The pineapple slicing device as claimed in claim 5, wherein said turnover mechanism (500) comprises a curved gear (3) disposed on the upper surface of the base (1) by a third fixing rod (2), a fixing block (5) is disposed on one side of said first fixing rod (42), a fourth gear (6) is disposed on one side of said fixing block (5), said fourth gear (6) is engaged with the curved gear (3), a first bevel gear (7) is disposed on one side of said fourth gear (6), a second bevel gear (8) is disposed on one end of the hinge shaft between the pineapple barrel (9) and the first fixing rod (42), said second bevel gear (8) is engaged with the first bevel gear (7).

The pineapple slicing device as claimed in claim 6, wherein said driving mechanism (600) comprises a second motor (41) disposed on one side of the L-shaped fixing plate (30) through a fourth fixing rod (38), a half gear (92) is connected to a motor shaft of said second motor (41), and said half gear (92) is engaged with the second gear (91) and the third gear (31) in turn.
