Claims (6)
1. A colorful stone paint, comprising:
the component A comprises: the component A comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 5-10wt% of high-elastic pure acrylic emulsion, 10-15wt% of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 24-26wt% of deionized water, 2.5-3wt% of auxiliary agent, 3.5-4wt% of titanium dioxide, 10-15wt% of kaolin, 2-2.5wt% of composite thickening agent and 32-35wt% of carborundum; the auxiliary agent in the component A consists of a SN1360 defoaming agent of Nopochaceae, a Solen RS bactericide, an OROTAN731A dispersing agent of DOW, a wetting agent of YM-313 in Shanghai rain wood chemical industry, a pH regulator of AMP-95, a methyl glycol antifreezing agent and an alcohol ester dodecafilming auxiliary agent;
the component B comprises: the component B comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 93.5 to 95wt% of deionized water, and 5 to 6.5wt% of magnesium aluminum silicate;
and the component C is as follows: the composition comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30wt% of stone paint toning base stock and 70wt% of natural colored sand; the stone paint toning base material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 66.7wt% of soap-free polymerized silicone-acrylate emulsion, 0.7wt% of hydrophobic modified dispersant, 1wt% of defoaming agent, 0.7wt% of bactericide, 0.3wt% of pH stabilizer, 4wt% of anti-freezing agent, 3.3wt% of film-forming assistant and 23.3wt% of deionized water;
and (D) component: the component D comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 0 to 9wt% of water, 80 to 88wt% of silicone-acrylic emulsion, 8 to 10wt% of assistant and 1 to 2wt% of alkali swelling thickener; the auxiliary agent in the component D consists of a defoaming agent, a bactericide, a pH stabilizer, an antifreezing agent and a film-forming auxiliary agent; wherein the antifoaming agent is a nopinaceae SN154 antifoaming agent, and the bactericide is Trojan MERGAL K9N; the pH stabilizer is AMP-95, the antifreezing agent is methyl glycol, and the film-forming aid is 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol monoisobutyrate;
wherein the addition amount of the component A, the component B, the component C and the component D is 40:28:12:20;
the preparation method of the colorful stone paint comprises the following steps:
(1) Uniformly mixing deionized water, an auxiliary agent, titanium dioxide, kaolin and a composite thickening agent in the component A according to the process requirements, adding carborundum and emulsion, and adding color paste for color mixing according to the requirements of a customer sample plate or sample paint;
(2) Mixing and stirring the component B uniformly;
(3) After the component C is uniformly mixed, natural colored sand is added for color matching according to the requirements of customer templates or sample paints;
(4) Mixing the component A and part of the component B in the step according to requirements to prepare particle color points with various colors;
(5) Preparing the component C and part of the component B in the step into particle color points with various colors according to requirements;
(6) Mixing and stirring the component D uniformly;
(7) And (4) shearing and uniformly mixing the materials prepared in the steps (4), (5) and (6), and adjusting the viscosity to 65-75KU to form the colorful stone paint with uniformly distributed particles with different colors.
2. A colorful stone paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the component A comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 7wt% of high-elastic pure acrylic emulsion, 13wt% of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 24wt% of deionized water, 3wt% of an auxiliary agent, 3.5wt% of titanium dioxide, 12wt% of kaolin, 2.5wt% of a composite thickening agent and 35wt% of carborundum;
the component B comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 94.5 percent of deionized water and 5.5 percent of magnesium aluminum silicate;
the component C comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30wt% of stone paint toning base stock and 70wt% of natural colored sand; the stone paint toning base material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 66.7wt% of soap-free polymerized silicone-acrylate emulsion, 0.7wt% of hydrophobic modified dispersant, 1wt% of defoaming agent, 0.7wt% of bactericide, 0.3wt% of pH stabilizer, 4wt% of anti-freezing agent, 3.3wt% of film-forming assistant and 23.3wt% of deionized water;
the component D comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 88% of silicone-acrylic emulsion, 10% of auxiliary agent and 2% of alkali swelling thickener.

A multi-color stone paint as claimed in any one of claims 1~2 wherein: in the component A, the high-elastic pure acrylic emulsion is RS-9689AS emulsion of the Badford industry Co., ltd; the styrene-acrylic emulsion is DC420V emulsion; the composite thickener is formed by mixing hydroxyethyl cellulose with the viscosity of 3 ten thousand mpa.s and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose with the viscosity of 10 ten thousand mpa.s according to the mass ratio of 1:1; the titanium dioxide is R-996 rutile titanium dioxide of a Sichuan dragon python group, the kaolin is DB-80 of Shanxi Jin Yang calcined kaolin company Limited, and the carborundum is 80-120 meshes of carborundum of Haxu abrasives company Limited in Zhengzhou city.
4. A colorful stone paint as claimed in claim 3, wherein: in the component B, the magnesium aluminum silicate is a magnesium aluminum silicate product with the purity of 99 percent produced by a Lingshou county Deheng mineral processing plant.

A colorful stone paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the stone paint toning base stock in the component C, the defoaming agent is SN1360 of Nopoceks; the bactericide is Solel RS or Trojan MERGAL K9N; the pH stabilizer is AMP-95; the antifreezing agent is a methyl glycol antifreezing agent; the film-forming additive is 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol monoisobutyrate.
6. A colorful stone paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the component D, the silicone-acrylate emulsion is Badfu RS-996AD soap-free polymerized silicone-acrylate emulsion; the alkali swelling thickener is a Dow TT-935 hydrophobic modified alkali soluble emulsion thickener.
