Abstract
本发明公开了基于聚乙烯的绝缘控制电缆技术领域的一种基于聚乙烯的绝缘控制电缆,所述绞合铜导体的外壁粘结有交联聚乙烯绝缘层,所述交联聚乙烯绝缘层的外壁上粘结有可剥离聚乙烯屏蔽层,所述可剥离聚乙烯屏蔽层的外壁上固定粘结有钢带屏蔽套,所述钢带屏蔽套的外侧固定设置有阻燃绕包带,所述阻燃绕包带的外壁上固定挤包有加强层,所述加强层的外壁上固定粘结有隔离套,所述隔离套的外壁上固定粘结有钢带铠装,所述钢带铠装的外壁上固定粘结有阻燃聚烃烯护套,所述压缩空腔的内壁上固定粘结有铝塑合金带,且两组所述铝塑合金带之间设置有固定在压缩空腔内壁上的支撑弹簧,具有良好绝缘电气性能,抗干扰性和阻燃性能高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及基于聚乙烯的绝缘控制电缆技术领域,具体为一种基于聚乙烯的绝缘控制电缆。
背景技术
控制电缆是用于传输控制信号的电缆,控制电缆主要解决了传输信号弱、信号干扰和信号失真等问题,因此此类电缆的阻燃和抗干扰要求越来越高,但是现有的屏蔽型控制电缆是在铜导体上挤包一层PVC(聚氯乙稀)绝缘层,外绕包铝塑复合膜后加装内护套,将多根单线绞合并在空隙间加装填充料后外加外护套,由于聚氯乙烯属于含卤材料,这样制造出来的控制电缆不符合低碳环保要求,并且现有的阻燃电缆均采用普通的聚氯乙烯作为绝缘和护套,阻燃性有待加强的同时环保性不高,为此,我们提出一种基于聚乙烯的绝缘控制电缆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种基于聚乙烯的绝缘控制电缆,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种基于聚乙烯的绝缘控制电缆,包括绞合铜导体,所述绞合铜导体的外壁粘结有交联聚乙烯绝缘层,所述交联聚乙烯绝缘层的外壁上粘结有可剥离聚乙烯屏蔽层,所述可剥离聚乙烯屏蔽层的外壁上固定粘结有钢带屏蔽套,所述钢带屏蔽套的外侧固定设置有阻燃绕包带,所述阻燃绕包带的外壁上固定挤包有加强层,所述加强层的外壁上固定粘结有隔离套,所述隔离套的外壁上固定粘结有钢带铠装,所述钢带铠装的外壁上固定粘结有阻燃聚烃烯护套,所述加强层的内腔沿着圆周方向均匀开设有压缩空腔,所述压缩空腔的内壁上固定粘结有铝塑合金带,且两组所述铝塑合金带之间设置有固定在压缩空腔内壁上的支撑弹簧。
优选的,所述压缩空腔沿着加强层的圆周方向均匀设置为六组结构相同的中空腔,所述压缩空腔沿着电缆的长度方向间断式均匀开设。
优选的,所述铝塑合金带通过PU胶层固定粘结在压缩空腔内顶部和底部,所述支撑弹簧的两段分别固定在压缩空腔内左右侧壁上。
优选的,所述交联聚乙烯绝缘层的内腔嵌套设置有阻燃防火石绵填充绳,且阻燃防火石绵填充绳沿着电缆的长度方向设置。
优选的,所述可剥离聚乙烯屏蔽层为导体屏蔽套,且所述可剥离聚乙烯屏蔽层为半导电层,且电阻率不大于500欧米。
优选的,所述阻燃聚烃烯护套的表面均匀开设有凹凸不平的花纹,且所述阻燃聚烃烯护套的外壁上喷涂有耐磨层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构设计合理,通过阻燃聚烃烯护套可以大大提高电缆的阻燃耐火性能,通过交联聚乙烯绝缘层可以保证绞合铜导体具有良好绝缘电气性能,又可以防止电流外泄,减小损耗,通过钢带屏蔽套和可剥离聚乙烯屏蔽层可以促使电场均匀分布,提高绞合铜导体的抗干扰性,通过钢带屏蔽套可以均化电场,提高绞合铜导体数数据信息的传输能力,还可以做接地保护,通过隔离套可以实现隔离钢带,防止钢带氧化,提高了对钢带屏蔽套的保护,阻燃绕包带可以增加电缆的紧密度,同时提高抗拉扯强度,通过钢带铠装可以增加电缆的强度以及机械性能,另外加强层中的压缩空腔可以实现对电缆受到的挤压进行缓冲的作用,同时铝塑合金带和支撑弹簧均可以发生伸长或者压缩来应对电缆受到的圆周方向的扭转力矩,提高电缆的耐压抗扭转性能,同时环保效果好。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种基于聚乙烯的绝缘控制电缆,包括绞合铜导体9,绞合铜导体9的外壁粘结有交联聚乙烯绝缘层8,交联聚乙烯绝缘层8的外壁上粘结有可剥离聚乙烯屏蔽层7,可剥离聚乙烯屏蔽层7的外壁上固定粘结有钢带屏蔽套6,钢带屏蔽套6的外侧固定设置有阻燃绕包带5,阻燃绕包带5的外壁上固定挤包有加强层4,加强层4的外壁上固定粘结有隔离套3,隔离套3的外壁上固定粘结有钢带铠装2,钢带铠装2的外壁上固定粘结有阻燃聚烃烯护套1,加强层4的内腔沿着圆周方向均匀开设有压缩空腔10,压缩空腔10的内壁上固定粘结有铝塑合金带11,且两组铝塑合金带11之间设置有固定在压缩空腔10内壁上的支撑弹簧12,通过阻燃聚烃烯护套1可以大大提高电缆的阻燃耐火性能,通过交联聚乙烯绝缘层8可以保证绞合铜导体9具有良好绝缘电气性能,又可以防止电流外泄,减小损耗,通过钢带屏蔽套6和可剥离聚乙烯屏蔽层7可以促使电场均匀分布,提高绞合铜导体9的抗干扰性,通过钢带屏蔽套6可以均化电场,提高绞合铜导体9数数据信息的传输能力,还可以做接地保护,通过隔离套3可以实现隔离钢带,防止钢带氧化,提高了对钢带屏蔽套6的保护,阻燃绕包带5可以增加电缆的紧密度,同时提高抗拉扯强度,通过钢带铠装2可以增加电缆的强度以及机械性能,另外加强层4中的压缩空腔10可以实现对电缆受到的挤压进行缓冲的作用,同时铝塑合金带11和支撑弹簧12均可以发生伸长或者压缩来应对电缆受到的圆周方向的扭转力矩,提高电缆的耐压抗扭转性能。
请参阅图1,压缩空腔10沿着加强层4的圆周方向均匀设置为六组结构相同的中空腔,压缩空腔10沿着电缆的长度方向间断式均匀开设,这样能够对电缆外壁上受到的冲击进行缓冲,提高电缆的耐压性能;
请参阅图1,铝塑合金带11通过PU胶层固定粘结在压缩空腔10内顶部和底部,支撑弹簧12的两段分别固定在压缩空腔10内左右侧壁上,铝塑合金带11和支撑弹簧12均可以发生伸长或者压缩来应对电缆受到的圆周方向的扭转力矩;
交联聚乙烯绝缘层8的内腔嵌套设置有阻燃防火石绵填充绳,且阻燃防火石绵填充绳沿着电缆的长度方向设置,可以保证绞合铜导体9具有良好绝缘电气性能,又可以防止电流外泄,减小损耗;
可剥离聚乙烯屏蔽层7为导体屏蔽套,且可剥离聚乙烯屏蔽层7为半导电层,且电阻率不大于500欧米;
阻燃聚烃烯护套1的表面均匀开设有凹凸不平的花纹,且阻燃聚烃烯护套1的外壁上喷涂有耐磨层,通过这种设置可以提高阻燃聚烃烯护套1的耐磨性。

1.一种基于聚乙烯的绝缘控制电缆,其特征在于:包括绞合铜导体(9),所述绞合铜导体(9)的外壁粘结有交联聚乙烯绝缘层(8),所述交联聚乙烯绝缘层(8)的外壁上粘结有可剥离聚乙烯屏蔽层(7),所述可剥离聚乙烯屏蔽层(7)的外壁上固定粘结有钢带屏蔽套(6),所述钢带屏蔽套(6)的外侧固定设置有阻燃绕包带(5),所述阻燃绕包带(5)的外壁上固定挤包有加强层(4),所述加强层(4)的外壁上固定粘结有隔离套(3),所述隔离套(3)的外壁上固定粘结有钢带铠装(2),所述钢带铠装(2)的外壁上固定粘结有阻燃聚烃烯护套(1),所述加强层(4)的内腔沿着圆周方向均匀开设有压缩空腔(10),所述压缩空腔(10)的内壁上固定粘结有铝塑合金带(11),且两组所述铝塑合金带(11)之间设置有固定在压缩空腔(10)内壁上的支撑弹簧(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于聚乙烯的绝缘控制电缆,其特征在于:所述压缩空腔(10)沿着加强层(4)的圆周方向均匀设置为六组结构相同的中空腔,所述压缩空腔(10)沿着电缆的长度方向间断式均匀开设。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种基于聚乙烯的绝缘控制电缆,其特征在于:所述铝塑合金带(11)通过PU胶层固定粘结在压缩空腔(10)内顶部和底部,所述支撑弹簧(12)的两段分别固定在压缩空腔(10)内左右侧壁上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于聚乙烯的绝缘控制电缆,其特征在于:所述交联聚乙烯绝缘层(8)的内腔嵌套设置有阻燃防火石绵填充绳,且阻燃防火石绵填充绳沿着电缆的长度方向设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于聚乙烯的绝缘控制电缆,其特征在于:所述可剥离聚乙烯屏蔽层(7)为导体屏蔽套,且所述可剥离聚乙烯屏蔽层(7)为半导电层,且电阻率不大于500欧米。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于聚乙烯的绝缘控制电缆,其特征在于:所述阻燃聚烃烯护套(1)的表面均匀开设有凹凸不平的花纹,且所述阻燃聚烃烯护套(1)的外壁上喷涂有耐磨层。
