Abstract

本发明公开了治疗筋骨痛疼的膏药，属于民间中药密方领域；由鹿角、夏枯草、鸡血藤、黄药子、白药子、白芷等39味中药饮片组成，用桐油、麻油或山茶油为基质，以胶布或牛皮纸为载体。经提取、炼油、下丹、再下药、去火毒制为成品。本膏药具有祛风除湿、逐寒、破瘀散结、温经通络、行血活血、消肿止痛、促进骨痂生长和新陈代谢的功能。主治颈、脊、腰椎间盘突出、骨质增生、肩周炎、生骨神经痛、风寒湿痹、四肢麻木，对痛风性关节炎、闪腰岔气、跌打损伤、乳腺炎、小叶增生、风火牙、牙周炎、骨折、脱臼、新久伤痛也有好的疗效。使用时，只能外贴患处，不得入口，皮肤过敏和孕妇慎用。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药材技术领域，具体的说，尤其涉及一种筋骨痛疼膏药及其制备方法。
背景技术
筋骨疼痛是肢体及骨关节部位的常见症，多由风湿寒邪、骨质增生、骨关节退行性病变等多种原因引起。其病因虽然诸多不同，但其症状表现大致相似。临床资料显示，在我国的发病率高达20％左右，尤其是40岁以上的中老年人群中，发病率可达42％。目前，一般采用筋骨贴对其治疗。
筋骨贴的功能主治是用于骨质增生、颈椎病、关节炎、肌肉酸痛、肩周炎、椎间盘突出、急/慢性扭、挫伤、跌打瘀痛、骨折、风湿及类风湿痛、强直性脊椎炎、老年性骨关节病引起的疼痛。其具有温经通络、祛风除湿、活血止痛、软化骨质的功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种筋骨痛疼膏药及其制备方法，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种治疗筋骨疼痛的膏药，其中，含有如下重量份比的成份，鹿角30～50份，夏枯草30～50份，鸡血藤30～50份，黄药子30～50份，白芷30～50份，白胡椒30～50份，黄柏30～50份，白药子30～50份，赤芍30～50份，牡丹皮30～50份，生半夏30～50份，桂枝30～50份，红花30～50份，樟脑30～50份，大黄30～50份，骨碎补30～50份，川芎30～50份，肉桂30～50份，伸筋骨30～50份，牛膝30～50份，当归30～50份，炉甘石30～50份，寻骨风30～50份，苍术30～50份，续断30～50份，生川乌30～50份，生草乌30～50份，生附子30～50份，桑皮30～50份，甘草30～50份，防风30～50份，沙参30～50份，三七30～50份，威灵仙30～50份，黄连30～50份，木香30～50份，蜈蚣30～50份，丝瓜络(烧炭)30～50份和马钱子30～50份。
优选的，所述鹿角40g，夏枯草40g，鸡血藤40g，黄药子40g，白芷40g，白胡椒40g，黄柏40g，白药子40g，赤芍40g，牡丹皮40g，生半夏40g，桂枝40g，红花40g，樟脑40g，大黄40g，骨碎补40g，川芎40g，肉桂40g，伸筋骨40g，牛膝40g，当归40g，炉甘石40g，寻骨风40g，苍术40g，续断40g，生川乌40g，生草乌40g，生附子40g，桑皮40g，甘草40g，防风40g，沙参40g，三七40g，威灵仙40g，黄连40g，木香40g，蜈蚣40g，丝瓜络(烧炭)40g和马钱子40g
上述的一种治疗筋骨疼痛的膏药，所述基质是桐油、麻油或山茶油；所述载体为胶布或牛皮纸。
治疗筋骨痛疼膏药的方法，其包括如下步骤：
①提取：将本发明所述的原料药除三七、黄连、蜈蚣、丝瓜络(烧炭)、生半夏、樟脑、炉甘石、白胡椒和肉桂9味芳香性中药外的30味中药饮片，投入到油锅内加热，温度控制在200～230℃，不断搅拌，待药料熬至外表深褐色内部焦黄色时，去渣过滤，待用；
②炼油：将步骤①得到的滤油继续加热熬炼，温度升高至300～340℃，同时不断搅拌10～15分钟，待油中的白烟和青烟先后散尽时，用竹筷沾热油滴入凉水中，成“滴水成珠”时，迅速升高温度至340～360℃，再加热3～5分钟，连油带锅离火，成丹待用；
③下丹成膏：将离火油锅放稳固，趁热一人取丹撒于油中，下丹的比例，冬季一斤油下丹200克，春、秋两季一斤油下丹230克，夏季一斤油下丹250-300克，另一人持木棍不断搅拌，使丹与油化合，丹入油时，立即沸腾起黑灰色大量泡沫，并散发出浓厚的油烟气，此称为“起锅”，也就是“油丹化合、下丹成膏”，这时速用大扇扇风，使烟气迅速散失，如观察油丹化合不全，俗称“冒死丹”，即将锅移回火上再加热，待锅内浓烟泡沫大量上升时，又将油锅移离火源，迅速搅拌，使油丹化合，完全成膏，取微量凉水喷入油膏中，其目的是使烟气散失，明亮如漆；
④稍冷后加入事先研成细末的三七、黄连、蜈蚣、丝瓜络(烧炭)、生半夏、樟脑、炉甘石、白胡椒和肉桂9味中药搅拌均匀；
⑤去火毒：将步骤④拌匀的药膏，冷却后放入冷水中浸泡5～7天或放阴暗处3～6个月，然后取药膏微火化开，若药膏中含有水分，则会发出轻微爆炸声音，待水分蒸发干净爆炸声停止，搅拌均匀后将药膏摊涂在上述胶布或牛皮纸载体上，即成本发明膏药。
优选的，所述油锅为生铁锅，该锅的熬油容量为10～15kg。
有益效果：与现有技术相比，本发明膏药为乌黑色，光亮如漆，气香。具有祛风、除湿，逐寒、破瘀散结，温经通络、行气活血，消肿止痛，促进新陈代谢，同时也可以使突出物和增生物回纳的功能。

进一步的说，上述治疗筋骨疼痛的膏药需要的基质是桐油、麻油或山茶油；所述载体为胶布或牛皮纸。

进一步的说，所述油锅为生铁锅，该锅的熬油容量为10～15kg。
本发明膏药的使用方法：先将患处的皮肤洗净擦干，再将膏药稍微加热，然后将熔化的膏药直接贴于患处或穴位压痛点上，每4～7天更换一次，直至痊愈。其中颈椎病、脊椎和腰椎间盘突出，骨质增生，肩周炎，坐骨神经，强直性脊椎炎，风寒湿痹，四肢麻木，面部神经炎，风湿，类风湿性关节炎，结核性关节炎，30天为一疗程，1～3个疗程痊愈；痛风性关节炎，闪腰岔气，跌打扭伤，软组织损伤，7天为一疗程，一般1～2个疗程痊愈，乳腺增生，小叶增生，九子阳20～30天为一疗程，1～2个疗程能痊愈，另外对腮腺炎，淋巴炎，风火牙痛，牙髓炎，牙周炎也有好的疗效，一般3～5天能痊愈。
还能促进骨痂生长，对骨折、脱臼、新久伤痛，30天左右为一疗程。
注意事项：本膏药只能外用，禁止口服，极少数人有皮肤过敏反应，停用后即愈，无须另作处理，过敏皮肤，患处破溃及孕妇慎用。
本发明所述膏药为乌黑色，光亮如漆，气香。具有祛风、除湿，逐寒、破瘀散结，温经通络、行气活血，消肿止痛，促进新陈代谢，使突出物和增生物回纳的功能；
本发明人通过多组临床数据对本发明的有益效果进行说明：
本人收治肩膀疼痛的患者92例，其中男性63例，女性29例，年龄25～35岁的18例，35～45岁23例，45～55岁的45例，55岁以上的6例，病程短的半年，病程长的10年；
诊断标准：中医诊断标准，肩膀疼痛难忍，疼痛时，沿肩膀后侧向上延伸至脖子后侧，向下延伸至肋骨背部，躺的时间长，久卧、咳嗽、喷嚏都使症状加重，肩膀活动不便；
治疗方法：使用本膏药，一张贴3--5日，按使用方法使用，1--3个疗程；
治疗评定标准：
显效：经外贴本发明膏药1～3个疗程后，颈肩疼痛消失，肩膀可以自由活动，三个月后无复发；
好转：经外贴本发明膏药1～3个疗程后，颈肩疼痛明显减轻，肩膀可以适当幅度的活动；需要进一步使用1～2个疗程；
无效：经外贴本发明膏药1～3个疗程后，无明显改善，做退费处理。
