技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合布料,尤其涉及一种能够防水防风的复合布料。
背景技术
目前的休闲服装一般由针织布制成,这里的针织布包括全棉平纹布面或者CVC面料。为了增加防水性能,针织布可以添加化学饰面。然而,经过多次洗涤后,化学饰面会慢慢消失,从而使得化学饰面的防水性能是不可持续的。另外,在冷天和大风天,由于针织布与化学品添加不能存储身体热量,因此这种添加化学饰面的针织布将会使得穿衣服的人感觉到冷。另外,当人穿休闲服装运动时,会产生汗,而这种针织布不能排汗和透湿,使得穿衣服的人感觉很不舒服。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种能够防水、防风、透气、透湿和保暖的新型的复合布料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种复合布料,包括表面层、中间层和底层,所述表面层采用针织布料,用于防水;所述中间层位于所述表面层和所述底层之间,所述中间层采用薄膜材料,用于防风、透气和透湿;所述底层用于保暖;所述表面层与所述中间层粘接固定,所述中间层与所述底层粘接固定。
优选地,所述表面层由100%全棉平纹针织面料在防水剂液体中浸泡后,再对浸泡后的所述100%全棉平纹针织面料进行烘干和焙烘后获得,浸泡时间控制在1-30秒,烘干温度控制在100-105℃,焙烘温度控制在170-175℃,焙烘时间为1.5-3分钟。
有利地,所述防水剂液体包括含防水剂、抗静电剂和渗透剂。
有利地,所述防水剂是含氟丙烯酸酯,所述渗透剂是异丙醇。
优选地,所述防水剂的组成比例是含氟丙烯酸酯50-90克/升,抗静电剂10-15克/升,异丙醇1-2克/升。
优选地,所述中间层是热塑性聚氨酯薄膜。
优选地,所述底层采用鱼鳞布或者60%棉40%涤的棉涤混纺布。
有利地,所述表面层与所述中间层通过热熔胶粘接固定,所述中间层与所述底层通过热熔胶粘接固定。
优选地,所述热熔胶是乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物热熔胶、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯热熔胶或者苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯热熔胶。
有利地,所述热熔胶以点状排列方式平均分布在所述热塑性聚氨酯薄膜上。
本发明的复合布料的优点在于:针织布具有较好的弹性,与梭织面料不同的是其伸长性和延展性效果好,可以极大地防止户外运动爱好者体力消耗,还可以储存能量,具有良好的保温和隔热效果;通过贴膜的方式解决了针织弹力布无法防风的问题。而且还解决了布料的防风、透气、防水的缺陷;布底组织的鱼鳞型设计使得布类保暖性能好,面料保温性强,表面纹路多样,兼具防水以及保暖功能。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明提供的一种复合布料,包括表面层、中间层和底层,所述表面层采用针织布料,用于防水;所述中间层位于所述表面层和所述底层之间,所述中间层采用薄膜材料,用于防风、透气和透湿;所述底层用于保暖;所述表面层与所述中间层粘接固定,所述中间层与所述底层粘接固定。
表面层由100%全棉平纹针织面料在防水剂液体中浸泡后再进行烘干和焙烘后获得。防水剂液体包括防水剂、抗静电剂和渗透剂,防水剂可以选择含氟丙烯酸酯,抗静电剂可以选择拓纳化学公司生产的抗静电剂,所述渗透剂可以选择异丙醇,所述防水剂的组成比例是含氟丙烯酸酯50-90克/升,抗静电剂10-15克/升,异丙醇1-2克/升。
第一层即表面层的制作方法如下:在定型机前面有一个药槽,把配好的防水剂液体添加进药槽里,使面料经过装有防水剂液体的药槽,再使用定型机对浸液过的面料进行烘干及焙烘处理,浸泡时间控制在1-30秒,把布浸泡在含防水剂的液化糟里,布身带液比率为40%-80%。烘干温度控制在100-105℃;焙烘温度控制在170-175℃;焙烘时间为1.5-3分钟,完成加工。经防水处理后的面料具有防水、防油及防污等功能;所述防水剂的组成比例配方是含氟丙烯酸酯50-90克/升,抗静电剂10-15克/升,异丙醇1-2克/升。
防水科技处理利用了含氟化合物技术,在每个纤维周围形成分子屏障,降低了纤维的临界表面张力,使其能有效抵御水性及油性液体污渍。
第二层即所述中间层结构为热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)薄膜层,TPU薄膜具有超轻、防风、防水、透气等功效。所述TPU热塑性聚氨酯经机械吹成超薄片状态。
上述TPU薄膜,通过第一层防水的布料可以避免水滴累积渗入表面层布料变成水膜,该水膜会挡住透气孔,布料防水透气功能就会失效或降低。TPU同时还有一个非常重要的功用就是提升黏贴的紧密度及耐用度。TPU薄膜吸附人的汗水,并快速扩散出去,使身体保持干爽。
由于透气是气体可以通过极微小的孔洞,但透湿则要让身体散发出的湿气排出(湿气也就是水气),身体的水气散出后让亲水TPU薄膜材质吸收,因内外压力差往外推挤,再由疏水材质排到外界,透湿需要压力差,热气、湿气在衣服内外都是以压力差来推动,湿度高往湿度低的方向移动。
在防水层与TPU薄膜间设有粘接层,在连接底层与TPU薄膜层之间有粘水,粘水分量可调整。
第三层即底层的布料结构为鱼鳞布,形成不同的充空气层结构,增强保暖,采用CVC涤纶/棉原料例如60%棉40%涤的棉涤混纺布,通过一定的组织结构设计,正面路:成圈-底浮线(或采用提花组织),面料可以设计成多风格纹路的花型。
所述表面层与所述中间层通过热熔胶粘接固定,所述中间层与所述底层通过热熔胶粘接固定,这里的热熔胶可以是乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物热熔胶、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯热熔胶或者苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯热熔胶。使用时,热熔胶以点状排列方式平均分布在所述热塑性聚氨酯薄膜上。

1.一种复合布料,包括表面层、中间层和底层,其特征在于:所述表面层采用针织布料,用于防水;所述中间层位于所述表面层和所述底层之间,所述中间层采用薄膜材料,用于防风、透气和透湿;所述底层用于保暖;所述表面层与所述中间层粘接固定,所述中间层与所述底层粘接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合布料,其特征在于:所述表面层由100%全棉平纹针织面料在防水剂液体中浸泡后,再对浸泡后的所述100%全棉平纹针织面料进行烘干和焙烘后获得,浸泡时间控制在1-30秒,烘干温度控制在100-105℃,焙烘温度控制在170-175℃,焙烘时间为1.5-3分钟。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种复合布料,其特征在于:所述防水剂液体包括防水剂、抗静电剂和渗透剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种复合布料,其特征在于:所述防水剂是含氟丙烯酸酯,所述渗透剂是异丙醇。

7.根据权利要求6所述的一种复合布料,其特征在于:所述底层采用鱼鳞布或者60%棉40%涤的棉涤混纺布。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一权利要求所述的一种复合布料,其特征在于:所述表面层与所述中间层通过热熔胶粘接固定,所述中间层与所述底层通过热熔胶粘接固定。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种复合布料,其特征在于:所述热熔胶是乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物热熔胶、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯热熔胶或者苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯热熔胶。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种复合布料,其特征在于:所述热熔胶以点状排列方式平均分布在所述热塑性聚氨酯薄膜上。
