本发明涉及五金制品制造领域,具体涉及一种耐磨五金制品制备方法。
背景技术
五金制品日常生活和工业生产中使用的辅助性、配件性制成品。早期多用金、银、铜、铁、锡等金属材料制作,因而得名。现除采用各种金属材料,还广泛采用塑料、玻璃纤维等非金属材料制作。目前的制造方法制备的五金件普遍存在质量一般,易锈蚀,环境适应能力差,使用寿命短;未脱硫处理导致脆性大,易断裂,存在安全隐患;镀层不均匀,镀层易脱落等问题。还有,目前的工艺制造的五金件普遍存在零件表面耐磨性能差,使用寿命短的问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种耐磨五金制品制备方法,该加工方法克服现有技术缺陷,具有效率高、成本低、性能好的特点。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种耐磨五金制品制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A)铸模:根据五金件的形状铸造砂模;
B)制备毛坯:将金属熔融后倒入砂模进行铸造,铸造完成得到毛坯;
C)加工成型:将毛坯通过车削和/或铣削工艺加工成型;
D)镀锌;
E)铬酸盐钝化;
F)镀镍;
G)渗钨:将镀镍后的五金件放入零件热处理炉中进行渗钨处理,渗钨温度为1200-1300℃,渗钨时间为3-4h,渗钨完成后送至淬火液中;
H)进行低温氮化处理,处理温度为480-530℃,处理时间为20-30min,冷却至300-335℃后进行真空处理20-30min 后冷却至室温;
I)清洗及抛光:将淬火处理后的零件清洗干净后干燥,进行抛光处理去毛刺。
优选地,所述镀锌的工艺步骤为:
a,脱脂:采用水基金属脱脂清洗剂进行表面去油;
b,酸洗:采用20%盐酸和1-3g/L六次甲基四胺进行酸洗9-15秒,温度为25-35℃;酸洗后水洗至中性,干燥;
c,浸助镀剂:将步骤b得到的五金件放入NH4Cl及ZnCl2的混合水溶液中,NH4Cl浓度为18-22%,ZnCl2浓度为2.8-3.2%,混合水溶液的温度为60℃,浸泡时间为15-20min,所述混合水溶液表面油封;浸泡完成后,五金件表面去油,水洗,干燥;
d,配制镀锌溶液:取100-110g/LZnCl2,300-350g/LNaOH,20-25g/L酒石酸钾钠,10-15g/L焦磷酸钾在蒸馏水中混合均匀;
e,镀锌处理:将步骤c中的五金件放入镀锌溶液中,50-60℃保持30-40秒后取出,水洗后再在30%的浓硫酸溶液中浸渍50秒,接着水洗至中性,干燥。
优选地,所述铬酸盐钝化具体为:将步骤D得到的五金件放入铬酸盐混合溶液中进行钝化,铬酸盐混合溶液中含有85-90g/L的Na2Cr2O7及2.5mL/L的硫酸,钝化时间为20-30min,钝化温度为室温。
本发明制备方法工艺简单、使用寿命长,合格率高,大大提高了耐热耐腐蚀性能和产品的质量。

实施例1
本实施例提供的耐磨五金制品制备方法包括以下步骤:
A)铸模:根据五金件的形状铸造砂模;
B)制备毛坯:将金属熔融后倒入砂模进行铸造,铸造完成得到毛坯;
C)加工成型:将毛坯通过车削和/或铣削工艺加工成型;
D)镀锌;所述镀锌的工艺步骤为:
a,脱脂:采用水基金属脱脂清洗剂进行表面去油;
b,酸洗:采用20%盐酸和1g/L六次甲基四胺进行酸洗9秒,温度为25℃;酸洗后水洗至中性,干燥;
c,浸助镀剂:将步骤b得到的五金件放入NH4Cl及ZnCl2的混合水溶液中,NH4Cl浓度为18%,ZnCl2浓度为2.8%,混合水溶液的温度为60℃,浸泡时间为15min,所述混合水溶液表面油封;浸泡完成后,五金件表面去油,水洗,干燥;
d,配制镀锌溶液:取100g/LZnCl2,300g/LNaOH,20g/L酒石酸钾钠,10g/L焦磷酸钾在蒸馏水中混合均匀;
e,镀锌处理:将步骤c中的五金件放入镀锌溶液中,50℃保持30秒后取出,水洗后再在30%的浓硫酸溶液中浸渍50秒,接着水洗至中性,干燥;
E)铬酸盐钝化;所述铬酸盐钝化具体为:将步骤D得到的五金件放入铬酸盐混合溶液中进行钝化,铬酸盐混合溶液中含有85g/L的Na2Cr2O7及2.5mL/L的硫酸,钝化时间为20min,钝化温度为室温;
F)镀镍;
G)渗钨:将镀镍后的五金件放入零件热处理炉中进行渗钨处理,渗钨温度为1200℃,渗钨时间为3h,渗钨完成后送至淬火液中;
H)进行低温氮化处理,处理温度为480℃,处理时间为20min,冷却至300℃后进行真空处理20min 后冷却至室温;
I)清洗及抛光:将淬火处理后的零件清洗干净后干燥,进行抛光处理去毛刺。
实施例2

c,浸助镀剂:将步骤b得到的五金件放入NH4Cl及ZnCl2的混合水溶液中,NH4Cl浓度为20%,ZnCl2浓度为3.0%,混合水溶液的温度为60℃,浸泡时间为18min,所述混合水溶液表面油封;浸泡完成后,五金件表面去油,水洗,干燥;
d,配制镀锌溶液:取105g/LZnCl2,320g/LNaOH,22g/L酒石酸钾钠,12g/L焦磷酸钾在蒸馏水中混合均匀;
e,镀锌处理:将步骤c中的五金件放入镀锌溶液中,55℃保持35秒后取出,水洗后再在30%的浓硫酸溶液中浸渍50秒,接着水洗至中性,干燥;
E)铬酸盐钝化;所述铬酸盐钝化具体为:将步骤D得到的五金件放入铬酸盐混合溶液中进行钝化,铬酸盐混合溶液中含有88g/L的Na2Cr2O7及2.5mL/L的硫酸,钝化时间为25min,钝化温度为室温;
F)镀镍;
G)渗钨:将镀镍后的五金件放入零件热处理炉中进行渗钨处理,渗钨温度为1250℃,渗钨时间为3h,渗钨完成后送至淬火液中;
H)进行低温氮化处理,处理温度为500℃,处理时间为25min,冷却至330℃后进行真空处理25min 后冷却至室温;
I)清洗及抛光:将淬火处理后的零件清洗干净后干燥,进行抛光处理去毛刺。
实施例3
本实施例提供的耐磨五金制品制备方法包括以下步骤:
A)铸模:根据五金件的形状铸造砂模;
B)制备毛坯:将金属熔融后倒入砂模进行铸造,铸造完成得到毛坯;
C)加工成型:将毛坯通过车削和/或铣削工艺加工成型;
D)镀锌;所述镀锌的工艺步骤为:
a,脱脂:采用水基金属脱脂清洗剂进行表面去油;
b,酸洗:采用20%盐酸和3g/L六次甲基四胺进行酸洗15秒,温度为35℃;酸洗后水洗至中性,干燥;
c,浸助镀剂:将步骤b得到的五金件放入NH4Cl及ZnCl2的混合水溶液中,NH4Cl浓度为22%,ZnCl2浓度为3.2%,混合水溶液的温度为60℃,浸泡时间为20min,所述混合水溶液表面油封;浸泡完成后,五金件表面去油,水洗,干燥;
d,配制镀锌溶液:取110g/LZnCl2,350g/LNaOH,25g/L酒石酸钾钠,15g/L焦磷酸钾在蒸馏水中混合均匀;
e,镀锌处理:将步骤c中的五金件放入镀锌溶液中,60℃保持40秒后取出,水洗后再在30%的浓硫酸溶液中浸渍50秒,接着水洗至中性,干燥;
E)铬酸盐钝化;所述铬酸盐钝化具体为:将步骤D得到的五金件放入铬酸盐混合溶液中进行钝化,铬酸盐混合溶液中含有90g/L的Na2Cr2O7及2.5mL/L的硫酸,钝化时间为30min,钝化温度为室温;
F)镀镍;
G)渗钨:将镀镍后的五金件放入零件热处理炉中进行渗钨处理,渗钨温度为1300℃,渗钨时间为4h,渗钨完成后送至淬火液中;
H)进行低温氮化处理,处理温度为530℃,处理时间为30min,冷却至335℃后进行真空处理30min 后冷却至室温;
I)清洗及抛光:将淬火处理后的零件清洗干净后干燥,进行抛光处理去毛刺。

1.一种耐磨五金制品制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A)铸模:根据五金件的形状铸造砂模;
B)制备毛坯:将金属熔融后倒入砂模进行铸造,铸造完成得到毛坯;
C)加工成型:将毛坯通过车削和/或铣削工艺加工成型;
D)镀锌;
E)铬酸盐钝化;
F)镀镍;
G)渗钨:将镀镍后的五金件放入零件热处理炉中进行渗钨处理,渗钨温度为1200-1300℃,渗钨时间为3-4h,渗钨完成后送至淬火液中;
H)进行低温氮化处理,处理温度为480-530℃,处理时间为20-30min,冷却至300-335℃后进行真空处理20-30min 后冷却至室温;
I)清洗及抛光:将淬火处理后的零件清洗干净后干燥,进行抛光处理去毛刺。

a,脱脂:采用水基金属脱脂清洗剂进行表面去油;
b,酸洗:采用20%盐酸和1-3g/L六次甲基四胺进行酸洗9-15秒,温度为25-35℃;酸洗后水洗至中性,干燥;
c,浸助镀剂:将步骤b得到的五金件放入NH4Cl及ZnCl2的混合水溶液中,NH4Cl浓度为18-22%,ZnCl2浓度为2.8-3.2%,混合水溶液的温度为60℃,浸泡时间为15-20min,所述混合水溶液表面油封;浸泡完成后,五金件表面去油,水洗,干燥;
d,配制镀锌溶液:取100-110g/LZnCl2,300-350g/LNaOH,20-25g/L酒石酸钾钠,10-15g/L焦磷酸钾在蒸馏水中混合均匀;
e,镀锌处理:将步骤c中的五金件放入镀锌溶液中,50-60℃保持30-40秒后取出,水洗后再在30%的浓硫酸溶液中浸渍50秒,接着水洗至中性,干燥。
