏的生活需求;(5)传统膏方对生产加工环境无任何明确要求,容易被空气中自然存在的细菌污染。
发明内容
为了解决上述传统膏方因为半流体状态导致服用剂量难以精准以及容易造成浪费的问题,本发明提供一种固态、口味多样化及兼具营养保健功效的新型膏方的制作方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种新型膏方制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将中药材配方料加入到提取设备内进行适宜的提取工艺,将得到的提取液合并过滤,滤液备用;
S2:将所述滤液浓缩成粘稠浸膏,所述粘稠浸膏的相对密度1.12~1.38;
S3:向所述粘稠浸膏中加入新型赋形剂,混合均匀制成非流体状软材,所述新型赋形剂包括全部含有甜味的水果干、全部可食用坚果、植物浆果、大枣、枸杞子、全部贵细药材、全部主粮和全部杂粮中的一种或多种;
S4:将所述非流体状软材挤压成型制成等份单次服用剂量的半成品,真空包装,即得新型膏方成品。
进一步的,所述S1中的提取方式包括水提、醇提、渗漉、醇沉、离子交换树脂提取和超临界萃取中的一种或多种。

进一步的,所述S3中,粘稠浸膏中加入新型赋形剂前,将新型赋形剂进行预处理,所述预处理包括切碎、粉碎和提取浸膏中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述中药材配方料根据膏方功效不同而选择不同原料。
进一步的,所述挤压成型包括制成片状、块状、饼状、丸状或/和卡通状。
进一步的,所述新型膏方制作方法全部制备过程在D级空气净化车间进行。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明使用的新型赋形剂,将传统膏方的流体装变为固体状,实现不添加任何添加剂(如明胶、黄明胶)成型,更加原生态,不仅满足对膏方的需求,还能提供更加丰富的营养物质;本发明无糖、不添加防腐剂,不添加任何矫味剂或其他添加剂,改善服用口感,实现“苦口良药”不再苦,通过添加不同原料获得不同功效的产品,适用范围更广;
(2)本发明将中医药传统半流体膏方变革为固态膏方,新型固态膏方单剂量包装剂量精准,改变传统膏方服用剂量不精准的弊端,实现分次服用剂量精准,以重量“克”为计量单位,固定单次服用剂量,同时也避免了浪费的情况;针对背景技术中传统中医膏方的诸多弊端,逐一进行变革,是对传统中医膏方的重大革新,具有明显优势;
(3)本发明制备膏方在D级空气净化车间进行,成品采用真空包装,隔绝空气,延长贮藏期,无需冰箱冷藏,利于品质保证,本新型膏方贮藏、携带、服用更加方便;
(4)本发明制备的膏方因其为固态膏方,含水量较少,不易变质,延长了保质期,更易储存;
(5)本发明应用更加灵活、便捷,通过调整浸膏量满足不同使用者的需求:如针对治疗人群,可将浸膏量调整为足够的治疗型剂量,与原生态赋型剂、矫味剂混合,制备成具有治疗作用的膏方;如针对亚健康养生人群,可调整浸膏剂量为保健养生剂量,与原生态赋型剂、矫味剂混合,制备成养生膏方或代餐膏方;本发明适用于任何治疗性膏方及亚健康调理膏方;也适用于任何复方膏方及单方膏方;
(6 )本发明专利是对传统中医膏方的彻底革新,优势显著,适应了现代潮流,满足消费者快节奏生活方式,使古老的中医药膏方焕发新的活力,促进中医药膏方现代化、规范化、标准化进程。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,并不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域的普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的其他所有实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例一
一种新型膏方制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将中药材配方料加入到煎煮设备内,加入10倍量的水先浸泡0.5h后进行煎煮,时间为1.5h,过滤得滤渣和滤液A;将所得滤渣加入8倍量的水进行二次煎煮,时间为60min,过滤得到滤液B,将滤液A和滤液B合并;
S2:将合并后的滤液浓缩成相对密度为1.12的粘稠浸膏;
S3:将新型赋形剂切碎成颗粒,将切碎后的新型赋形剂加入所述粘稠浸膏,混合均匀制成非流体状软材,所述新型赋形剂包括原生态水果干和主粮;
S4:将所述非流体状软材挤压成型制成等份单次服用剂量的片状固体,真空包装,即得新型膏方成品。
实施例二
一种新型膏方制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将中药材配方料加入到煎煮设备内,加入10倍量的乙醇进行浸泡0.5h后进行加热,时间为1.5h,过滤得滤渣和滤液A;将所得滤渣加入8倍量的水进行二次煎煮,时间为60min,过滤得到滤液B,将滤液A和滤液B合并;
S2:将合并后的滤液进行减压蒸馏浓缩得相对密度为1.38的粘稠浸膏;
S3:将新型赋形剂粉碎成粉末,将粉碎后的新型赋形剂加入所述粘稠浸膏,混合均匀制成非流体状软材,所述新型赋形剂包括贵细药材和杂粮;
S4:将所述非流体状软材挤压成型制成等份单次服用剂量的丸状固体,对其进行真空包装,即得新型膏方成品。
实施例三
一种新型膏方制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将中药材配方料加入到煎煮设备内,加入15倍量的水先浸泡0.5h后进行煎煮1.5h,过滤得滤渣和滤液;
S2:将滤液浓缩成相对密度为1.25的粘稠浸膏;
S3:将部分新型赋形剂粉碎成粉末,将剩余的新型赋形剂提取浸膏,将浸膏状的新型赋形剂和粉末状的新型赋形剂加入所述粘稠浸膏,混合均匀制成非流体状软材,所述新型赋形剂包括坚果和植物浆果;
S4:将所述非流体状软材挤压成型制成等份单次服用剂量的饼状固体,对其进行真空包装,即得新型膏方成品;本实施例在D级空气净化车间进行。
实验例一
一种新型膏方制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将鸡内金、香橼、山楂、藿香、麦芽和淡豆豉加入到煎煮釜内,加入10倍体积的水进行煎煮,时间为1.5h,过滤得滤渣和滤液A;将所得滤渣加入8倍体积的水进行二次煎煮,时间为55min,过滤得到滤液B;
S2:将滤液A和滤液B合并浓缩成粘稠浸膏,所述粘稠浸膏的密度为1.3;
S3:将茯苓、白扁豆粉碎成细粉,粒径大小为100目,将蔓越莓、枸杞子、核桃仁、黑芝麻、南瓜籽、葡萄干和香草干破碎成颗粒,将所得细粉和颗粒趁热加入所述粘稠浸膏中,搅拌混匀使其成非流体状软材;
S4:将所述非流体状软材挤压成型制成等份单次服用剂量的饼状固体半成品,对其进行真空包装,即得新型膏方成品;本实验例全程在D级空气净化车间进行。
本实验例具有以下优点:
(1)本发明无糖、不添加防腐剂,不添加任何矫味剂或添加剂,实现不添加任何添加剂(如明胶、黄明胶)成型,更加原生态,不仅满足对膏方的需求,还能提供更加丰富的营养物质;(2)将中医药传统半流体膏方变革为固态膏方,新型固态膏方单剂量包装剂量精准,改变传统膏方服用剂量不精准的弊端,实现分次服用剂量精准,以重量“克”为计量单位,固定单次服用剂量,同时也避免了浪费的情况;(3)本发明制备膏方在D级空气净化车间进行,成品采用真空包装,隔绝空气,延长贮藏期,无需冰箱冷藏,利于品质保证,本新型膏方贮藏、携带、服用更加方便。
Claims (7)
1.一种新型膏方制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:将中药材配方料加入到提取设备内进行适宜的提取工艺,将得到的提取液合并过滤,滤液备用;
S2:将所述滤液浓缩成粘稠浸膏,所述粘稠浸膏的相对密度1.12~1.38;
S3:向所述粘稠浸膏中加入新型赋形剂,混合均匀制成非流体状软材,所述新型赋形剂包括全部含有甜味的水果干、全部可食用坚果、植物浆果、大枣、枸杞子、全部贵细药材、全部主粮和全部杂粮中的一种或多种;
S4:将所述非流体状软材挤压成型制成等份单次服用剂量的半成品,真空包装,即得新型膏方成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型膏方制作方法,其特征在于:所述S1中的提取方式包括水提、醇提、渗漉、醇沉、离子交换树脂提取和超临界萃取中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型膏方制作方法,其特征在于:所述水果干为原生态水果干或/和经加工处理的水果干,所述水果干为蔓越莓、蓝莓、葡萄干、苹果干、猕猴桃干和香蕉干中的一种或多种;所述坚果为原生态坚果或/和经加工处理的坚果,所述坚果为核桃、南瓜籽、板栗、霹雳果、松仁、杏仁、花生和葵花籽中的一种或多种;所述植物浆果包括原生态植物浆果或/和经加工处理的植物浆果,所述植物浆果为沙棘或/和桑葚;所述主粮为原生态主粮或/和经加工处理的主粮,所述主粮为大米、小麦、玉米和高粱中的一种或多种;所述杂粮为原生态杂粮或/和经加工处理的杂粮,所述杂粮为燕麦、荞麦、青稞、小米、糯米、芝麻和黑芝麻中的一种或多种。
