技术领域
本发明涉及新型纤维及复合材料制备技术,特别是涉及一种高性能具有清洁功能的针织布及其成型工艺。
背景技术
针织布是利用织针将纱线弯曲成圈并相互串套而形成的织物。按加工方法可分为单面纬(经)编针织物和双面纬(经)编针织物。针织布有回弹性,不易变形。
在生活中,人们使用针织布用于清洁工作,由于针织布具有良好的吸水特性,且不易变性,方便在清洁工作中的使用。但是,单一的针织布对于固体、或者是灰尘的清洁能力不佳,且在擦拭油等物质的时候,容易造成使用者手的污染。
有鉴于此,本申请人苦心研究,遂有本案产生。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种高性能具有清洁功能的针织布,该发明对固态和液态物质均有良好的清洁能力,避免污染使用者的手,使用干净卫生。
为解决此技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种高性能具有清洁功能的针织布,包括基层,在基层的一侧缝有一清洁层,所述清洁层为化纤织物,所述化纤织物形成有织物内层以及若干个清洁勾,每一清洁勾一端连接在织物内层上,另一端则为清洁固体用的自由端;在基层的另一侧缝有一防水层,所述防水层为聚酯纤维和聚乙烯纤维混纺而成;
所述清洁层内还设有抗静电纱线,所述抗静电纱线为添加抗静电剂的聚酯抗静电纤维纺制而成;所述防水层远离所述基层的一侧涂覆有防污层,所述防污层由TiO2的微米颗粒和纳米颗粒构成,具有疏水疏油表面。
进一步,所述清洁层的厚度为50μm至5000μm。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种高性能具有清洁功能的针织布的成型工艺,其中,包括成型基层的步骤、成型清洁层的步骤、成型防水层的步骤、将前述清洁层、基层以及防水层连接在一起的步骤以及在防水层远离所述基层的一侧涂覆防污层的步骤;
所述成型基层的步骤包括纺纱、织造、预定型、烧毛、丝光、前处理煮布、食毛、染色、定型以及预缩,所述预定型是指将针织布进行预定型处理,所述烧毛是指将预定型处理后的针织布的正反面分别进行烧毛处理;
所述成型清洁层的步骤包括如下步骤:
①采用第一条形纤维通过梳理和铺网之后形成织物内层的基底部;
②在织物内层的上部再铺上一层环形纤维;
③再在环形纤维层上铺上起到连接作用的第二条形纤维;
④通过针刺将步骤③形成的连接层和步骤②形成的环形纤维层一起固定在织物内层上;
⑤采用剖切刀具将环形纤维切断,以形成清洁层的清洁勾,所述剖切刀具的深度小于环形纤维层的厚度和连接层的厚度之和。

进一步,所述切断机构具有切刀、连接杆、竖直杆、滚轮以及固定在主动辊转动轴上的凸轮,所述凸轮与滚轮抵顶相连,所述滚轮可转动连接在竖直杆上,所述竖直杆与连接杆固定相连。
进一步,所述切刀位于环形导座出口处,所述切刀上还配置有用于熔化纤维的加热器。
进一步,在步骤⑤中,先将整个清洁层放置在高度可调整平台上,所述高度可调整平台上还设置有用于锁紧清洁层的锁固装置,所述剖切刀具位于高度调整平台的正上方,所述剖切刀具具有刀架以及连接固定在刀架上的若干把剖切刀。
进一步,所述成型清洁层的步骤还包括:
⑥将初步形成清洁勾的清洁层投入到烘箱中,在烘箱中还设置有用于对在烘箱内软化后清洁勾进行梳理的梳理机构以及位于梳理机构后端的定型机构,所述定型机构内向梳理后的清洁勾吹冷风进行冷却。
通过采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:通过在基层的两侧分别设有一清洁层和一防水层,化纤软绒织物与基层配合使用能够具有良好的吸水功能,清洁层中具有相对较长的纤维,对于固体灰尘也具有良好的包裹和清洁的效果;同时在基层的另一侧设有防水层,防止基层和清洁层中的水、油或者其他的污染物直接与使用者的手接触,在保证本发明具有良好清洁效果的同时,保护使用者的手清洁卫生。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
本发明公开一种高性能具有清洁功能的针织布,如图1所示,包括基层1,在基层1的一侧缝有一清洁层2,所述清洁层2为化纤织物;在基层1的另一侧缝有一防水层3,所述防水层3为聚酯纤维和聚乙烯纤维混纺而成。本实施例中通过在基层1的两侧分别设有一清洁层2和一防水层3,化纤软绒织物与基层1配合使用能够具有良好的吸水功能,同时对于固体灰尘也具有良好的包裹和清洁的效果;同时在基层1的另一侧设有防水层3,防止基层1和清洁层2中的水、油或者其他的污染物直接与使用者的手接触,在保证本实施例具有良好清洁效果的同时,保护使用者的手清洁卫生。
本实施例中所述清洁层2内还设有抗静电纱线。在清洁层2内设有抗静电纱线用于减少本实施例在物体表面摩擦的过程中静电的产生;尤其是在对电子设备或者测试机台等进行清洁时,减少摩擦时产生的静电,可以极大的保护机台,利于扩大本实施例的使用范围,利于本实施例的推广和使用。
本实施例中所述抗静电纱线为添加抗静电剂的聚酯抗静电纤维纺制而成。通过多种纤维混合构成抗静电纱,使得本实施例具有良好的抗静电性,同时使得清洁层2具有良好的结构性能。
本实施例中所述清洁层2的厚度为50μm至5000μm。可以根据使用的需要,确定清洁层2的厚度为50μm、1000μm、2000μm、3000μm、4000μm或者5000μm,以满足不同使用环境下对本实施例的能实现的清洁度的要求。
本实施例中所述防水层3远离所述基层1的一侧涂覆有防污层4。所述防污层4由TiO2纳米颗粒、微米颗粒构成微纳米结构,形成具有疏水疏油的特点,利于本实施例清洗,保持使用者手接触的一侧清洁卫生,对保护使用者的健康具有重大的意义。
本发明还提供一种高性能具有清洁功能的针织布的成型工艺,包括成型基层的步骤、成型清洁层的步骤、成型防水层的步骤、将前述清洁层、基层以及防水层连接在一起的步骤以及在防水层远离所述基层的一侧涂覆防污层的步骤;
所述成型基层的步骤包括纺纱、织造、预定型、烧毛、丝光、前处理煮布、食毛、染色、定型以及预缩,所述预定型是指将针织布进行预定型处理,所述烧毛是指将预定型处理后的针织布的正反面分别进行烧毛处理;
所述成型清洁层的步骤包括如下步骤:
①采用第一条形纤维通过梳理和铺网之后形成织物内层的基底部;
②在织物内层的上部再铺上一层环形纤维;
③再在环形纤维层上铺上起到连接作用的第二条形纤维;
④通过针刺将步骤③形成的连接层和步骤②形成的环形纤维层一起固定在织物内层上;
⑤采用剖切刀具将环形纤维切断,以形成清洁层的清洁勾,所述剖切刀具的深度小于环形纤维层的厚度和连接层的厚度之和。
如此其利用针刺工艺将第二条形纤维、环形纤维均固定在织物内层上,即让三者稳定地连接在一起,然后再利用剖切刀具将连接在织物内层上的环形纤维切断,如此切断后的每个环形纤维均会形成两个清洁勾,此两个清洁勾的自由端会露出于连接层之外,需要说明的是,所述剖切刀具的剖切方向和第二条形纤维的延伸方向平行,如此会形成较佳的剖切结果,剖切过程中难免会造成一些碎屑,所述剖切刀具并排设置为多组,相邻剖切刀具的排布方向与第二条形纤维的延伸方向垂直。
如图2所示,其为将条形纤维加工制成环形纤维的制成装置的结构示意图,所述制成装置具有环形导座5、供料机构6以及切断机构7,所述供料机构6具有前传导座61、后传导座62、主动辊63和被动辊64,所述前传导座61和后传导座62均用于对条形纤维进行导向,所述主动辊63和被动辊64相对设置并用于对条形纤维进行输送,所述前传导座61用于将条形纤维输送至主动辊63和被动辊64之间,所述后传导座62则用于将从主动辊63和被动辊64输送出来的条形纤维转送至环形导座5中去。
所述环形导座5具有环形面,所述条形纤维在环形面内的导引路径不断弯曲而形成环形纤维。
所述切断机构7具有切刀71、连接杆72、竖直杆73、滚轮74以及固定在主动辊63转动轴631上的凸轮75,所述凸轮75与滚轮74抵顶相连,所述滚轮74可转动连接在竖直杆73上,所述竖直杆73与连接杆72固定相连,所述主动辊63每转动一圈,所述凸轮75均会形成一个周期运动,从而带动切刀71进行一次切断动作,如此主动辊63带动条形纤维发生每发生一段位移,就会有有一次切断,从而可以准确形成一个同等的环形纤维。
更优选地,所述切刀71位于环形导座5出口处,所述切刀71上还配置有加热器(图中未示出),其确保切刀71处于较高的温度,从而可以融化纤维,让形成的环形纤维为一个闭环,进而方便后道的加工。
更优选地,请配合参照图4所示,在步骤⑤中,先将整个清洁层放置在高度可调整平台8上,所述高度可调整平台8上还设置有用于锁紧清洁层的锁固装置,所述剖切刀具81位于高度调整平台8的正上方,所述剖切刀具81具有刀架82以及连接固定在刀架82上的若干把剖切刀83。利用所述高度可调整平台,可以改变剖切刀83与高度可调整平台8上清洁层2之间的接触面积,从而可以根据当前清洁层2的情形,自适应调节剖切量,以确保剖切效果的同时还避免直接剖切到织物内层。
更优选地,为了更进一步提升产品质量,所述成型清洁层的步骤还包括:
⑥将初步形成清洁勾的清洁层投入到烘箱中,在烘箱中还设置有用于对在烘箱内软化后清洁勾进行梳理的梳理机构以及位于梳理机构后端的定型机构,所述定型机构内向梳理后的清洁勾吹冷风进行冷却。如此利用烘箱的热风对清洁勾进行软化,然后再对清洁勾进行梳理,大大提升梳理效果,在梳理完成之后立即利用冷风对梳理好的清洁勾进行定型,大大提升清洁勾的整齐度,进一步提升整个清洁层的清洁性能。

Claims (3)
1.一种高性能具有清洁功能的针织布,其特征在于:包括基层,在基层的一侧缝有一清洁层,所述清洁层为化纤织物,所述化纤织物形成有织物内层以及若干个清洁勾,每一清洁勾一端连接在织物内层上,另一端则为清洁固体用的自由端;在基层的另一侧缝有一防水层,所述防水层为聚酯纤维和聚乙烯纤维混纺而成;
所述清洁层内还设有抗静电纱线,所述抗静电纱线为添加抗静电剂的聚酯抗静电纤维纺制而成,所述防水层远离所述基层的一侧涂覆有防污层,所述防污层由TiO2的微米颗粒和纳米颗粒构成,具有疏水疏油表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高性能具有清洁功能的针织布,其特征在于:所述清洁层的厚度为50μm至5000μm。
3.一种高性能具有清洁功能的针织布的成型工艺,其特征在于,包括成型基层的步骤、成型清洁层的步骤、成型防水层的步骤、将前述清洁层、基层以及防水层连接在一起的步骤以及在防水层远离所述基层的一侧涂覆防污层的步骤;
所述成型基层的步骤包括纺纱、织造、预定型、烧毛、丝光、前处理煮布、食毛、染色、定型以及预缩,所述预定型是指将针织布进行预定型处理,所述烧毛是指将预定型处理后的针织布的正反面分别进行烧毛处理。
