Abstract

本发明公开了一种中医熨烙疗法用中药制剂，该中药制剂由当归、川芎、接骨木、细辛、苏木、木瓜、伸筋草、乌梢蛇、金虫、骨碎补、威灵仙、土元、土牛膝、山甲、肿节风、雪莲、秦艽、鼠妇虫、藏红花、穿山龙、鹿衔草、白芨、追风藤、蜈蚣、三七、金边龙舌兰、散血丹、千年健、积雪草、丹参、红花、寻骨风炮制后经粉碎、醇提、水提后，与酒精、甘油和蒸馏水按比例混合所得。本发明的药剂具有通经活络、活血化瘀、消肿止痛、软坚散结，使损伤的肌肉细胞、软组织细胞、骨细胞、神经细胞得到修复的功效，使用时，采用局部涂抹再加温的方式使用，使用方便，且可以使药物直达病灶，疗效好。

本发明涉及中药制剂领域，具体涉及一种中医熨烙疗法用中药制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
外治之理即内治之理″外用中药通过皮肤或粘膜等方式透皮吸收，通过四气五味、升降沉浮及药物归经、药性等发挥驱除病邪，纠正阴阳盛衰、恢复脏腑功能从而发挥作用。中药热熨法是中医传统内病外治法的重要组成部分，具有疗效确切、安全可靠、费用低等传统特色。
现在应用于临床的中药热熨治疗多为中药热阉包或者砍离砂，中药热阉包每次使用均需要另外加热，且不能固定于体表，使用不方便。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种中医熨烙疗法用中药制剂及其制备方法，该中药制剂采用局部涂抹再加温的方式使用，使用方便，且可以使药物直达病灶，疗效好。
为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案为：
一种中医熨烙疗法用中药制剂，包括以下中药组分：
当归50g；川芎100g；接骨木100g；细辛60g；苏木50g；木瓜50g；伸筋草100g；乌梢蛇100g；金虫60g；骨碎补100g；威灵仙100g；土元60g；土牛膝50g；山甲100g；肿节风100g；雪莲100；秦艽60g；鼠妇虫100g；藏红花50g；穿山龙100g；鹿衔草50g；白芨100g；追风藤60g；蜈蚣50g；三七100g；金边龙舌兰100g；散血丹100g；千年健100g；积雪草50g；丹参100g；红花500g；寻骨风50g。
本发明还提供了上述一种中医熨烙疗法用中药制剂的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
S1、按上述配方称取各中药组分；
S2、将称取的当归、川芎、接骨木、细辛、苏木、木瓜、伸筋草、乌梢蛇、金虫、骨碎补、威灵仙、土元、土牛膝、山甲、肿节风、雪莲、秦艽、鼠妇虫、藏红花、穿山龙、鹿衔草、白芨、追风藤、蜈蚣、三七、金边龙舌兰、散血丹、千年健、积雪草、丹参、红花、寻骨风通过炮制(中医古法)后粉碎置麦粒状，经醇提水提，得提取物；
S3、按质量百分比计，向所得的提取物中加入30％的45°酒精、30％的甘油、40％的蒸馏水，混合搅拌均匀后，即得。
本发明具有以下有益效果：

S1、称取：当归50g；川芎100g；接骨木100g；细辛60g；苏木50g；木瓜50g；伸筋草100g；乌梢蛇100g；金虫60g；骨碎补100g；威灵仙100g；土元60g；土牛膝50g；山甲100g；肿节风100g；雪莲100；秦艽60g；鼠妇虫100g；藏红花50g；穿山龙100g；鹿衔草50g；白芨100g；追风藤60g；蜈蚣50g；三七100g；金边龙舌兰100g；散血丹100g；千年健100g；积雪草50g；丹参100g；红花500g；寻骨风50g；
S2、将称取的当归、川芎、接骨木、细辛、苏木、木瓜、伸筋草、乌梢蛇、金虫、骨碎补、威灵仙、土元、土牛膝、山甲、肿节风、雪莲、秦艽、鼠妇虫、藏红花、穿山龙、鹿衔草、白芨、追风藤、蜈蚣、三七、金边龙舌兰、散血丹、千年健、积雪草、丹参、红花、寻骨风通过炮制(中医古法)后粉碎置麦粒状，经醇提水提，得提取物；
S3、按质量百分比计，向所得的提取物中加入30％的45°酒精、30％的甘油、40％的蒸馏水，混合搅拌均匀后，即得。
本具体实施使用时，局部涂抹3～5分钟，定向渗透后，再通过加温打开毛孔使药物直达病灶。

2.一种中医熨烙疗法用中药制剂的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
S1、按权利要求1所述的配方称取各中药组分；
S2、将称取的当归、川芎、接骨木、细辛、苏木、木瓜、伸筋草、乌梢蛇、金虫、骨碎补、威灵仙、土元、土牛膝、山甲、肿节风、雪莲、秦艽、鼠妇虫、藏红花、穿山龙、鹿衔草、白芨、追风藤、蜈蚣、三七、金边龙舌兰、散血丹、千年健、积雪草、丹参、红花、寻骨风通过炮制后粉碎置麦粒状，经醇提、水提得提取物，提取时温度不低于25度；
S3、按质量百分比计，向所得的提取物中加入30％的45°酒精、30％的甘油、40％的蒸馏水，混合搅拌均匀后，即得。
