Abstract
本发明公开了一种吸水性清洁布再生有色纤维,属于日常生活用品技术领域,解决了现有技术中清洁布清洁效果差、刚性弱、色泽不均的问题,包括基材、附着于基材表面的清洁层以及附着于基材背面的吸水层,清洁层由再生泡料和化纤织物混纺而成,基材包括无纺布和再生泡料,基材表面的再生泡料经热处理后与清洁层的织物内层凝结固化,吸水层为交联于基材底部的吸水环氧树脂。本发明通过在基材两侧分别设置清洁层和吸水层,充分吸收污水,对污垢进行摩擦清除,达到高效清洁的效果,利用无纺布和再生泡料制成基材,使清洁布纤维不仅具备织物柔软的手感,而且具有良好的刚性,通过除杂以及与色母混合,提高再生泡料熔体的纯度以及色泽均匀度。

技术领域
本发明属于日常生活用品技术领域,具体地说,尤其涉及一种吸水性清洁布再生有色纤维。
背景技术
目前,市场上已有各种用途的擦拭布,非织造产品因其产品结构蓬松、纤维间空隙较多,制备的清洁布具有擦拭效果好、去污能力强、成本低等诸多优点,非织造清洁布的种类繁多,但其生产工艺主要是针刺和水刺。水刺抹布具有柔软的手感和出色的擦拭效果占据了较大的市场份额,然而水刺抹布的成本相对较高;针刺抹布的吸水去污能力强、柔软性好、成本相对低廉,在清洁用品市场的份额越来越大。然而普通的针刺抹布,在针刺成型的过程中会造成纤维的损伤,纤维刚性不够,另外由于针刺抹布的基布部分仅仅依靠纤维之间的摩擦力和抱合力的作用,导致清洁布清洁效果不佳的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种清洁效果佳、刚性强、色泽均匀的吸水性清洁布再生有色纤维。
为了实现上述技术目的,本发明吸水性清洁布再生有色纤维采用的技术方案为:
一种吸水性清洁布再生有色纤维,包括基材、附着于基材表面的清洁层以及附着于基材背面的吸水层,所述清洁层由再生泡料和化纤织物混纺而成,所述混纺织物形成有织物内层以及包裹于其内的多个清洁勾,所述清洁勾一端连接于织物内层上,另一端成清洁污垢的清洁端,所述基材包括无纺布和再生泡料,所述再生泡料占所述基材的质量比达70%以上,所述基材表面的再生泡料经热处理后与所述清洁层的织物内层凝结固化,所述吸水层为交联于基材底部的吸水环氧树脂。
优选的,所述清洁层厚度为500um~5000um。
优选的,所述再生泡料为低熔点纤维,其熔点小于130℃。
优选的,所述热处理温度为140~180℃。
优选的,所述清洁层的成型,包括以下步骤:
(1)将第一条形纤维梳理和铺网后形成织物内层基底,在织物内层的上部铺上一层再生泡料制成的环形纤维,再在环形纤维上铺上第二条形纤维;
(2)通过针刺将第一条形纤维和第二条形纤维一起与环形纤维相固定;
(3)将混纺织物倾斜设置于剖切刀具处,利用剖切刀具将连接在第一条形纤维和第二条形纤维内的环形纤维切断,使切断后的单个环形纤维形成两个清洁勾。
(4)将初步形成的清洁层投入到烘箱中,待清洁层端面的清洁勾软化后,用梳理耙齿向内弯曲梳理后,吹冷风定型。
所述第一条形纤维和第二条形纤维均为化纤织物,所述环形纤维为再生泡料。
优选的,所述吸水性清洁布再生有色纤维的成型,包括以下步骤:
(1)将废旧布头进行粉碎、清洗以及真空干燥,获得干燥布头泡料;
(2)将泡料与色母混合均匀后经转鼓真空干燥机干燥,随后投入螺杆挤出机组熔融挤出,经过滤器过滤除杂,制得色料均匀的熔体;
(3)熔体进入纺丝箱由喷丝板喷出丝体,经环吹装置和甬道环吹冷却,油轮上油后集合成束,再经导丝机导入牵伸装置牵伸,制得再生泡料;
(4)将开松无纺布片料进行梳理、针刺处理,并在针刺过程中与再生泡料复合,得到片料为底布的复合无纺布,将复合无纺布表面进行热处理,再冷却凝结清洁层底部,复合无纺布另一侧浸渍环氧树脂溶液后凝固、干燥以及定型,制得清洁布再生有色纤维。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过在基材两侧分别设置清洁层和吸水层,清洁层利用化纤织物充分吸收污水,清洁勾对污垢进行摩擦清除,并将污垢容置于化纤织物内,从而达到高效清洁的效果;
2、本发明利用无纺布和再生泡料制成基材,使清洁布纤维不仅具备织物柔软的手感,而且具有良好的刚性,抗撕拉性能强;
3、本发明将再生泡料与无纺布、化纤织物的配合使用,实现废旧泡料的再利用,通过除杂以及与色母混合,提高再生泡料熔体的纯度以及色泽均匀度。

如图1所示,一种吸水性清洁布再生有色纤维,包括基材1、附着于基材1表面的清洁层2以及附着于基材1背面的吸水层3,所述清洁层2由再生泡料和化纤织物混纺而成,所述混纺织物形成有织物内层以及包裹于其内的多个清洁勾,所述清洁勾一端连接于织物内层上,另一端成清洁污垢的清洁端,所述基材1包括无纺布和再生泡料,所述再生泡料占所述基材1的质量比达70%以上,所述基材1表面的再生泡料在140~180℃下进行热处理后与所述清洁层2的织物内层凝结固化,所述吸水层3为交联于基材1底部的吸水环氧树脂。本实施例通过在基材1两侧分别设置清洁层2和吸水层3,清洁层2中化纤织物材质柔软,具有良好的吸水性能,能够有效吸纳污垢中的污水,同时清洁层2中由再生泡料制成的清洁勾具备相应的刚性和抗撕拉能力,能够对污垢进行摩擦清洁,清洁勾端部成圆弧收状,在摩擦除垢过程中将污垢勾入化纤织物内,达到清洁的效果;同时利用吸水层3高效吸收污水,避免污水到处溢流的问题,为清垢提供良好处理环境;将清洁层2设置为化纤织物和再生泡料的混纺织物,使再生泡料为化纤织物提供结构支撑,令混纺织物兼顾两者功能的同时具备形体支撑;将吸水层3设置为环氧树脂,利用环氧树脂的网状结构高效吸收污水,避免污水到处流淌,污染面积扩大的问题,为清洁层2进行深度清洁时提供良好处理环境。
所述清洁层2厚度为500um~5000um,本实施例根据使用需求,将清洁层的厚度设置为500um、1000um、2000um、3000um、4000um或5000um,以满足不同的使用环境要求。
所述清洁层的成型,包括以下步骤:
(1)将第一条形纤维梳理和铺网后形成织物内层基底,在织物内层的上部铺上一层再生泡料制成的环形纤维,再在环形纤维上铺上第二条形纤维;
(2)通过针刺将第一条形纤维和第二条形纤维一起与环形纤维相固定,即让三者稳定地连接在一起,所述第一条形纤维和第二条形纤维均为化纤织物,所述环形纤维为再生泡料;
(3)将混纺织物倾斜设置于剖切刀具处,利用剖切刀具将连接在第一条形纤维和第二条形纤维内的环形纤维切断,由于剖切刀和环形纤维的断面成倾斜相交状,随着剖切刀切割的进行,使切断后的单个环形纤维形成两个清洁勾,其中剖切刀并排设置,并分别与第一条形纤维和第二条形纤维相垂直。
(4)将初步形成的清洁层投入到烘箱中,待清洁层端面的清洁勾软化后,用梳理耙齿向内弯曲梳理后,吹冷风定型,提升清洁勾整齐度。
所述基材的成型,包括以下步骤:
(1)将废旧布头进行粉碎、清洗以及真空干燥,获得干燥布头泡料;
(2)将泡料与色母混合均匀后经转鼓真空干燥机干燥,随后投入螺杆挤出机组熔融挤出,经过滤器过滤除杂,制得色料均匀的熔体;
(3)熔体进入纺丝箱由喷丝板喷出丝体,经环吹装置和甬道环吹冷却,油轮上油后集合成束,再经导丝机导入牵伸装置牵伸,制得熔点小于130℃,线密度为16.67dtex,断裂强度为2.6g/D,卷曲数≥6.5个/25mm,卷曲回弹≥75%,含油率为0.15%±0.02%的低熔点纤维,即再生泡料;
(4)将纤度为75D的开松无纺布片料进行梳理、针刺处理,并在针刺过程中与再生泡料复合,针密为2000针/cm2,得到片料为底布的复合无纺布,在100~140℃下烫平,令表面平整,随后在140~180℃下对复合无纺布表面进行热处理,再冷却凝结于清洁层底部,复合无纺布另一侧浸渍环氧树脂溶液后凝固、干燥、定型,制得吸水性清洁布再生有色纤维。

1.一种吸水性清洁布再生有色纤维,包括基材、附着于基材表面的清洁层以及附着于基材背面的吸水层,其特征在于:所述清洁层由再生泡料和化纤织物混纺而成,所述混纺织物形成有织物内层以及包裹于其内的多个清洁勾,所述清洁勾一端连接于织物内层上,另一端成清洁污垢的清洁端,所述基材包括无纺布和再生泡料,所述再生泡料占所述基材的质量比达70%以上,所述基材表面的再生泡料经热处理后与所述清洁层的织物内层凝结固化,所述吸水层为交联于基材底部的吸水环氧树脂。
