Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of polymer hydrogel and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to a lasting and effective antipyretic patch and a preparation method thereof.
Background
When a heat source occurs in a human body, the human body is often heated. Essentially, fever is a manifestation of the body's resistance, the process of which is a battle against the clearance of pathogenic agents by leukocytes. When the fever is higher than 39 ℃, the temperature of a patient needs to be reduced to below 39 ℃ by a physical cooling method besides keeping the ambient environment quiet and the patient lying in bed for rest, so as to avoid the functional disorder of the body and aggravate the illness. Especially for children with low immunity, before finding out the pathogenic cause, physical cooling is adopted, and the children cannot be forcibly treated by using antipyretic so as to avoid covering the pathogenic cause and missing the optimal treatment time. The common physical cooling methods include ice application and alcohol wiping. The former has limited continuous cooling time, insufficient fitting degree with the affected part and inconvenient operation for the patient without nursing. The latter has obvious cooling effect, but has strong skin irritation and is easy to cause damage to the health of infants.
The cooling paste belongs to physical cooling, and plays a role in cooling by pasting the cooling paste on the forehead, the palm and the sole of a patient and utilizing the principle that water in the paste is quickly evaporated to take away heat. The commercially available antipyretic patch is often limited in water content, resulting in poor heat dissipation effect, short action time, infirm adhesion and poor comfort for users, and is ideal in effect.

The invention has the advantages of
1. The non-woven fabric has the advantages of good air permeability, bending resistance, comfortable touch feeling and the like, is beneficial to volatilization of heated moisture, and improves the heat dissipation efficiency;
2. the invention utilizes the sodium polyacrylate to construct the hydrogel structure with large water content, and the water is heated and is more easily volatilized through the principle of cold-heat exchange, thereby playing the effect of lasting temperature reduction.
3. The borneol and the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution are added in the auxiliary manner, the borneol can quickly take away a part of heat after sublimation, the use comfort is enhanced, and the traditional Chinese medicine components can directly permeate into a human body through pores to play a role in cooling and reducing fever.
