本发明属于聚氨酯技术领域,具体涉及一种透气鞋垫及其制备方法。透气鞋垫由A组分与B组分组成,A组分:聚醚多元醇、聚合物多元醇、泡沫稳定剂、扩链剂、催化剂、发泡剂、抗菌剂;B组分:聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、开孔剂、纯MDI、液化MDI。本发明透气鞋垫力学性能优异、舒适性好、弹性好、压缩永久形变小且重金属含量满足中华人民共和国轻工行业标准要求。

透气鞋垫及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯技术领域,具体涉及一种透气鞋垫及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的EVA鞋垫透气性差,舒适性不好,穿的时间久了,会导致脚臭,更严重者会引起脚部的真菌感染,即脚气病。欧索莱(otholite)是制备聚氨酯发泡鞋垫的生产工艺,一般采用2m*1.5m*16cm的大模具灌注聚氨酯微发泡料模压成型,常规密度在90-130kg/m3之间,成型后切割成不同厚度的片材,与其他材料一起热压成型鞋垫。欧索莱鞋垫具有弹性优、透气性好、生产操作简单、成本比较低等诸多优点而备受鞋垫制备企业的青睐。目前,市场的欧索莱鞋垫性能一般,难以满足更高档次的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种透气鞋垫,力学性能优异、舒适性好、弹性好、压缩永久形变小且重金属含量满足中华人民共和国轻工行业标准要求;本发明同时提供了透气鞋垫的制备方法,科学合理、简单易行。
本发明所述的透气鞋垫由A组分与B组分组成,A组分与B组分的重量比为100:80-100;其中,以重量份数计,
A组分:
B组分:
A组分中聚醚多元醇是以甘油为起始剂,伯羟基含量大于60%,数均分子量为4500-7000并且用氧化乙烯封端的聚氧化丙烯三元醇;优选聚醚多元醇KE-810,聚醚多元醇KE-810为可利亚聚醚多元醇南京有限公司市售产品。
A组分中聚合物多元醇是以乙烯基聚醚三醇为基础聚醚,用苯乙烯或丙烯腈接枝共聚,固含量≥40%的聚合物多元醇;优选MC22-40,壳牌公司市售产品。
A组分中泡沫稳定剂为聚硅氧烷-氧化烯烃嵌段共聚物;优选L-580,工业级,迈图公司市售产品;硅油EPK-127,赢创公司市售产品。
A组分中扩链剂为二乙醇胺和乙二醇的混合物,二乙醇胺和乙二醇的质量比为1:3-5。
A组分中催化剂为叔胺类催化剂,优选发泡型催化剂或凝胶型催化剂中的一种或两种;更优选BL-17、8154,工业级,空气化工产品有限公司。
A组分中发泡剂为水。
B组分中聚醚多元醇为KE-810或10LD83E,优选10LD83E(山东蓝星东大化工有限公司市售产品)。
B组分中聚酯多元醇是以丁二醇和己二酸为起始剂,800分子量,2官能度的多元醇;优选PE-4008,山东一诺威聚氨酯股份有限公司市售产品。
B组分中异氰酸酯纯MDI(纯二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯)为44C(Bayer公司市售产品)或MDI-100(万华公司市售产品)中的一种;液化MDI(碳化二亚胺改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯)为103C(BASF公司市售产品)或CD-C(科思创公司市售产品)。
本发明所述的透气鞋垫的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)A组分的制备
将聚醚多元醇和聚合物多元醇投入反应釜中搅拌,然后依次加入泡沫稳定剂、催化剂、扩链剂、发泡剂和抗菌剂,在室温条件下,转速为50-80转/min,搅拌1-1.5h,即得A组分;
(2)B组分的制备
将聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇和开孔剂投入反应釜中,在90-100℃、真空条件下,搅拌脱水脱气2-3h,然后降温至40-45℃,再投入纯MDI,升温至80-85℃反应2-3h,加入液化MDI,降温至40-45℃,即得B组分;
(3)透气鞋垫的制备
将A、B组分混合均匀,浇入模具中,然后用压缩空气将机械泡吹破,合模后熟化30-40min,开模后按照尺寸要求,热压成型鞋垫。
其中:
A、B组分的料温分别维持在25-30℃左右,模具温度维持在40-45℃左右。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
(1)选用低气味原料,特别是发泡剂选用水,减少鞋垫对人体的危害;
(2)B组分选用聚酯,能够很好的提高性能;
(3)选用非金属类催化剂,减少对人体的伤害;
(4)制备方法科学合理、简单易操作;
(5)该方法制得的鞋垫透气性好,舒适性佳。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
A组分:
B组分:
制备方法如下:
A组分:先将聚醚多元醇KE-810、聚合物多元醇MC22-40投入反应釜中搅拌,然后依次加入泡沫稳定剂EPK-127、L-580;催化剂DABCO BL-17、8154;扩链剂二乙醇胺、乙二醇;发泡剂H2O;抗菌剂。在室温条件下,转速为50转/min,搅拌1h,即得A组分产品;
B组分:将聚醚多元醇10LD83E、聚酯多元醇PE-4008和开孔剂投入反应釜中,在95℃、真空条件下,搅拌脱水脱气2.5h,然后降温至40℃,再投纯MDI,升温至85℃反应2.5h,加入液化MDI,降温至40℃,检测NCO含量23.24,即得B组分;
将所需模具升温至40℃,并将脱模剂涂抹均匀,备用。
使用时,将A、B组分按A:B=100:80的重量份数比混合均匀,浇入模具中,然后用压缩空气将机械泡吹破,合模后熟化35min,开模后按照尺寸要求,热压成型鞋垫。
实施例2
A组分:

制备方法如下:
A组分:先将聚醚多元醇KE-810、聚合物多元醇MC22-40投入反应釜中搅拌,然后依次加入泡沫稳定剂EPK-127、L-580;催化剂DABCO BL-17、8154;扩链剂二乙醇胺、乙二醇;发泡剂H2O;抗菌剂。在室温条件下,转速为50转/min,搅拌1h,即得A组分产品;
B组分:将聚醚多元醇10LD83E、聚酯多元醇PE-4008和开孔剂投入反应釜中,在90℃、真空条件下,搅拌脱水脱气2h,然后降温至45℃,再投纯MDI,升温至80℃反应2h,加入液化MDI,降温至45℃,检测NCO含量22.5,即得B组分;
将所需模具升温至40℃,并将脱模剂涂抹均匀,备用。
使用时,将A、B组分按A:B=100:90的重量份数比混合均匀,浇入模具中,然后用压缩空气将机械泡吹破,合模后熟化30min,开模后按照尺寸要求,热压成型鞋垫。

制备方法如下:

B组分:将聚醚多元醇10LD83E、聚酯多元醇PE-4008和开孔剂投入反应釜中,在100℃、真空条件下,搅拌脱水脱气3h,然后降温至42℃,再投纯MDI,升温至82℃反应3h,加入液化MDI,降温至42℃,检测NCO含量22.1,即得B组分;
将所需模具升温至40℃,并将脱模剂涂抹均匀,备用。
使用时,将A、B组分按A:B=100:100的重量份数比混合均匀,浇入模具中,然后用压缩空气将机械泡吹破,合模后熟化40min,开模后按照尺寸要求,热压成型鞋垫。
实施例4
A组分:
B组分:
制备方法如下:
A组分:先将聚醚多元醇KE-810、聚合物多元醇MC22-40投入反应釜中搅拌,然后依次加入泡沫稳定剂EPK-127、L-580;催化剂DABCO BL-17、8154;扩链剂二乙醇胺、乙二醇;发泡剂H2O;抗菌剂。在室温条件下,转速为50转/min,搅拌1h,即得A组分产品;
B组分:将聚醚多元醇10LD83E、聚酯多元醇PE-4008和开孔剂投入反应釜中,在95℃、真空条件下,搅拌脱水脱气2.5h,然后降温至40℃,再投纯MDI,升温至85℃反应2.5h,加入液化MDI,降温至40℃,检测NCO含量23.24,即得B组分;
将所需模具升温至40℃,并将脱模剂涂抹均匀,备用。
使用时,将A、B组分按A:B=100:90的重量份数比混合均匀,浇入模具中,然后用压缩空气将机械泡吹破,合模后熟化35min,开模后按照尺寸要求,热压成型鞋垫。
分别对实施例1-4制得的透气鞋垫进行性能测试,测试结果见表1。

注:低气味检测标准为PV3900-2000;重金属含量标准为QB/T 4340:2012。

1.一种透气鞋垫,其特征在于由A组分与B组分组成,A组分与B组分的重量比为100:80-100;其中,以重量份数计,

2.根据权利要求1所述的透气鞋垫,其特征在于A组分中聚醚多元醇是以甘油为起始剂,伯羟基含量大于60%,数均分子量为4500-7000并且用氧化乙烯封端的聚氧化丙烯三元醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的透气鞋垫,其特征在于A组分中聚合物多元醇是以乙烯基聚醚三醇为基础聚醚,用苯乙烯或丙烯腈接枝共聚,固含量≥40%的聚合物多元醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的透气鞋垫,其特征在于A组分中泡沫稳定剂为聚硅氧烷-氧化烯烃嵌段共聚物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的透气鞋垫,其特征在于A组分中扩链剂为二乙醇胺和乙二醇的混合物,二乙醇胺和乙二醇的质量比为1:3-5。
6.根据权利要求1所述的透气鞋垫,其特征在于A组分中催化剂为叔胺类催化剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的透气鞋垫,其特征在于A组分中发泡剂为水。
8.根据权利要求1所述的透气鞋垫,其特征在于B组分中聚醚多元醇为KE-810或10LD83E。
9.根据权利要求1所述的透气鞋垫,其特征在于B组分中聚酯多元醇是以丁二醇和己二酸为起始剂,800分子量,2官能度的多元醇。
10.一种权利要求1-9任一所述的透气鞋垫的制备方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
(1)A组分的制备
将聚醚多元醇和聚合物多元醇投入反应釜中搅拌,然后依次加入泡沫稳定剂、催化剂、扩链剂、发泡剂和抗菌剂,在室温条件下,转速为50-80转/min,搅拌1-1.5h,即得A组分;
(2)B组分的制备
将聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇和开孔剂投入反应釜中,在90-100℃、真空条件下,搅拌脱水脱气2-3h,然后降温至40-45℃,再投入纯MDI,升温至80-85℃反应2-3h,加入液化MDI,降温至40-45℃,即得B组分;
(3)透气鞋垫的制备
将A、B组分混合均匀,浇入模具中,然后用压缩空气将机械泡吹破,合模后熟化30-40min,开模后按照尺寸要求,热压成型鞋垫。
