Abstract
本发明公开一种滑动式充电接头,包括框型外壳、插口支架、充电插口和一对导电金属轨道,导电金属轨道安装在外壳内,外壳的一对相对内侧面上各设有一与导电金属轨道平行的限位导轨,插口支架通过其上的一对位置与限位导轨对应的滑轮与限位导轨滑动连接,插口支架在外壳内的一端固定设置有一对导电滑动弹片,导电滑动弹片与导电金属轨道抵接,外壳的下侧开有条形缺口,缺口与所述导电金属轨道在竖直方向上的投影相互错位,充电插口安装在插口支架经由缺口伸出到外壳外的部分上,外壳在缺口出设有填充在缺口与插口支架之间缝隙的防灰毡,插口支架内设有导线连接导电滑动弹片和充电插口。本发明主要用在充电桩上,安全可靠,使用方便,节省成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种充电接头和充电桩,尤其涉及一种滑动式充电接头。
背景技术
为让插排位置可以灵活运动,申请号为201720497042.X的实用新型公开了一种可移动插排系统,该系统包括槽形导轨、滑动装置和插排,槽形导轨内沿槽形导轨方向铺设有与外电连接的若干金属条,滑动装置设在槽形导轨的凹槽内并与槽形导轨滑动连接,滑动装置外侧设有若干金属片,金属片与金属条一对一接触连接,插排与金属片通过插排电线线路连接。
在上述的可移动插排系统中,由于槽形导轨的槽口开口较大,且槽形导轨内部的通电金属条与槽口在同一平面,使得与外电连接的金属条充分暴露,存在极大的安全隐患,并且灰尘飞虫等可进入槽形导轨内部导致短路。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种充电时可以滑动的充电接头,其可以隐藏内部的导电结构并且阻止飞虫灰尘等进入从而更加安全可靠。
本发明解决上述问题采用的技术方案是:一种滑动式充电接头,包括框型外壳、插口支架、充电插口和一对导电金属轨道,所述的一对导电金属轨道沿外壳的长度方向固定安装在外壳内,导电金属轨道与外壳的接触侧之间设有绝缘垫片,外壳的一对相对内侧面上各设有一与导电金属轨道平行的限位导轨,所述的插口支架通过其上的一对位置与限位导轨对应的滑轮与限位导轨滑动连接,插口支架在外壳内的一端固定设置有一对导电滑动弹片,其中一导电滑动弹片与一导电金属轨道抵接,另一导电滑动弹片与另一导电金属轨道抵接,所述外壳的下侧沿着外壳长度方向开有条形缺口,所述缺口与所述导电金属轨道在竖直方向上的投影相互错位,所述的充电插口安装在插口支架经由缺口伸出到外壳外的部分上,所述外壳在缺口出设有填充在缺口与插口支架之间缝隙的防灰毡,插口支架内设有导线连接导电滑动弹片和充电插口,构成当插口支架沿着限位导轨滑动时,充电插口始终与导电金属轨道电连通的连接结构,所述框型外壳上在插口支架伸出一侧还设有防尘盖板,所述充电插口伸出框型外壳的一端上还设有防变形滑轮,所述防变形滑轮与框型外壳的外侧滚动触接。
本发明的有益效果是:插口支架从下部伸出框架外壳的结构还可使得框架外壳的开口缩小很多,并且框架外壳的开口设在下部,与其内部的导电金属导轨为错位结构,分布在框架外壳的相对两侧,相比现有技术保证了使用者的安全。采用这种结构将导电金属导轨隐藏,即使孩童从框架外壳的开口插入金属杆,金属杆也无法解除导电金属导轨,确保安全;在缺口处设置的防灰毡以及盖住框架外壳与插口支架之间缝隙的防尘盖板可避免灰尘和小虫进入框架外壳内部,引发短路等故障;而且由此具有防水性能,可在室外使用,相比现有技术扩展了使用区域。

具体实施方式
实施例1
附图1为本发明滑动式充电接头第一个实施例的结构示意图,图示中的滑动式充电接头包括横断面为留有缺口的框型外壳1、插口支架8、充电插口6和一对导电金属轨道3,缺口设在外壳1的下侧,以防进灰和触电事故。该一对导电金属轨道3沿外壳1的长度方向固定安装在外壳1内,导电金属轨道3与外壳1的接触侧之间设有绝缘垫片2,外壳1的一对相对内侧面上各凸出有一与导电金属轨道3平行的限位导轨1-1,插口支架8通过其上的一对位置与限位导轨1-1对应的滑轮5与限位导轨1-1滑动连接,固定安装在插口支架8上的滑轮5其中部内凹,滑轮5的两侧以夹持的方式滑动连接在凸出的限位导轨1-1上,如此插口支架8的移动方向被限制在限位导轨1-1方向上,插口支架8在外壳1内的一端固定设置有一对导电滑动弹片4,其中一导电滑动弹片4与一导电金属轨道3抵接,另一导电滑动弹片4与另一导电金属轨道3抵接,充电插口6安装在插口支架8经由缺口伸出到外壳1外的部分上,插口支架8内设有导线1连接导电滑动弹片4和充电插口6,构成当插口支架8沿着限位导轨1-1滑动时,充电插口6始终与导电金属轨道3电连通的连接结构。插口支架8伸出在外壳1外部的部分与外壳1之间设有防变形滑轮9。插口支架8在从下侧缺口伸出时与外壳1间留有细缝,可用防灰毡安装两侧,为提升防尘效果,外壳1上设有可遮住外壳1与插口支架8之间细缝的防尘盖板1-2。
根据本发明的另一个方面,还提供了一种充电桩,包括充电接头,该充电接头为上述的滑动式充电接头。本充电桩可安装在公路两侧,连接抗拉绳,以实现电动车边开边充电。
实施例2
附图2为本发明滑动式充电接头第二个实施例的结构示意图,本实施例与实施例1基本一致。区别在于:限位轨道为内凹槽型,滑轮5嵌入式的可在限位轨道内滑动。

1.一种滑动式充电接头,包括框型外壳(1)、插口支架(8)、充电插口(6)和一对导电金属轨道(3),所述的一对导电金属轨道(3)沿外壳(1)的长度方向固定安装在外壳(1)内,导电金属轨道(3)与外壳(1)的接触侧之间设有绝缘垫片(2),外壳(1)的一对相对内侧面上各设有一与导电金属轨道(3)平行的限位导轨(1-1),所述的插口支架(8)通过其上的一对位置与限位导轨(1-1)对应的滑轮(5)与限位导轨(1-1)滑动连接,插口支架(8)在外壳(1)内的一端固定设置有一对导电滑动弹片(4),其中一导电滑动弹片(4)与一导电金属轨道(3)抵接,另一导电滑动弹片(4)与另一导电金属轨道(3)抵接,其特征在于:所述外壳(1)的下侧沿着外壳(1)长度方向开有条形缺口,所述缺口与所述导电金属轨道(3)在竖直方向上的投影相互错位,所述的充电插口(6)安装在插口支架(8)经由缺口伸出到外壳(1)外的部分上,所述外壳(1)在缺口处设有填充在缺口与插口支架(8)之间缝隙的防灰毡,插口支架(8)内设有导线(1)连接导电滑动弹片(4)和充电插口(6),构成当插口支架(8)沿着限位导轨(1-1)滑动时,充电插口(6)始终与导电金属轨道(3)电连通的连接结构,所述框型外壳(1)上在插口支架(8)伸出一侧还设有防尘盖板(1-2),所述充电插口(6)伸出框型外壳(1)的一端上还设有防变形滑轮(9),所述防变形滑轮(9)与框型外壳(1)的外侧滚动触接。
2.一种充电桩,包括充电接头,其特征在于:所述的充电接头为权利要求1所述的滑动式充电接头。
