本发明公开了电力电缆技术领域的一种阻燃防火电力电缆,一种阻燃防火电力电缆,包括外护套,所述外护套的内壁安装有阻燃包带,所述阻燃包带的内壁安装有铠装层,所述铠装层的内壁安装有夹芯防火层,所述夹芯防火层的内壁安装有外金属屏蔽层,所述外金属屏蔽层的内壁均匀安装有导体防护套,所述导体防护套内腔安装有导体,相邻两组所述导体防护套之间安装有加强筋,所述外金属屏蔽层与加强筋的空隙处均填充有橡胶球,橡胶凸起内的阻燃填充物有效的防止外部造成的火势,且夹芯防火层可以有效的起到阻燃的作用,云母带具有耐高温性能,可以更好地保护电缆内部短时间不会受到破坏,为给施工人员提供更长的抢救时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力电缆技术领域的一种阻燃防火电力电缆。
背景技术
在电力系统中,电缆起到输送电能的作用,电缆输送的电能提供工业生产和人们生活所需,所以电缆在当今社会中发挥及其重要的作用。一般主干路电缆是用以传输和分配大功率的电缆,不可中断,如果主干路电缆中断造成影响是不可估量的,整个区域的人们基本生活将会收到严重影响,因为主干路的电缆对于性能要求也是非常高的,其中重要的一项就是阻燃防火能力。
目前主干路的电缆阻燃防火能力还是较差,容易由于高温微小火种造成绝缘层破损,造成电线短路造成更大的火灾,引起主干路被迫停电,无法给施工人员较长的抢救时间,而且现有的电缆都会在外面设置一层屏蔽层,并且多根信号传输线设置在一起后,相互之间很容易相互摩擦,可能引起屏蔽层的破损,影响屏蔽效果,电缆内部相互挤压摩擦也会造成磨损,为此,我们提出了一种阻燃防火电力电缆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃防火电力电缆,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种阻燃防火电力电缆,包括外护套,所述外护套的外壁均匀安装有橡胶凸起,所述橡胶凸起的内腔开设有圆形空腔,且圆形空腔内填充有阻燃填充物,所述外护套的内壁安装有阻燃包带,所述阻燃包带的内壁安装有铠装层,所述铠装层的内壁安装有夹芯防火层,所述夹芯防火层的内壁安装有外金属屏蔽层,所述外金属屏蔽层的内壁均匀安装有导体防护套,所述导体防护套内腔安装有导体,相邻两组所述导体防护套之间安装有加强筋,所述外金属屏蔽层与加强筋的空隙处均填充有橡胶球,所述导体防护套的内壁安装有钢丝条,且导体防护套的圆形外壁与钢丝条的外壁相贴合。
优选的,所述夹芯防火层包括外夹芯层和内夹芯层,且内夹芯层内腔填充有防火填充粉末。
优选的,所述导体防护套包括绝缘层,所述绝缘层的外壁安装有云母带,所述云母带的外壁安装有内金属屏蔽层,所述内金属屏蔽层的外壁缠绕安装有细麻绳。
优选的,所述阻燃填充物为聚氨酯泡沫填充剂,所述防火填充粉末为干粉粉末,所述橡胶球为弹性橡胶球。
优选的,所述外金属屏蔽层和内金属屏蔽层均为铝箔金属层。
优选的,所述橡胶凸起外壁设置有磨砂纸,且磨砂纸通过防水胶与橡胶凸起固定连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、橡胶凸起外壁设置有磨砂纸,提高了电缆本身的耐磨性,橡胶凸起内的阻燃填充物有效的防止外部造成的火势,且夹芯防火层可以有效的起到阻燃的作用,云母带具有耐高温性能,可以更好地保护电缆内部短时间不会受到破坏,给施工人员提供更长的抢救时间。
2、该电缆设置有外金属屏蔽层和内金属屏蔽层采用双层屏蔽,既抵御外来电磁干扰又避免了系统本身向外辐射电磁干扰,且质量较轻,各导体之间通过加强筋隔开,减小了各根导体之间的摩擦和挤压,橡胶球和钢丝条使其内部更为紧凑,且提高了电缆的抗压能力,内金属屏蔽层外壁缠绕安装的细麻绳起到导走热量的作用。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种阻燃防火电力电缆技术方案:一种阻燃防火电力电缆,包括外护套1,外护套1的外壁均匀安装有橡胶凸起2,提高了电缆本身的耐磨性,橡胶凸起2的内腔开设有圆形空腔,且圆形空腔内填充有阻燃填充物3,有效的防止外部造成的火势,外护套1的内壁安装有阻燃包带4,阻燃包带4的内壁安装有铠装层6,铠装层6的内壁安装有夹芯防火层6,夹芯防火层6的内壁安装有外金属屏蔽层7,外金属屏蔽层7的内壁均匀安装有导体防护套9,导体防护套9内腔安装有导体8,相邻两组导体防护套9之间安装有加强筋10,将各根导体之间隔开,减小了各根导体之间的摩擦和挤压,外金属屏蔽层7与加强筋10的空隙处均填充有橡胶球11,提高电缆的抗压能力,导体防护套9的内壁安装有钢丝条12,使其内部更为紧凑,且导体防护套9的圆形外壁与钢丝条12的外壁相贴合。
其中,夹芯防火层6包括外夹芯层61和内夹芯层62,且内夹芯层62内腔填充有防火填充粉末63,与阻燃填充物3相配合为电缆起到双层阻燃作用,延缓外部造成的火势,导体防护套9包括绝缘层94,绝缘层94的外壁安装有云母带93,具有耐高温性能,可以更好地保护电缆内部短时间不会受到破坏,云母带93的外壁安装有内金属屏蔽层92,与外金属屏蔽层7相互配合起到双层屏蔽,既抵御外来电磁干扰又避免了系统本身向外辐射电磁干扰,内金属屏蔽层92的外壁缠绕安装有细麻绳91,导走热量,阻燃填充物3为聚氨酯泡沫填充剂,防火填充粉末63为干粉粉末,所述橡胶球11为弹性橡胶球,外金属屏蔽层7和内金属屏蔽层92均为铝箔金属层,所述橡胶凸起2外壁设置有磨砂纸,且磨砂纸通过防水胶与橡胶凸起2固定连接,提高电缆的耐磨能力,提高了运输和使用能力,延长电缆的寿命。
工作原理:在运输和使用时,橡胶凸起2有效的提高了电缆的耐磨能力,延长电缆的使用寿命,当外部造成火势,通过橡胶凸起2空腔内的阻燃填充物3可以有效的起到阻燃作用,同时在火势蔓延燃烧时,阻燃包带4和夹芯防火层6的内夹芯填充的防火填充粉末63,有效的延缓和火势进行扑灭,保护电缆内部短时间不会受到破坏,给施工人员提供更长的抢救时间,且导体8外壁安装有云母带93,具有耐高温性能,细麻绳91起到导走热量的作用,可以更好地保护电缆内部短时间不会受到破坏,电缆设置有外金属屏蔽层7和内金属屏蔽层92采用双层屏蔽,既抵御外来电磁干扰又避免了系统本身向外辐射电磁干扰,且质量较轻,不会提高运输重量,各导体8之间通过加强筋10隔开,减小了各根导体8之间的摩擦和挤压,且提高了抗压能力,橡胶球11和钢丝条12使其内部更为紧凑,也提高了电缆的抗压能力。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种阻燃防火电力电缆,包括外护套(1),其特征在于:所述外护套(1)的外壁均匀安装有橡胶凸起(2),所述橡胶凸起(2)的内腔开设有圆形空腔,且圆形空腔内填充有阻燃填充物(3),所述外护套(1)的内壁安装有阻燃包带(4),所述阻燃包带(4)的内壁安装有铠装层(6),所述铠装层(6)的内壁安装有夹芯防火层(6),所述夹芯防火层(6)的内壁安装有外金属屏蔽层(7),所述外金属屏蔽层(7)的内壁均匀安装有导体防护套(9),所述导体防护套(9)内腔安装有导体(8),相邻两组所述导体防护套(9)之间安装有加强筋(10),所述外金属屏蔽层(7)与加强筋(10)的空隙处均填充有橡胶球(11),所述导体防护套(9)的内壁安装有钢丝条(12),且导体防护套(9)的圆形外壁与钢丝条(12)的外壁相贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防火电力电缆,其特征在于:所述夹芯防火层(6)包括外夹芯层(61)和内夹芯层(62),且内夹芯层(62)内腔填充有防火填充粉末(63)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防火电力电缆,其特征在于:所述导体防护套(9)包括绝缘层(94),所述绝缘层(94)的外壁安装有云母带(93),所述云母带(93)的外壁安装有内金属屏蔽层(92),所述内金属屏蔽层(92)的外壁缠绕安装有细麻绳(91)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防火电力电缆,其特征在于:所述阻燃填充物(3)为聚氨酯泡沫填充剂,所述防火填充粉末(63)为干粉粉末,所述橡胶球(11)为弹性橡胶球。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防火电力电缆,其特征在于:所述外金属屏蔽层(7)和内金属屏蔽层(92)均为铝箔金属层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防火电力电缆,其特征在于:所述橡胶凸起(2)外壁设置有磨砂纸,且磨砂纸通过防水胶与橡胶凸起(2)固定连接。
