Abstract

本发明属于通信电缆技术领域,涉及一种高强度数字通信电缆。芯线组由2根实心铜导体包覆聚乙烯绝缘层构成的导线绞合而成,1~8对的芯线组绞合后再用包带层绕包成圆形横截面的缆芯,在绞合的芯线组与包带层之间的缝隙中填满填充填充物,缆芯外,从内向外依次包覆纵包层、编织屏蔽层、内护层、铠装层和外护层构成高强度数字通信电缆。本发明利用芳纶纤维做填充物,使用“S”形钢质螺旋互锁铠装的铠装层,外护层为聚氨酯弹性体护套+滑石粉+辐照交联聚氯乙烯护套构成复合外护层,使电缆具有较高的抗张、抗压能力及较好的柔软性能,实现了数字通信电缆的高强度性能。本发明适用于易被踩踏、挤压且无管道、线槽等防护环境的网络布线。

技术领域
本发明属于通信电缆技术领域,特别涉及一种高强度数字通信电缆。
背景技术
随着现代通信事业的高速发展,数字通信电缆的用处越来越多也越来越复杂,如在室内地毯下、墙边沟槽以及室外恶劣环境中,难免对电缆形成踩踏、挤压、拉伸,撞击以及施工时的拖拽等,这种外界的影响对电缆内部的芯线及芯线结构造成破坏,进而影响数据的传输能力,这就要求数据电缆具有较好的抗压、抗张强度,及较好的柔软性,而目前的数字通信电缆无法达到以上要求。需要一种高强度数字通信电缆。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决背景技术中所述问题,提供一种高强度数字通信电缆,本发明通过独特结构的设计,电缆具有较好的抗张、抗压性能,同时具有较好的柔软性能,满足数字通信的要求。其技术方案为:
高强度数字通信电缆包括芯线组1、填充物2、包带层3、纵包层4、编织屏蔽层5、内护层6、铠装层7和外护层8,
芯线组1由2根实心铜导体包覆聚乙烯绝缘层构成的导线绞合而成,芯线组的绞合节距为9~20mm,1~8对芯线组1绞合后再用包带层3绕包成圆形横截面的缆芯,在绞合的芯线组1与包带层3之间的缝隙中填满填充填充物2,缆芯外,从内向外依次包覆纵包层4、编织屏蔽层5、内护层6、铠装层7和外护层8构成高强度数字通信电缆;
所述填充物2为芳纶纤维;
所述包带层3的材料为聚酯带;
所述纵包层4为纵包在包带层3上的单层铝塑复合箔;
所述编织屏蔽层5用镀锡铜导线编织在纵包层4上构成;
所述内护层6为挤包在编织屏蔽层5上的低烟无卤柔软型聚氯乙烯;
所述铠装层7为“S”形钢质带用螺旋互锁铠装结构工艺包覆在内护层6上的铠装层;
所述外护层8挤包在铠装层7上,外护层8为聚氨酯弹性体护套+滑石粉+辐照交联聚氯乙烯护套构成的复合外护层,即外护层8的内层为聚氨酯弹性体护套,外层为辐照交联聚氯乙烯护套,中间填充滑石粉。
本发明从以下几方面实现电缆的高强度性能:
1.利用填充的芳纶纤维,一方面能保护芯线不受压力破坏,另一方面由于芳纶纤维较高的强度和柔软性,进一步提高电缆拉伸强度;
2.用“S”形钢质螺旋互锁铠装的铠装层,具有较好的抗张、抗压强度,以及“S”形互锁结构具有很好的柔韧性,不影响电缆的弯曲,再者钢材质可起到屏蔽效果,提高电缆的抗电磁干扰能力;
3.利用聚氨酯弹性体护套+滑石粉+辐照交联聚氯乙烯护套构成的复合外护层,内层的聚氨酯弹性体可起到吸收压力,保护内部结构作用,外层的辐照交联聚氯乙烯具有较强的耐火等级及机械性能,能适应较恶劣的室外环境。
本发明所用材料均不含有铅、镉多溴化物等有害物质,符合绿色环保的要求。
本发明的有益效果为,实现高速数据传输基础上,具有较高的抗张、抗压及较好的柔软性能。电缆的多层结构保证了缆芯结构稳定,在施工过程中,不会破坏电缆的芯线而影响数据传输的性能。
本发明适用于易被踩踏、挤压且无管道、线槽等防护环境的网络布线。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图对本发明进一步说明。
本实施例为一种高强度数字通信电缆,如图1的高强度数字通信电缆的横截面示意图所示,高强度数字通信电缆包括芯线组1、填充物2、包带层3、纵包层4、编织屏蔽层5、内护层6、铠装层7和外护层8。芯线组1由2根实心铜导体包覆聚乙烯绝缘层构成的导线绞合而成,芯线组的绞合节距为9~20mm,4对芯线组1绞合后再用包带层3绕包成圆形横截面的缆芯。在绞合的芯线组1与包带层3之间的缝隙中填满填充填充物2。缆芯外,从内向外依次包覆纵包层4、编织屏蔽层5、内护层6、铠装层7和外护层8构成高强度数字通信电缆。填充物2为芳纶纤维。包带层3的材料为聚酯带。纵包层4为纵包在包带层3上的单层铝塑复合箔。编织屏蔽层5用镀锡铜导线编织在纵包层4上构成。内护层6为挤包在编织屏蔽层5上的低烟无卤柔软型聚氯乙烯。铠装层7为“S”形钢质带用螺旋互锁铠装结构工艺包覆在内护层6上的铠装层。外护层8挤包在铠装层7上,外护层8为聚氨酯弹性体护套+滑石粉+辐照交联聚氯乙烯护套构成的复合外护层,即外护层8的内层为聚氨酯弹性体护套,外层为辐照交联聚氯乙烯护套,中间填充滑石粉。
本发明适用于易被踩踏、挤压且无管道、线槽等防护环境的网络布线。

1.一种高强度数字通信电缆,其特征在于,芯线组(1)由2根实心铜导体包覆聚乙烯绝缘层构成的导线绞合而成,芯线组的绞合节距为9~20mm,1~8对芯线组(1)绞合后再用包带层(3)绕包成圆形横截面的缆芯,在绞合的芯线组(1)与包带层(3)之间的缝隙中填满填充填充物(2),缆芯外,从内向外依次包覆纵包层(4)、编织屏蔽层(5)、内护层(6)、铠装层(7)和外护层(8)构成高强度数字通信电缆;
所述填充物(2)为芳纶纤维;所述包带层(3)的材料为聚酯带;所述纵包层(4)为纵包在包带层(3)上的单层铝塑复合箔;所述编织屏蔽层(5)用镀锡铜导线编织在纵包层(4)上构成;所述内护层(6)为挤包在编织屏蔽层(5)上的低烟无卤柔软型聚氯乙烯;所述铠装层(7)为“S”形钢质带用螺旋互锁铠装结构工艺包覆在内护层(6)上的铠装层;所述外护层(8)挤包在铠装层(7)上,外护层(8)为聚氨酯弹性体护套+滑石粉+辐照交联聚氯乙烯护套构成的复合外护层,即外护层(8)的内层为聚氨酯弹性体护套,外层为辐照交联聚氯乙烯护套,中间填充滑石粉。
