Abstract

一种滑动式充电接头,解决现有技术中充电插口固定使用不方便的缺陷,其包括横断面为留有缺口的框型外壳、插口支架、充电插口和一对导电金属轨道,一对导电金属轨道沿外壳的长度方向固定安装在外壳内,导电金属轨道与外壳的接触侧之间设有绝缘垫片,外壳的一对相对内侧面上各设有一与导电金属轨道平行的限位导轨,插口支架通过其上的一对位置与限位导轨对应的滑轮与限位导轨滑动连接,插口支架在外壳内的一端固定设置有一对导电滑动弹片,导电滑动弹片各与一导电金属轨道抵接,充电插口安装在插口支架经由缺口伸出到外壳外的部分上,插口支架内设有导线连接导电滑动弹片和充电插口。本发明主要用在充电桩上,安全可靠,使用方便,节省成本。

一种滑动式充电接头和充电桩
技术领域
本发明涉及一种充电接头和充电桩,尤其涉及一种滑动式充电接头。
背景技术
现有技术中固定桩式的充电装置,要求电动车到达该地点充电,即要往返,又要等候,使用极不方便。即使建立密集的充电桩,这一缺点也难以改变,更何况场地制约,待充车数量有限,且成本极大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种充电时可以滑动的充电接头。
本发明解决上述问题采用的技术方案是:一种滑动式充电接头,包括横断面为留有缺口的框型外壳、插口支架、充电插口和一对导电金属轨道,所述的一对导电金属轨道沿外壳的长度方向固定安装在外壳内,导电金属轨道与外壳的接触侧之间设有绝缘垫片,外壳的一对相对内侧面上各设有一与导电金属轨道平行的限位导轨,所述的插口支架通过其上的一对位置与限位导轨对应的滑轮与限位导轨滑动连接,插口支架在外壳内的一端固定设置有一对导电滑动弹片,其中一导电滑动弹片与一导电金属轨道抵接,另一导电滑动弹片与另一导电金属轨道抵接,所述的充电插口安装在插口支架经由缺口伸出到外壳外的部分上,插口支架内设有导线连接导电滑动弹片和充电插口,构成当插口支架沿着限位导轨滑动时,充电插口始终与导电金属轨道电连通的连接结构。
本发明的有益效果是:充电插口可随着插口支架滑动,可充电的范围大,在导电金属轨道安装多个插口支架后能对多个待充电设备充电,安全可靠,节省成本,使用方便。此装置可安装在小区路边,也可安装在公路两侧护栏上,便于电动车随停随充。如果充电电源线并接抗拉绳,也可边开边充电。

具体实施方式
实施例1
附图1为本发明滑动式充电接头第一个实施例的结构示意图,图示中的滑动式充电接头包括横断面为留有缺口的框型外壳1、插口支架8、充电插口6和一对导电金属轨道3,缺口设在外壳1的下侧,以防进灰和触电事故。该一对导电金属轨道3沿外壳1的长度方向固定安装在外壳1内,导电金属轨道3与外壳1的接触侧之间设有绝缘垫片2,外壳1的一对相对内侧面上各凸出有一与导电金属轨道3平行的限位导轨1-1,插口支架8通过其上的一对位置与限位导轨1-1对应的滑轮5与限位导轨1-1滑动连接,固定安装在插口支架8上的滑轮5其中部内凹,滑轮5的两侧以夹持的方式滑动连接在凸出的限位导轨1-1上,如此插口支架8的移动方向被限制在限位导轨1-1方向上,插口支架8在外壳1内的一端固定设置有一对导电滑动弹片4,其中一导电滑动弹片4与一导电金属轨道3抵接,另一导电滑动弹片4与另一导电金属轨道3抵接,充电插口6安装在插口支架8经由缺口伸出到外壳1外的部分上,插口支架8内设有导线1连接导电滑动弹片4和充电插口6,构成当插口支架8沿着限位导轨1-1滑动时,充电插口6始终与导电金属轨道3电连通的连接结构。插口支架8伸出在外壳1外部的部分与外壳1之间设有防变形滑轮9。插口支架8在从下侧缺口伸出时与外壳1间留有细缝,可用防灰毡安装两侧,为提升防尘效果,外壳1上设有可遮住外壳1与插口支架8之间细缝的防尘盖板1-2。
根据本发明的另一个方面,还提供了一种充电桩,包括充电接头,该充电接头为上述的滑动式充电接头。此装置可安装在小区路边,也可安装在公路两侧护栏上,便于电动车随停随充。如果充电电源线并接抗拉绳,也可边开边充电。
实施例2
附图2为本发明滑动式充电接头第二个实施例的结构示意图,本实施例与实施例1基本一致。区别在于:限位轨道为内凹槽型,滑轮5嵌入式的可在限位轨道内滑动。

1.一种滑动式充电接头,其特征在于:包括横断面为留有缺口的框型外壳(1)、插口支架(8)、充电插口(6)和一对导电金属轨道(3),所述的一对导电金属轨道(3)沿外壳(1)的长度方向固定安装在外壳(1)内,导电金属轨道(3)与外壳(1)的接触侧之间设有绝缘垫片(2),外壳(1)的一对相对内侧面上各设有一与导电金属轨道(3)平行的限位导轨(1-1),所述的插口支架(8)通过其上的一对位置与限位导轨(1-1)对应的滑轮(5)与限位导轨(1-1)滑动连接,插口支架(8)在外壳(1)内的一端固定设置有一对导电滑动弹片(4),其中一导电滑动弹片(4)与一导电金属轨道(3)抵接,另一导电滑动弹片(4)与另一导电金属轨道(3)抵接,所述的充电插口(6)安装在插口支架(8)经由缺口伸出到外壳(1)外的部分上,插口支架(8)内设有导线(1)连接导电滑动弹片(4)和充电插口(6),构成当插口支架(8)沿着限位导轨(1-1)滑动时,充电插口(6)始终与导电金属轨道(3)电连通的连接结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种滑动式充电接头,其特征在于:所述的缺口在外壳(1)的下侧。
3.一种充电桩,包括充电接头,其特征在于:所述的充电接头为权利要求1或2所述的滑动式充电接头。
